They promise no questions asked you can cancel within 24 hours. They get the money and you get an email stating "the airline will be issuing your tickets " This always will come WAY after the 24 hour grace period and the wait time is 48 minutes currently to talk to an agent. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I spoke to someone named marvin in the chat and told him only have two insulin shots left and I need to book a earlier flight he didnot help me so i called and they did not answer
I didn't get an electronic ticket on one of my booked flights. I verify to the
Airlines and it turned out that I am not in the airline's system.
That booking was confirmed by FlightHub. And when i try to call them
No customer service on the phone to talk with, you should go to their
Chat room, which is not also real time, they will reply to your email
But you cant reply to this email.
As of this writing, I haven't received my eticket. And im not sure if my booking is successful.
On mai 2023 I purchased 2 tickets to go to Europe on july 2023, 24 h before when I try online check in I found out that my ticket was canceled and removed to another flight and leave my husband in the flight I reseved before. Nobody from flightHub want to help me to let me go with my husband in the same trip the only answer they had it's not their problem it's the airlines company. After hours and hours with AA they change everything and let us going toghether.
It's my first time I use FlightHub but I was disappointed.
I booked a round trip flight from Toronto to Seoul with a connection in Los Angeles. They told me the flight to Los Angeles had to be canceled for some reason (originally claimed the flight was canceled, but it was not) so we rebooked almost the exact same flights with Seattle as the connection. I'm reassured that waiting for the airlines to confirm won't take long at all, and sure enough two days later I get the confirmation that my booking is all secure, "pack your bags, you're ready to fly!".
But in fact, the day before my trip I find that they've changed the content of that email to now say that the itinerary has changed and I need to contact them. Turns out the Seattle flight is somehow not confirmed. But don't worry, we'll set the issue to "urgent" and you'll definitely receive the confirmation within the next twenty four hours.
Well, the flight has just left and I never received confirmation or any tickets to present to the counter for help with at all. In fact neither of the airlines can help me at all- they obviously can't pull the tickets out for Flighthub and so whether one of the airlines never got around to giving confirmation or not, I was completely out of luck. All of a sudden Flighthub's complete confidence turned into urging me to refund, or rebook at a later date. At the same time, they also begin to insist that they were trying to reach me and I wouldn't answer and that I therefore am at fault, despite the fact that during the last 24 hours of stomach-churning dread I contacted them by chat at least six times, had them on the phone twice, and in the final hours they just stopped taking phone calls entirely, referring us to the chat rooms. And despite giving them multiple phone numbers to contact, we never received any text messages from them either.
Too long; didn't read-- I'll never go through a third party vendor again. If something goes wrong on their end, they'll insist they can fix it until the bitter end while you're wishing you'd just booked straight through the airlines. I had a whole week of anxiety to contemplate that lesson.
If i call to make a new booking,i could get to talk to some real person in 30 seconds.
If i want to change flights,i need to go through chats with Robot first and it guide me to call a phone number,then it took me 2 hours waiting on the phone and still can talk to nobody,what kind of crappy scam like service is this flighthub?
Won't refund my cancelled flight (that they cancelled)
They cancelled my flight, charged me anyways and won't refund it without a bank statement. I of course need to wait for a bank statement and therefore will be charged interest on a flight that I never received. The agent wouldn't pass me on to a manager or accept a screen shot. Also, when it asks you at the end of your communication with them to rate your experience, you can't actually click anything but a 5 (the highest).
I contacted them several times. Agent came up so late. They don't have any message notification in chat (sound/audio notification). You can not hold with screen always. Suddenly, you will see that, are you still there, then hang up the chat session.
That happens 5 times today with me. Just frustrated.
Terrible website to use. When you search a flight they lure you in with a bunch of cheap flights that aren't available when you go to book, then you just have to settle for a more expensive flight. You don't know if your payment will go through until you press confirm. I could've just gone to the air canada website and booked the same flight for $60 cheaper. Won't be using th again
I bought cancelation policy because I'm in the military and sometimes our leave gets canceled. Now flight hub is saying to bad your not covered. What is the point in cancelation insurance? They are nothing but scammers.
