Booked flight with flighthub.com, after entering all the details it states the price changed and charged me $250 more. The vague options made me think I was doing the search again. Went through customer service immediately, spent 1 hour waiting for the guy to tell me they cant and wont do anything even though the exact same flight was still advertised for 250 dollars less. It still is right now. Never again, be very cautious of this website. I have no doubt this is price gouge tactic.
Booked a flight months ago, bought all insurances as well, just in case. Well My apt got canceled so I wanted to cancel my flight and get my money back or at least a credit. I GOT NO MONEY BACK OR A CREDIT! Was pretty much told to bad.
Customer service was horrible. Was told a bunch of lies and got the run around.
DO NOT BOOK ANY TRIPS WITH FLIGHTHUB.
You will not get your money back if you have to cancel. They don't give any $#*!s about you and your trips.
I will not recommend this site to anyone, they should be shut down for scamming people.

They booked me a bad ticket and when I called in for a ticket less than $1500 both ways, they decided to charge me almost $2500 for one way since there was a wrong booking on my ticket. Long story short they banged the calls on me, even after the booking I reached out to them but as usual they banged calls on me. They are an opportunist company and want to always ripe clients off. I have just started my reviews and I will work hard till I get results or apology. I wish I can get a negative (-)5 star rating
I'm not satisfied with flight tub, changed the conditions of booking and the airline charged me for my and my family bags when they said we were allowed to bring with us one carry on bag of 23 kg per person. At the airport I had to pay for them, and when I called to get my money back they said I was authorized to bring 1 carry on bag of 8 kg per person. Huge difference ahh? Why I did not have to pay in my first trip and I had to pay for my trip back?
Flighthub is the worst travel agent company to book flights with and to deal with. They have some special rates which they book tickets on, and even if you are eligible for a ticket change, you are not able to change the tickets. My booking number was 220-358-792. I booked 2 tickets for me and my fiancé, because we were flying to India to get married, which costed me approximately CAD4500. Due to some visa appointment issues, we were not able to get Schengen visa to have 2 layovers in Germany. I started calling Flighthub since 2nd January and kept on calling them until 2nd February. I made approximately 30 calls in which I didn't get any success in changing the return flight. In the end, I had to book a new flights which costed me CAD3677. Every time I called, the call lasted for approximately 1 hour and it did not result in a positive outcome. The representatives said that they were not able to view the price difference. A couple of times the representatives were able to see the fare difference and it was approximately CAD1450 (for which we could buy new flight tickets), but they were not able to book. I would like to have a refund or credit for the return flight or the fare returned for the return flights. It is not fair to have tickets booked which you cannot use.
I booked with Flighthub for a 2 leg journey- and due to flight delays missed a connection. Flighthub did nothing to assist getting a replacement flight other than tell me they sent an email to the airline. I waited for more than 30 hours without any contact from them, and then purchased a replacement ticket for the missed flight. Flighthub then let me iniw that return flight was vous because I had not travelled on the purchased ticket (which I could not use because they didn't issue a replacement ticket).
This company is useless - never use them
I bought tickets on Friday but on Monday they said that these ticket is not confirmed, because airlines change prices from $1096 to $1700.They canceled my reservation, but then I checked their website it was showing same cheap tickets. Costumer service representative is horrible liar and I would call him a deceiver. Do not be tempted with low prices!
I book a flight, made a mistake when I tried to correct them less than 24 HOURS LATER. They charged me almost 30% of the ticket.
AVOID THAT COMPANY AT ALL COST...
Please don't do business with ANY Flighhthub agencies. They will tell you there is a cancellation fee for flights you didn't even cancel. I missed my flight due to being given incorrect information by Spirit Airlines staff. I booked the flight through Ace Flight Hub so I thought they could help me re-book. Not only did they want to charge me for another flight but they charged me a cancellation fee. When I contacted the airlines they said there was no cancellation fee associated with my ruined trip. Its all a scam. If you call the number on your itinerary and get someone with an Indian accent please hang up and call the airline directly. Ace Flight Hub will not help you and they will lie to you to get money for fraudulent fees.
Please be very careful with this company. I purchased a ticket to Taiwan for April back in January and had a medical emergency that restricts me from leaving the County of Orange (Calfifornia). I had purchased the flight insurance and provided my medical paperwork. FlightHub is telling me that I need to pay them $75 on a card for them to process the cancellation. It is not part of the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy and they will not transfer me to a supervisor. It is a shady operation (customer service) and you will go in hoops around and around trying to problem solve this. Be careful, it is not only a scam (insruance protection) but fraud.
