Be super careful with them. The will change you crazy high when you are not careful. The customer service is slow and not helpful. They don't cancel extra charges. I have been charged more 670$ for selecting seats.

Terrible company. Always after their money and commissions and not ready to help in case of trouble. Flight hub deducted $106.26 x 2!from my credit card without my consent. I could not even get them on phone to ask questions. They only talk to you when you want to buy tickets, when they want to get your money. You will be on your own if any issue arises. Be careful with Flighthub, their customer service is zero.

Weak services

As soon as an issue comes up you notice that FlightHub is a weak travel company same as others that can't stand against flight company for your rights. These issues could be flight cancelation or etc by flight company. So, what they do? They just blame flight company and say contact them. So what is your role as a travel agent or travel company. I will never use these online travel companies for my booking again

Scam Charges

I thought I was calling the correct phone number to update name change (marriage) on an upcoming United Flight. I had just quickly googled number and it wasn't actually United Airlines. It was FlightHub. And when I asked him several times, he acted like he was part of United. FlightHub tried to charge me over $232 for what should have been free. Luckily my credit card company caught it. Cancelled card and getting a new one.
Made sure to be calling United directly and was able to change name for no charge.

AVOID FLIGHTHUB

Flight hub will promise you a flight/ service
Take payment for the flight/ service
Then will cancel the service without refund, blaming the airline they advertise for

Customer service is hornedous

Coming from a Canadian based company thiais despicable to see that frauding their customer base is how they do business

They are scams!

They are scam! Airline gives refund but flighthub with holds your money & claims airline gave no refund so they can keep your money. They are deceivers & fraud! When you ask them for evidence of the airlines statement or conversations with them, they do not disclose. That is because they are scamming people. No transparency & they are total business malpractice!

Ticket

I was using flight hub for buying my tickets and referred them to my family and friends. 3 days a go i bought ticket and called to chenge date but they canceled my ticket and gave me credit for buy another ticket after one day i called and they asked me 2000$ extra for using my credit to buy another ticket. I told if i buy another new ticket and don't use my credir (1600$) this new ticket is 1550$. Why i pay 2000 plus my credit is 1600$ for ticket that is 1550$. Why i pay extra and they sead you have to buy this ticket otherwise police willl call you.

Don't use this service

Book directly with the airline, that way if your flight is canceled you get all of your money back. FlightHub is refusing to refund me my seat selection fee for seats that are no longer available to me. I called Delta and they said they did not charge a fee for selecting seats, so the fee is strictly FlightHub. Such a scam, don't use this service.

When something goes wrong in a reservation, it is helpful to talk to a human.

At FlightHub, it is only possible to talk to a human on the phone if you have not bought a ticket yet. Once it is bought, FlightHub does not wish to speak to you anymore.

The only way to receive customer service is to reach out to the chatbot which will redirect you to a human only after carefully selecting the right options. Choose wrong and the chatbot will not let you talk to a human.

So this it. I've been waiting for three hours to chat with a human. When the human showed up, I was away from the keyboard for a few minutes. As I did not respond right away, I've been sent back on the waiting list.

I do not recommend using FlightHub due to their very poor aftersale customer service.

These guys are Thiefs!

These people are thieves! I booked with them a flight to palm springs which was cancelled due to weather.(not my fault)
I checked their own site for same flight a week later for the SAME price...but even though available at their own site as well as expedia and others...they said that price was "not available" and wanted a few hundred more.
So I asked for my money back. They wanted a cancellation fee equal to 33% of the price of the ticket. Then they promised to reduce it by half...but when the credit card charge came back, the agreed upon "reduced" fee WAS NOT THERE. The person helping me hangs up!

Bad customer service

I try to change my ticket but the wait time is 40 minutes after 40 minutes no response and when I try to contact again still 40 minute wait time but no response. It's one of the bad thing I suffer from. No one help to change the flight.In future I will never book flight through flight hub.

Why will Flighthub levy additional fees after i have paid a roundtrip fare? The explanation provided was rather lame that the system charged me for a discount ticket that was no longer available so i was on a waiting list to pay $285 before an eticket would be issued?

DON'T DO IT! Complete waste of time, robbery, unprofessional and simply not worth the headache. I moved forward with purchasing a flight and enter all of my personal details including card information. Once I was charged, I pop-up appeared stating the following "The fares for one or more flights are no longer available" and was provided with 3 options 1. Go back to the results page 2.start a new search or 3.contact them. I understand how third party flights work and decided to clear all of my cookies, cache, history and data and conducted a new search. THE SAME FLIGHT APPEARED! Against my better judgment I went ahead selected the flight (since it was being advertised as available and a message on the lower right-hand corner appeared stating the tickets were going fast for this fare - which didn't appear previously). Once again, I completed the process, was charged and received the VERY SAME ERROR MESSAGE. I called the customer service line the first person I spoke with was tempered and did not offer any solutions and simply kept stating that I would be automatically refunded in 3-7 days and that sometimes the site it not up to date with the current flights from other airlines in realtime. I spoke with someone else after that cs rep since the call was going nowhere and this rep was a bit nicer but no solution was offered. 5 hours later - I've spoken to a total of 4 different people, call was disconnected once, another rep told me there was nothing she could do about the refund and suggested I use the chat feature on the site which only has 2 options - to book a flight call their service line if you have a flight enter booking number. Without a booking number, no other option would appear in the chat feature. I had to call, yet again.
If this doesn't feel like a waste of time and money, then I don't know what will.

Just don't do it, save yourself the headache.
Share this info with anyone else you know and spare them the misery.

This is awful.

BE CAREFUL Flight Hub is the worse customer service ever! Hang up twice on my face, my daughter's flight was canceled and they DID NOT help me at all. They want to charge me another ticket! SCAMMERS.

Needed to cancel

Had to cancel my air and was charged $400 handling fee for one leg and $100 handling fee for the other leg by FlightHub. I had to press to get anything back because they said I wasn't entitled, though the confirmation specifically said refund with fee. My confirmation also said I was entitled to one checked bag each yet I was charged $132 by the airline which I apparently am out of also. Please beware. The people who rated them 3.4 must not have had to deal with customer service.
