I would not give it not even one star, terrible service, I couldn't travel on my planned date since I got sick as well as my daughter, paid cancellation fee, they won't work with for anything and now I have to travel, I have to pay more for the ticket, and I have to use the same airline and same destination. This is some major bull$#*!! I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER USE THEM AGAIN! STAY AWAY PEOPLE!
We just finished our trip to Germany that was booked through Flighthub very bad experience very bad surprises at the airport counter will never ever book anything through Flighthub again I would like to rate it zero if I could, they promise you excellent service but it was not like that we tried to solve the problem after the trip but the customer service just don't want to help you
My flight was cancelled. I have been waiting 3 weeks to get a refund. I spent multiple hours on the phone, speaking to several employees who all required me to give them the same information, and all of whom passed me on to someone else. None of those employees was of any assistance. When I am actually refunded for my flight your rating might move up from a 1/5 to 2/5. Very disappointed in my experience.
I received the best price for my trip to Europe! The website is easy to use and it checks all of the airlines for the best price.
I purchased what I thought was 2 direct flight tickets to Hawaii a year ago January 2018. When it was time for us to go on September 1 the islands had hurricane problems and heavy rain. We didn't want to fly us and golf clubs to sit and watch it rain. When we called to cancel we found out we would be penalized 3/4 of our $1400 tickets because Flight Hub had booked us on 4one way tickets. What a crazy way to do business. Plus if we decided to use the last 1/4 $$ we had to go before January was over. My husband was recovering from knee replacement and we couldn't go. So we ate $1400 of airfare with nothing to show for it. Will never do business with Flight Hub or American if we have a choice.
Better than dealing with the airlines especially when there are multiple airlines involved with the travel.
We had the best time on our journey and will be going back again. Going to monitor the sight again to see if prices are ever that great again. Thank you. Perfect experience great price

They refused to make changes to my booking after less a ONE MINUTE, when we purchased a ticket prices shown are $ after payment we got USD.
Flight Hub IS A SCAM!
Recently I booked 4 round trip tickets to Europe for a pile of money...
Besides, I payed extra fees for place selection and free ticket cancellation.
On the next day I checked my book status in the airline companies I was supposed to flight with and what a surprise... I had to pay 60 more CAD for each luggage that is usually included in the ticket price! I tried to cancel booked tickets ( since I payed extra money for that option)... and another surprise- ticket cancellation was not available.
My advise to everyone is DO NOT USE FlightHub Services AT ALL!
There only intension is to take your money without any responsibilities and deliberately hiding essential information.
Two months ago we booked a flight to and from Rome... paid extra for two seats together. I thought all well till today when i discovered by accident that (1) the airline was switched... i would have gone to the wrong check-in desk, (2) I have no seats... if I want seats it will cost me at least $220 more, (3) with the original airline, a checked bag was free... the new airline wants an additional $50 per bag per person per flight. Taken together that's another $440. I spent nearly two hours on the phone with FlightHub... mostly listening to awful music. The many agents I talked with were robotic, but tried to be nice. Because they could not help, I asked for a supervisor... three times. More awful music. One "disconnected" twice... and did not call back as promised. I am currently listening to even more awful music as I wait for another supervisor. To say the least, FlightHub is far far from "the greatest travel agent in the US." I will NEVER use FlightHub again!
Everything went smoothly with our flights and bookings. We were pleased with the service and would use it again.
The experience that I had with Flighthub was really good, it was easy to book the flight, and the prices were good.
I enjoy the many options given for the flights. Great prices for sure. And the diverse airlines available to choose from.
My flight was extremely good and I loved how easy it was to book! When I got to the counter on my return back to edmonton, I asked the woman working the check-in if I had to check my baggage in Winnipeg and she said absolutely not. I asked once again because I was afraid I'd lose my important stuff! Turns out I did have to check my baggage during my layover and I didn't receive my baggage back until about a week later. I was extremely pleased about my flight and the whole process of booking! Easy access on the app :)
With most of my family living in Colorado and no direct flights in my home town Flight Hub has given me a great option to visit at at a discounted price! So until we get a flight here or close by I will book with Flight Hub again. The flights were on time, comfortable & didn't have a long wait time between connecting flights!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
