Worst travel agency ever. I booked my flight, paid for my desired seat then few days later I am being told that the seat is no longer available. I checked with Air Canada the seat was still available for $75 but Flight hub showed me the price of $32 + $25 for seat assisgnment fee at the time of booking since the price went up which will cost them an extra of $18 they chose to cnacel my seat request and refund me $25. My point is, if flight hub displayed a seat for a certain amount then its fligh hub's responsibility to cover the difference for misleading a customer.

Apart from that, they charge extra $200 for any chnages on top of airline penalty fee of $150. Again, If airline charges few dollars flight hub charges 4times more in the name of "saving your time".

OVERCHARGED/NO HELP

I recently had the opportunity to experience FlightHub's credit usage policy, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. I feel compelled to share my concerns and disappointment with the way this policy is implemented.

Last year, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel a flight booked through FlightHub, and as a result, I was issued a credit of $1784.38 with a validity period of one year. When I attempted to make a new booking to the same destination, I was shocked to find that the total cost, even with the credit applied, would be around $1980. This, in itself, was a significant increase from the original ticket price.

What made the situation even more bewildering was that when I investigated alternative booking options, I discovered that FlightHub was offering the same flight to our desired destination to new customers for only $1500. This pricing discrepancy raised concerns about the fairness and transparency of FlightHub's credit usage policy.

As a loyal customer of FlightHub, I expected a more reasonable and customer-friendly approach when using the credit I received as a result of a flight cancellation. It is disheartening to find that loyal customers are essentially penalized for using their credit, rather than being rewarded for their loyalty. This experience has left me questioning FlightHub's commitment to its customers and their satisfaction.

I would like to express my hope that FlightHub will revisit its credit usage policy and ensure that it aligns with principles of fairness and customer satisfaction. I believe that customers should not be put in a situation where using their credit results in paying more than new customers for the same service.

While I understand that pricing may vary based on different factors, I believe that the credit utilization process should be transparent, reasonable, and customer-friendly. Unfortunately, my recent experience with FlightHub did not meet these expectations.

In conclusion, my review of FlightHub's credit usage policy is marked by disappointment. I hope that the company will consider making necessary changes to provide a more equitable and transparent process for using credits, ensuring that loyal customers are not left feeling penalized for their loyalty.

Final note... I'm dealing with this issue over a year

Had to cancel a flight recently. Had purchased the extra cancellation insurance of $200 dollars. When attempting to cancel, even with this insurance, they would not refund me my total as it was restricted by the airline itself. They offered me an air line credit for the value of my ticket, BUT wanted to charge another $200 in administration fees per person. I called the air line directly and the cancellation fee is actually $150 per person. Simple math shows that they con you out of this insurance of $200 PLUS try to ring you for another $100 to make a call that i made on my own. ON TOP of this, they also told me that the return flight airline does not offer a credit or refund at all! I called that airline directly and was helped by great reps that gave me a credit for the full ticket with ZERO admin or cancellation fees. Serves me right for using a middle man. Terrible service. Take the time and book flights yourself through the air lines, lesson learned.

Stay away from Dishonest employee Oscar Llobet ext 110.

To flight hub management. I have a serious complaint against your employee by the name of Oscar Llobet ext 110 from your montreal Quebec office. Oscar purposely charged me a higher price flight ticket by $400 more than the website. I called to get help and I told him I wanted the lowest price possible as per your website flighthub. One way from Shanghai to Toronto for the amount $1341 leaving Aug 4. If you look on the website the lowest price is still there. He lied and said he could not give me this price and that all the tickets were sold out and prices were going up. But as of the next day the lowest price and tickets are still there. Oscar Llobet ext 110 tricked me and said if I did not book now the ticket price would go higher and made up an excuse and booked me on a flight with out my approval for $400 dollars more than the price on the website. Yet the lowest price is still there days later. Can you please fire Oscar Llobet ext 110 now. I would like a full refund without penalty or and charges for this flight as i did not approve this flight. Oscar Llobet coerced me and used scare tactics to get me to pay the higher priced ticket. Who can I talk to? Why would Oscsr lie and book me on a flight that cost $400 more than on the website? And that I did not approve. Is this how you train your employees? As you can in my attachement the price is still 1335. Yet he still charged me 1484 for both tickets. Oscar Llobet ext 110 is a liar and is very dishonest. Can you please help me?

I used flight hub to book a flight to Europe this past summer. They took my money, sent me partial details of my trip. Tried to contact a person for help, could not. Called the airline to make sure flight was reserved, was told it was not and to reconfirm with them or I would be stranded in Italy. So I paid twice for the same trip. Tried to contact flight hub again when I got home but never did get a person. Would not recommend using them I never will again.

