Flighthub is a fraudulent company. They have continuously tossed us around on a booking. Don't use them
I PURCHASED A TICKET FROM THIS COMPANY AND AFTER 17 DAYS AND 5 DAYS BEFORE THE FLIGHT THEY CANCELLED THE FLIGHT WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THEM AND VERY DIFFICULT TO CALL THEM. WHEN YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT YOUR CONCERN THEY SEND YOU IN A LOOP OF CALLS WHICH MAY TAKE HOURS.
THEY DON,T HAVE AN EMAIL TO CONTACT AND ALL AGENTS WHEN YOU CALL FOR YOUR CONCERN THEY DIRECT YOU TO A HELL OF LOOPS.
BUT IF YOU CLICK ON A NEW RESERVATION THEY ANSWER IMMIDIATELY.
THEY ARE FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND NEVER BOOK YOUR FLIGHT WITH THEM.
WASTE OF TIME,MONEY AND TRAVEL PLAN.
Bought COVID insurance during the COVID pandamic, had to cancel the return trip, due to the covid related issue, and was told I have to call airline company, called airline company they said I have to call filghthub which is the 3rd party sold the air ticket, I called back and forth... no one could resolve the trouble. International call cost me around $80... and end up with I am not eligible to use the COVID insurance so I have to pay the penalty, and not eligible cancel the return tip online, so I have to spend extra $200 for the cancellation processing by phone. Not a very happy experience...
Horrible customer service! I was buying tickets on their website, after I entered all the information and clicked the buy button, I got a page where it was written Unfortunately, these tickets are no longer available and offered to look for new ones. I went to another site, (not FlightHub)I found the same tickets at the same price and bought them. When I opened the email, I found an email from flighthub with confirmation and tickets that were previously written that are not available. Since I had already bought other tickets with another company, I immediately called flighthub Explained the whole situation and asked to cancel these tickets,(because it was written that these are no longer available). They talked to me very rude refused to cancel the tickets and return the money. Terrible company of scammers!
Tried changing flights for 2 people, was about $900 in fees. So we canceled our flights being charged $400 in flighthub services fees in exchange for flight hub credits. We weren't told that it would be an extra $532 "modification fee" to use these credits on a new flight.
Please be aware that I booked a flight, and the agent put the wrong name. I called them back they suggested contacting CS. I wasted time calling CS just to give up and ask me to cancel the flight, or I had to call Eva AIR with an additional charge, of course, by myself if I wanted to fix my name. What kind of service did they provide that we have to pay $87/per person for the Travel agent fee if they can't fix the problem they made? Right now, I have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back and rebook the flight, and the price won't be the same anymore. One thing ruins all my plans, is it professional?
Faulty website, crashes when booking flights. Customer service is pretty trash in my opinion. Canceled a flight through them, and was confirmed over the phone. Weeks later no confirmation or refund, which i was supposed to receive within ten business days. Don't bother with the travel protection, also trash. I will not be using #trashhub.com again.
Basically, they will go ahead charge you for something that you will not be able to review and agree of what it is that you trying to book. Instead, you will get a receipt to a charge that you did not agree with nor have a knowledge of. That is really bad business and it close to stealing from you. Very bad business.
Flight Hub is the most difficult company I have ever deal with 73 years when you a problem. We have now spent 54 hours to get our credit. We booked with Flight Hub and they tell us we must deal with the airline or the insurance company. We get the information flight hub requests and then they ask for additional information. The other game they play after being on hold for 60 -80 minutes and you spend 40 - 75 min. Dealing with the credit and you think your getting close they hang up on you with no results. It has happened 6 times so far. They never phone you back. I would suggest no one ever use Flight Hub
We book air ticket 6 months a head we prepare everything and they cancel our flight even asking if possible to rebook different date and even the f*cking customer services can't do anything they offer me to wait if something changes in the next couple weeks so i told them request a full refund i don't want to wait for nothing! The worst one is they never inform you that they cancel your flight they just only send you the airline has made changes on your flight but they never inform you its cancel already Stay away from this company they're garbage
I used FlightHub to book a flight from Canada to India that was cancelled due to a technical issue. When I asked them to reschedule the flight, they said they would respond in two to three hours, but after two days, they gave me the same response, which is the worst experience ever had. Moreover, On the phone for more than an hour at a time with the false response from a company they needs well-trained staff and better services to handle the customers problems. However, If flighthub staff won't able to do anything, I would lose my job and that would force me to do legal steps because it's very important for me to reach within a week I am unable to stay longer than that. If they cant reschedule it refund me money to book another flight which is costing me 1500$ or do flight change themselves.

