Flighthub is very bad company. Before you buy please be careful and read all reviews, buy tickets from them, it is very easy but when you request refund never happened, all workers there are very good lies, can't believe one of worker.
Booked flight today, after entering all the details it states the price changed and charged me $150 more. The vague options made me think I was doing the search again. Went through customer service immediately, spent 1 hour waiting for the guy to tell me they cant and wont do anything even though the exact same flight was still advertised for 60 dollars less. It still is right now. Claimed I had to call Air Canada who told me I have to call flight hub (over 2 hours on the phone and just gave up and accepted it). Never again, be very cautious of this website. I have no doubt this is price gouge tactic.
I bought ticket for my brother And he got sick we were trying to cancel 1day before they did not refund or give us credit think one more time before purchase tickets worse company I ever deal with even we bought insurance
I have been trying all day to change the date of my flight, I finally got it sent through but they cancelled it. Continued to try to change the date but then finally got hit with penalty fees due to timing. Tried calling them for some help but they wouldn't waive any of the fees even though we had been trying all day on their buggy website. Will definitely never be using Flighthub again and advise anyone looking to travel to refrain from using their services.
I had a flight from India to Calgary via Newyork where I had 3 hours of layover. And this was the first time traveling and no where on the ticket it was mentioned that I will have to do a self-transfer of the luggage in new york. It took a lot more mental peace and caused discomfort as the layover time was less. There is also a huge security check-in line and if you can find your luggage before doing that then it's your lucky day! It was not helpful at all for me and I will rethink before choosing a flight hub in future.
We booked trip for our daughter, her partner, and their infant son to visit for the holidays. We booked the trip for Approx$600. Later we had to change the date they were to start the trip. I was charged another $600 to go one the same flight, same time, just one day later. When it came time for them to go home, the flight was canceled, apparently for a mechanical issue. Because we booked through Flight Hub, no one at the airport could help us. So I had to deal directly with the airline to buy more tickets. You guessed it, another $600. Contacted Flight Hub about a refund as the flight was canceled. After 1.5 hours on the phone they said they would call me back within 24 hours. They never called back. They sent my daughter an email denying our request. Oh did I forget, we even paid extra for cancelation insurance.
Never again, what an absolute disgrace of a company.
This is the worst fight agent I have ever used. I was advised to cancelled my flight, a confirmation email send to me starting I will have my full refund only for them to make up stories later
The worst customer service I have ever seen in the world. Zero customer service experience. The worker a not knowledgeable and very poor communication skills. I struggled to understand their communication style. I called multiple reps regarding my concern and each had different response. They are not reliable.
Through flight hub, we reserved a flight from Toronto to Phoenix, but unfortunate events caused the flight to be canceled. We were entitled to a refund in accordance with the airline's refund policies, but because we booked through a third party agent, we were instructed to contact FlightHub to make the request. The staff at Flighthub responded that because the return ticket had not yet been canceled, they were unable to issue a refund. We believe that because we trust your services and use you to book tickets as a third party agent for an airline, the same rules should also apply to the customers. We had a very poor experience with flighthub and will never make another booking through them after losing about 450 cad.
If you are thinking of booking through Flighthub go anywhere else! Hands down the worst 3rd party booking site ever. There is no way to chat, email or call them, even though the site gives you all these options trust me none of them work. You will not receive a receipt for anything and if there is a change required good luck.
-I paid extra for assigned seats and did not receive any, and now I have to go through my credit card company and legal matters to try and get that money back, cause of course you can't get ahold of them.
-I also had a change flight which I talked directly with the airline and there was no charge due to the airline switching the flight day, but you have to go through flight hub to change the flight, and they charged me a huge change flight fee for each passenger. Just read the other negative reviews they all say the same, a scam of a site.

I always book with Expedia, but I tried this French agency for the first and last time. Then when I tried to change the date, It took a long time on the phone waiting for an answer. It costs a $200 penalty by Flighthub only adding to this the penalty of the flight company and the difference in fares. On Expedia, it is only 36$.
They can not change the premium economy to economy, so I don't have options, or I have to pay a lot for the difference.
Changing online, no results were found for all dates.