I've had the worst experience with Flighthub. On Oct 21st, I booked a ticket with Flighhub website under
Booking reference 241-704-641. I received a booking
Confirmation which is attached. After a while I got another email stating that the payment had been declined due to insufficient funds in my account (which was not the case). I still added an additional amount to my account and revisited the payment checkout. As soon as the transaction was processed I got a prompt stating the booking has been cancelled as the ticket I was acquiring was sold out. Turns out they charged me 858.49$ for one of the tickets with Porter Airline and till this date I have not received a refund. I call them the sales them does not help in anyway and ask to chat with the team on the website. The wait time is 45mins +
On the website chat support which has been of no help either.

They don't have email support or any other way of contacting them to be able to sort this out. Last I spoke with their representative, I was told the amount would be refunded within 3-5 business days however they are avoiding me and are not at all helping.

Pure example of swindling - NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

They charges manyyyy hidden fees
They don't honor 24h refund policy they charges fees after 4h of booking.
Agent doesn't even speak well either french or english. It took 2h on the phone with their customer service to get half of my flight fare because the rest is all their stupid fees.
NEVER AGAIN. DISHONEST COMPANY.

I purchase 1 airline ticket, online show 2 prices, one without luggage and one with luggage, I have selected the price with luggage but when i checked in airline they said i have no luggage paid, i have to pay additional fee for luggage, stay away, they are scammers.

Went to their site and "purchased" tickets at their advertised price. A few hours later, they tell me they had trouble processing my credit card info. Checked and reentered info and within 30 min got the same message. Checked with my credit card company and they had not declined anything. Contacted FlightHub via the chat bot. They had me call the company. Was hung up on the first go round. Second call had me redoing the reservation and they quoted me a higher price. Was offered a discount, but not to the original price. Interestingly Justfly had the same price as the flight I originally booked so I tried booking with them while I was waiting on the phone with FlightHub. Same website, same problems and I was canceled on both purchases. While I was on the phone, they told me that they had real time prices. If so, this is fraud.

Contacting flighthub customer service via phone call, email or online chat is impossible. I was to contact flighthub by the airline concerning my missed flight to no avail. This is not the first time this is happening, as this is also an expensive ticket!. I would advice to try other online booking agencies as this agency just doesn't care.

I booked a flight for my mother to come visit paid an additional $248 for seat assignments and check bag in advance through flighthub. When my sister went to print her tickets it asked her to pay for the seat when they got to the airport, she had to pay for her bag now I'm livid when I called customer service I'll it did was put me in a loop and repeat the same message over and over and over so I decided to text message when I did. I got a representative immediately. Explain the situation, she sent me a link and said someone at this link would be happy to help me when I went to the link there was a dollar charge which was refundable to speak to someone but then there was a membership fee so I told I have to pay to speak to someone Could not get a response will never do business with them again! Don't say I didn't warn you

I would not recommend this site or any leadgen sites from Kayak for that matter. You think you "booked" a ticket after you paid but the ticket is only issued after 3 days, I read other comments that tickets were not issued because price went up. While the price is cheaper, there is no phone support and chat support is very slow, you will get a lot of "Please wait while I do research" and each wait is 10 minutes. They charge service fees for everything, such as fixing a small typo on your ticket. I'd go direct and book at the airline's website, they don't charge these fees.

---- After this review, their manager called and waive the fee for updating the typo, which I appreciate. I bumped the star rating by 1.

I booked a flight - the funds were on CC'd. Flighthub applied charges to my cc'd, then i got an email that they couldn't get bank funding confirmation, so i had to rebook. Tried to call customer service - disconnected by phone. NO answer in chat. Remember, i dont have a booking id, so they can't put you through to a live agent. So i called sales. He was useless. Wouldnt put me though to live agent in CS or a supervisor. According to bank, funds still applied by them for a flight, but i dont have a flight. CC'd company will try to clear authorization in 2 to 3 days. FLIGHTHUB NEEDS TO HAVE REAL PEOPLE AVAILABLE, NOT SOME DESK JOCKEY ON A SCRIPT WHO IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

2nd complaint, inless than 5 minutes the flight went up from $901 to $988 - reason - it updates every 15 minutes, nothing agent could do.

Sorry - RIP OFF

First using FlightHub and definitely the last time. Expedia offers a way better customer service.
Dont use them. They take your fast but for service they are horrible to reach out.

Booked flight from Seoul to Vancouver and transfer at San Francisco, Air Canada cencelled flight from San Francisco to Vancouver, but flight hut never notice me, when I got airport then found out, and have to wait all night at airport to catch next available flight which was next day morning. The worst thing is there is no phone support service for flight hub, only chat support but not 24/7, you have chat with AI first, then wait more than an half hour to get real person to chat with you, and they never apologized and did nothing to help, I have to get Air Canada to change my ticket, never use Flight Hub again