Flying from Calgary through Toronto to Ottawa. One piece of luggage became missing. So I called WestJet (who I flew with) told me to contact who I booked with Flighthub ( who I booked with) who disavowed me and told me to contact Flighthub. What a joke Flighthub. AVOID like the COVID.
You can't call their phone and there is no way you can contact them. I booked a ticket to Vietnam for $1500 and I cancelled it unless 24 hours I received $800 back. I also received a penalty from the agency for $200. I tried calling them but they don't pick up. If you want to travel, book directly with the flight company. They might buy reviews for their site as well. Keep far from this agency if you don't want to lose your money.
Please do not use this company. I used this company to book our flights to Belize. The company spelt my daughter's middle name wrong. We were "100% assured" that this was corrected. No, we try to get on our flights and couldn't even get a boarding pass. Flights did not match her passport. We spent 3 days in a hotel, 5 hour holds on chars and calls. Then they stated it was United Airlines fault because they corrected her name. Thankfully, I got a screenshot, they put the incorrect middle name twice and never corrected her name. 7 days later and still waiting. Save yourself some heartache!
I have never worked with a company that was so awful. Horrible customer service, horrible access to customer service (spent at least 20 hrs trying to communicate with them b/c the airline cancelled our return trip. The money you think you are saving is NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION.
We booked flights for 4 to Florida two months ago for a cruise coming up Feb 2024. We were all confirmed 24 hrs later. Called WestJet. ETicket numbers are invalid. Called Flight Hub. Invalid there too. Told me we had to pay an extra 400 each or we might not be on the flight.
One of our group had also mispelled net middle name and when she called them two months ago she was told she would have to pay 400 to have it corrected.
Another agent said yesterday that they didn't have two of our passport info and another agent said they had it was it needed to be updated. None of this was true and they had confirmed all the passport info back in May.
Every time you call you are told something different. One agent said because we didn't select seats ( which said it was optional) we cannot be sure to get on that flight. Another said it was because we didn't confirm. Why would we confirm a confirmation sent by them. I think the whole thing is just a cash grab and if it works out for you you are just plain lucky. We have all travelled extensively but never been treated like this.
At this point we do not even know if we have a valid flight or not to get to a cruise that we planned 2 yrs ago.
They charged whole amount for ticket which was final amount and then they tried to take more money from card again saying that i still owe 71 dollar more.Called customer service 20 times and still nobody listened or fixed anything.Still my ticket not got confirmed even though i paid.
Booked a trip through Flighthub with Air Canada. Our flight was changed by Air canada and we where offered a full refund by them. I was told Air Canada will issue the full refund to Flighthub and Flighthubback to me. It's been now almost a month and a half and still no refund? I have tried to speak with an agent on the phone absolutely no help and via live agent on line. When asked for information regarding flight number etc. doesn't recognize it. Flighthub text me for customer survey which by I sent my concerns and left all my contact information and no response. I will NEVER book with them again! Contacted travel industry of Ontario for help with my refund.
I canceled my trip to Africa due to work change schedule keep in mind I even paid for cancellation when I booked my flight. When I had to cancel a month ahead before my trip, they refused to give me a refund. And they only communicated through email. I kept asking if I can get credit and the manager keeps emailing me that she doesn't handle that part and gave me phone numbers that keep hanging up on me and keeps telling me to use the chat and EVERYTIME I use the chat it would lie and say someone will reach out to me and I would go a whole week and no one answers. The only people who answer is when they're trying to scam your money for you to book a flight with them but when you mention you're calling for an existing flight they either hang up on you or say they can't help me. Like how is this website even legal? I am going to speak with my lawyer on Monday. This is so terrible! Like do y'all realize how much sweat and hard work we put into getting these tickets?

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
