The connections were not the best but there were more flights available than other sites. That is the reason we used flighthub and not the other sites for our tickets.

I am a regular user of Flight hub, only on this instance I made a mistake of typing the wrong destination. Within 5 min i cancelled the flight and for doing the same myu credit card was charged by $75. I had a chat with customer care agent, the supervisor JD and both of them kept on saying nothing could be done.
Meaning I bought a ticket for $149, did not trael and paid $75 for nothing!.
Even if this is your policy it is TOTALLY unfair to the customers, all the other sites provide free 24 Hour cancellation and without any charge and you do not need to buy any free cancellation for extra fee.
Being a customer I am very disappointed and frustrated at the same time.
I demand a refund on my credit card.
Was very easy to do the booking. If only the option for seat selection and its price was on top, that would be better - then I don't have to go through the selection. Just got annoying with multiple connections.