I booked my ticket to go back to Saskatoon through flighthub which I needed up stranded at the airport for almost 12 hours. I called them to find a solution they picked the call after 1 hour and spent talking to them for three hours in order to tell me that my ticket is done and have to book another ticket and also the money is not refundable Bcz of their policy. So guys not a good place to buy a ticket from. Try Expedia.ca
We got an addition cancelation plan becase we were not certain about result of our trip.
Now we are stuck in Ukraine in a middle of fkn war.
We got refused in cancelation service due to "predictability" of the problem. Which was not forseeable at all
I had the worst experience of my life dealing with those scammers. Couldn't get My credit back. They lied to me about re-using it. Worst customer service too.
Paid over $5000.00 to Flight Hub for 3 flights. Flights were canceled & we were promised we would get a credit for future use up to one year. Now we are told that the airline is refusing a future credit & we are out $5000.00! Currently disputing with our credit card company for full refund. Note: spent 3 hours total today on hold, trying to reach a Flight Hub representative.
I been using Flighthub for most of my flights. I now realize that they aren't trustworthy esp in my latest booking. They cannot refund me even my reasons are valid. I will never use their service till further notice or probably ban for 10 years and I don't care.
Don't book with flighthub! I won't give a star for the experience we had! But with out a star, review can not be submitted so I gave 1! We booked flight to Philippines from Canada for $3918.05 with layover in Japan, Haneda airport (arrival and departure) We received the itenerary via email with the same airport. But when we print the itenerary, which we did not read again because we read it multiple times in my email. We found out in the airport that our ticket/flight details were from Toronto then arrival layover in Narita then departure from Haneda. Since it was not required a transit visa as long as we will not go outside haneda airport, we did not get any. But due to different itenerary we got,we were not able to get on board and advised to book another ticket which we did and cost us CAD 5000. We applied and got Japan transit visa when we got in the philippines. But unfortunately, yesterday we were not able to use it and the return ticket as we were told that ticket use is in sequence. Once you did not use the first ticket, the system will cancel all the bookings. Thank you Air Canada for not informing us the first time we were denied to board and asking us to purchase another ticket from Canada to Philippines with out telling us that all bookings will be cancelled! It cost us another $6000.00. We didn't have a choice but to get one!
I bought westjet flight ticket through Flighthub in June 2022. I did boarding, but flight was canceled. Westjet couldn't give me anything because I booked through Flighthub. I called Flighthub and they can't give me refund or credit because I didn't cancel the flight in 2 hours before boarding. How I know the flight is going to cancel? Westjet called them explain what happen...Finally Flighthub except that they will give me a credit and it will be due for 11 month.It took 5 hours to do that by Flighthub. Now as Feb 2023, I want to use the credit. First, Flighthub said the credit is expired, but I had note from westjet. I told them I do have a note from westjet. They didn't say anything because that was LIE. They can book me the most expensive ticket only and will charge me $285 rebooking fee. So I have to pay more than double price after using my credit. If I book in Westjet, the price of ticket is only $350. However, I need to pay $450 exactly same flight and time. My credit was $500. I couldn't believe. Flighthub is thief. Never going to use the company! Flighthub you guys should be out of market!
This the worst ever people we have had to deal with. They booked a flight ticket for us without informing us about any transit visa requirement and when we asked them to cancel the ticket within 24 hrs as well they are not doing that. The agents with them are hopeless not able to help the customer is any way. Recommend everyone to stay away from such cheaters.
Just booked a ticket on FlightHub. On the website it is clearly mentioned that I could cancel my flight within 24 hours of my booking and get a full refund. Also I took trip cancellation for 34$CDN and when I consulted flight hub customer services about 8 hours later I was told that only 4hours after booking was 100% refundable. After 4 hours I would be charged 50$. In addition my flight cancellation fee of 34$ is not considered and non-refundable. In addition if I am delayed or not able to make the flight for any reasons mentioned in the refund policy I still have to pay the fee of 50$CDN to delete my flight booking which has made my insurance fees total 84$ CDN. No where is this mentioned whilst making my booking. When I spoke to 3 different customer sales representatives I was told that it was just so the customer would not cancel the bookings for no valid reason which is a nonsense excuse. The grand finale is when I was told even my refund was up to the insurance validating my evidence. I took the extra TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE for piece of mind but eventually it has given me more of a headache and worry. I have always used One Travels with no issues. In future no more Flight Hub
They charged my credit card extra, and I stayed on hold for hours to get ahold of an agent to resolve my problem. Each agent would give me a different answer to my question. Horrible, I'm drained by trying to explain my situation to a different agent! Horrible.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
