Do not be fooled, this company has no phone number available and it is impossible to reach them as I have followed all of their instructions and they do not respond. One BIG FRAUD!

You nickel and dime your clients. You make the process very difficult with your constant asking for more money, especially for services that SHOULD be included.

I thought I was on the Allegiant site when I booked my flight. However i was on your site. I got an order number but not a confirmation number. I called your customer service number twice before I got the correct confirmation. My confirmation from Allegiant stated cost of $376. I paid you $558. What service did I get for $182 by using your site besides AGRAVATION? I would have selected a minus star if it was available

The booking process was easy but we have been Allegiant for many years as our children are in Orlando. I was shocked by the prices listed today for a carry on bag and seats. Allegiant is no longer a lower priced airline if they are nickel and diming their customers. Also, we have points through the option to use them was not available! We may be done with Allegiant!

The mobile app didn't work after several trys so I had to use a computer. If I didn't have a computer with me I would not have been able to book a flight.