I have 2 separate bookings done via flighthub that were cancelled. I have not recieved the refund for either.
For one of the bookings, they simply claimed that it is an issue with the airline Aircanada and closed the support ticket. No luck with the refund.
For the other, they claim that the request is pending with Westjet. When I spoke to Westjet, they clarified that they have no request for refund from the travel agent. But flighthub keeps saying the request has been placed from their end - yet are unable to share any proof of request raised or pending refund.
Flighthub - If you have raised the request for refund, show me the proof that it is pending with the airline. Show me the emails that you have sent requesting for the refund. Why is this not available? All we get is "Verbal" communication from the agent?
I have lost in$1000s of dollars and being made to run pillar to post. Do not trust this company.

FlightHub STOLE my money by charging me about $465 fees because the airliner modified schedule, which made my travel unattainable but to cancel.
The airliner confirmed that no fees or charges are payable.
However, FlightHub charged me $265 more than what they claimed the standard $75 fees stated in its cancellation policy. In addition, I was asked to sign to agree to be charged additional $200 in order to get a partial refund.
FlightHub makes huge profits by charging unreasonable fees, in my case, $465.

No one from FlightHub contacted me at all. No calls. No live online chat. Once tickets were purchased, FlightHub disappeared.
I have a credit in my account, but I won't be able to travel, I asked them to refund my money but they didn't. So I loos my money. Isn't fair.
Called several times to them and asked to redeem money but they didn't do that.

YES! Flight hub is a SCAM! I purchased ticket from them and agreed with departure and arrival date. They sent me travel ITINERARY. Few days later they sent me another email saying that travel plan changed. I just view the e-mail and called them to inform that I cannot accept it as new arrival date is one day before the original date, which makes me have a 34 hours lay over time! They insisted that I confirmed the changes and now I have to pay AT LEAST $ 350 for changes. They did this change purposely and they sent me another email and telling I am the one who accepted the changes. Do you think anyone like 34 hour lay over time and accept the changes! I told them that I wanted to talk with manager or supervisor but that person said he cannot do any thing. Air Canada says that booking agency can change it and no any charges for that. But flight hub says Airline fee $150 + and modification fee $200 they charge to to give my original itinerary. What a shame Flight Hub! Big Scammer in Canada.
I purchased a ticket and my credit card was charged, I called my bank they confirmed funds have been issued to flighthub.
However, flight hub have refused that this is the case and so I am ticketless and yet I was to travel to bury a loved one- it's now stressful
Flight hub cannot be reached, their automated message asks you to leave a message and no one calls back
I am now left at their mercy, I used up all I had but I still have no ticket.
That company just interested in your money. No help, no service, nothing humane, just business. I wish all their employees and owners get same attitude through all their life for everyone else.
Difficulties in obtaining a refund though flight was missed. Covid restrictions caused me to be refused boarding. So far, I have not been able to receive a refund.
If you like being placed on endless hold, being ignored, being treated like you don't matter and that you are just another annoyance...go ahead, book with them, buy their insurance, cross your fingers and pray it all works out.
Appalling customer service. They were fined $8.5 million in Feb.2021, look it up. Stay FAR away...same goes for JustFly, the sister business owned by the same company.

I paid extra fee to get refund in case I needed to change my flight date. But I received nothing atleast I should have gotten the extra fee I paid for.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