I realize it's a busy time December 22,2022 right before Christmas. My complaint was on the price quoted and price paid. $65 difference. I'm ok with that now because my complaint grew. I phoned. Recoronding sayings it's busy expected wait time about 20 mins. One and 2 mins later I was answered. I realize like many companies it's an overseas call Center. After my wait and explain my complaint his answer was not helpful at all. I asked for a supervisor. He said there were no supervisors available. He put me on hold and when he came back I believe this is what he offered me. To rebut the ticket at the price I was quoted $65 less plus the taxes but I'd be charged $125 to do so. Really yeah, that makes sense. Sign me up. When I told him that made no sense whatsoever he put me on hold again. Then he came back and said sorry no refund Available. Absolutely a waste of 1:21 mins of my life. Keep the $65 plus taxes. Merry Christmas. There will never be a time I need to call your number again. Cheers and Merry Christmas
Buying flight insurance is a scam because regardless of your reasons for canceling, they do not and will not refund. They ask for doctors note and yet still don't refund. Do not use flighthub under any circumstanes!
Garbage company. A tough situation came up and I couldn't attend my flight. Wasn't allowed a refund or even to use it as a credit. Will never book with flighthub again.
I bought 2 tickets and had to cancel them within 24 hours. Flighthub charged me $150 despite the fact that the airlines did reimburse Flighthub full amount. A dishonest way for Flighthub to make money. You are better to use the airlines directly or other travel sites.
I booked the flight for 3160$ and they cancelled it because of airline issue and refunded 2900$ they charged fee for nothing!
Scam
I put a star because I couldn't put 0. I booked a round trip France-United States with flight hub. The prices were strangely low considering the period in which I was leaving. Flight hub ended up canceling my flight (probably because the company's prices had increased)
All my attempts to get a refund or to be put on another flight have been unsuccessful. They just stole my money.
The after sales service is lousy and they won't do anything to help you
J'ai mis une étoile car je ne pouvais pas mettre 0. J'ai réservé un aller retour France/Etats-Unis avec flight hub. Les prix étaient étrangement bas au vu de la période à laquelle je partais. Flight hub a fini par m'annuler mon vol (surement car les prix de la compagnie avaient augmenté)
Toutes mes tentatives de me faire rembourser ou d'être mise sur un autre vol, n'ont pas abouti. Ils ont simplement volé mon argent.
Le service après vente est minable et ils ne feront rien pour vous aider. Méfiez-vous
I had a very bad experience with this company. I had a flight booked that was direct and then it got changed to a connector fight with a significant delay to get home. My first ticket I could have cancelled up until February (bought in November) but because they changed my flight to a connector flight that didn't work for me I got locked into new fine print that didn't allow me any flexibility to change or cancel things up until February so airline change caused middleman to show me that they have no room to be reasonable or find solutions to changes or issues that can come up and often do. I would have honored my original flight and stayed with it but Air Canada changed things so I end up losing but dealing with Flight Hub a very indifferent travel agency. I wont use them again ever under any circumstances as a result of the way I was treated. It took me hours and hours on hold just to be told they cant do anything for me. I am a reasonable person and just wanted a reasonable solution to my intended flight being changed from a direct flight to a flight that had an unreasonable connector thrown in. They will gladly enforce fine print rules and regulations with no consideration for their customers and dont understand that public relations still matter in 2022. If you choose to use this middleman 1. Dont accept any understanding or support or flexibility 2. Expect to lose time on hold and with connector flights thrown in after the fact 3. Don't expect them to have solutions or alternatives despite what Air Canada suggests that they would have. Once bitten wont support again!
Do NOT book your flight through Flighthub. It is a terrible company that will change your flight on you and then claim you accepted the changes. I did not accept any changes, I called Customer Support to complain and have my flights changed back and they person said they would change things back to the way they were. I was relieved - then a few months later the flights never changed and they claimed I never called and I confirmed everything. They say they record your calls and they didnt have "any record of my call". Ridiculous. I had to rebook new flights on a different website and just accept the loss of money. Don't waste your time or money on this third party booking site!
I bought a return ticket in July to fly from North America to West Africa. Now, because it was a promotional ticket, it had its caveats. When I discovered all the airport changes I had to do, I started having second thoughts. But I had bought the ticket already.
Now as providence would have it, my hubby took ill so I had to request a refund. I first contacted United Airlines and they referred me immediately to the flight hub.
I have made 12 different phone calls from September till now. This is December. Flighthub has not issued a refund. It is very easy for money to be taken from the customer but it is very hard to return it.
When I speak with customer service, they are not always consistent in the dates they give me for a refund. One set says one thing and another says another. They raise my expectations unnecessarily.
There was a call I made on the 13th of November. The lady I spoke with, though professional said I should expect a call or an email within 2 to 12 days. Nothing ever came through. Shortly after we spoke, I saw a PENDING transaction from Flighthub for the same amount on my bank statement. The bank could not explain this transaction and it disappeared a few days later. Someone has said to expect payment in a few days. Too much has been said, I have little faith now.
Flighthub, be consistent in your communication across board. Do not make statements that hold no water. I still await my refund of over a 1000canadian dollars.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
