Spent nearly 2 hrs to plan a trip to Europe with one of their agents over the phone, after going through all the process only to be told the flight no longer existed. Continued on to another flight they offered and after finalizing all the trip details for the items I selected (cancellation ins. Baggage ins. Seats reservation and so forth, taxes) for a round trip. He quoted me a price and I told him it was too expensive that I had seen the same trip for a better price. He then said to hold on and see what he could do. He returned and told me he would give me the same price that I had seen on line. Finally we agreed on a price and I repeated the price over 3 times to him to make sure he understood before he took my credit card details and then told me all was confirmed, after I then received an email with a new price that had gone up by approx. $400.00. Please note that previously to my booking I had read their cancellation policy on their site that I could cancel within 24 hrs. I booked at 7pm and called the next day early morning at around 8am only to be told the 24 hour timing was only till midnight on day of booking. So after speaking to the appropriate person I was told I was not allowed to cancel my booking (of only 12 hrs made previously) can you imagine. Also my seat reservation which they charged expensively to begin with was never booked for my return trip from Europe to my final destination. I also requested a wheel chair for my husband and they told me I would have to call the airline company directly. They could not add my points for the travel expenses to my Aeroplan account either but said they would try to apply it. I did check my Aeroplan account but nothing has been added. The person I spoke to after complaining to did manage to book my return seats on my return (free of charge) although they had charged me for generously already so cannot understand why she said it was free. So after this tiring and dramatizing adventure which lasted many hours it is needless to say l don't have confidence in them and I do not feel comfortable that all will go well for my upcoming trip. Very Very disappointed and I do not think I will ever deal with these people again.
I was not able to book the desire flight online after 3 different attempt and had to call them. They would give me a higher price from their website using an excuse that the prices had gone up and eventhough i would refresh the screen and the price was lower online. On my 3rd attempt, I insisted that the manager would hounour the price online in which the customer service said yes but ones the booking was almost completed he informed me that it had gone up $100 and that was beyond his control and that the manager would not be able to do anything about it. I cancelled and said that i will not deal with them anymore. They set you up to call them and use the excuse that the prices go up, Beware this is a scam and targeted to make you pay more for the fights that are offered online...wasted time of 2hrs

To verify if this is true just try to cakl their phone number and you will see it. They will get your credit card number and tell you later that if you file a dispute with your bank because for sure you will not get a service that you booked they will charge your credit card again. Read their terms and conditions so My bank adviced me to change my card number. If this will happen please file a dispute with your bank and the bank will get your money back. Thanks
Warning: The very worst experience ever. Quick to take your money but won't give it back even if flight gets cancelled by the airline. NEVER book a flight through FlightHub. The Airline returned money to Flight Hub after they cancelled a flight they'd booked for me. However, FlightHub never gave me my money back after taking it from my credit card. Where I come from that is Stealing!
I searched for a flight to YVR Vancouver, and their website search surfaced up a flight to Vancouver's neighbouring airport - Abbottsford. It was was labeled as Vancouver airport though and made no mention of Abbotsford. Flighthub refused to help me when I called their customer service. At the very least they should be taking my feedback and relabeling their website or improving the UX experience on their website. Awful business. Zero help, zero focus on customer satisfaction.
1. 24/7 customer support but you can't reach. Called many times and it was really disappointing and frustrating! Practically no customer service.
2. They charge cancellation fee even within 24 hrs while no one charges if you cancel within 24 hrs.
Please guys for your advice if trying to book at this website don't please they will scam mall hand working money. They can't change the day of your flight if your miss it please guys don't book from this airline I had an agent his name was Bryan I need help and all he did was laugh at me no help at all. I tried to book for family to come I don't any money with no help at all lose all my money. No one is giving me clearly information at all i wanted was to change the date of flight but no they cancelled my flight without my permission so I'm sue the company for this I didn't even receive a call or anything about the cancellation who ever own this company need to work with the team and help people not make fun of them. They people will scam you please don't book from here.
It is very bad website. I tried to book a flight I filled all the information but before i reviewd my daughter accidentally press the booking option. My flight got booked. I tried to make a call to their tool free phone numbers. They have leave a massage option on the tool free number. I never deal with voice mail option with 24/7 tool free number. Then agent call me back from their private number. I explained my situation to them but they said i have to pay $75 dollor per person. Then i call Air Canada directly and they solve my problem and they told me i will get my full refund but when i got my credit card statement i saw Flight hub charged $225 for that.They never try to solve the problem very very bad customer service they only greedy for money. Be aware before you book a flight with Flight Hub.
Booked a flight, at counter airline screwed me over, instead of doing they're job they got me to call someone else at the airline they work for, waited on hold for 20 minutes, took 20 minutes while talking to them while right at the counter, then the counter girl proceeded to put me down as a no show, tried to get a change of flight or at least a credit or refund on at least the return flight and I was then told I could rebook for a smaller fee, then changed to paying for a new flight to destination and use my original return, was hung up on or disconnected, not sure, spent another 45 minutes on hold to have yet another person tell me sorry sir but since they deemed you no show there's no value to either flight and I lose everything, most of this is very unprofessional and I will never be suing this service again and I'm definitely going to bad mouth them every chance I get
I book a flight with flight hub and I made a mistake on my reservation I have to cancel and flight hub did not at least a portion of my fee

Company changed flight multiple times and friend got separated on over seas flights. No help from customer service. Told 6 min wait time on hold for 45 min. Then when got into conversation with customer service they hung up on me. Never use this service!
I spoke to phone support named Carlos. He was very polite and very helpful. He didn't want me to finish our call until I received my email of confirmation. I really appreciate his diligence. FlightHub is very lucky to have a worker that care about their customers. Props to Carlos. Thank you very much for your help.
This is my first time to book with flight hub. Our flight to Philippines was cancelled and rebooked for another day and the airlines (Qatar and American Airlines) were not helpful and keep passing us to each other like a ball. The 2nd day we came back, our ticket was still not confirmed and told us that they again rebooked our flight to the next day. This was unacceptable. During the first delay, they only covered half of the hotel cost. This was the worst experience we had. Don't book with FlightHub - they will book you only as chance passengers!
VERY POOR SERVICE HOLD TIMES ARE LONGER THAN THEY SAY. UNKOWINGLY THEY CHARGE ON YOUR CC. NO RESPECT ABOUT YOUR TIME AS CUSTOMER.
My 1st checked in luggage was considered as Free and it was written in my confirmation ticket. Once at the counter Eva Airlines tells me that I have to pay $140 USD. Apparently they system does not match Flighthub! The information provided in my confirmation ticket from Flighthub regarding baggage allowance and what is included is not reliable. I would not recommend using Flighthub nor Eva Airlines - they have a poor customer service.
I was looking to purchase a ticket to my new job, but was unsure exactly when I would receive my work visa. In light of this, I was extremely clear that I needed a ticket that could be delayed. They assured me that the ticket I was purchasing had this option. However, when I needed to delay my departure date, I was informed that this option would cost me $450, the same amount as a cancellation. Nobody mentioned anything about this in my phone calls.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
