I bought an air ticket that suits my interest at a good price. With the help of flighthub I was able to save $ 1000. That is a huge save!
Horrible client experience! They ALL should be trained in customer service and client experience. Was on hold for almost two hours with dead silence after my agent said he would "stay on the line". Also why would a simple inquiry result in two individuals having to call in and the other individual gets a service agent and I don't? Will not be using there services further.
Honestly, The only site that actually gives good deals and doesn't have a million hidden costs. Site takes a bit to load but it is worth the wait!

Flighthub charge double the credit card, also charged for items not authorized and when I tried to get my money back they reject and evade their responsibility, making stupid questions, keeping in the phone for more than 3 hours, transferring your call to different depts that never know what happening with your claim. They never return my money double charged. WARNING THEY WILL STOLE YOUR MONEY WITH NO EXCUSE. Customer service is the worst. They dont speak clear english hiring overseas people that have no clue about.

I have 2 hours in the phone trying to make something simple, a change of date for my plane, I have talked with 10 different people they just transfer me to another departments because they are " not able to help me", first and last experience with a company that doesnt cares at all for their customers

Easy to navigate and booking my flight, excellent price
I booked a ticket as it was business class and turned out to be economic. I called to complain and cancel they charged me $200 for cancellation, even though I paid the $20 for the cancellation. I do not recommend them at all.
I had purchased a ticket from Birmingham to San pertro as I was viewing my ticket I noticed that my last connecting flight from Atlanta to Birmingham was was holding me over a whole day I called back asking if y'all could help change my connecting flight and offered to pay $45 extra to the flight that I needed and y'all would not help out on that I even called delta airlines & said that it was not a problem to change the flight but y'all had to do it and would not it seemed more about the money than making sure the customer had what they needed so for my future flights I'll go directly through delta and I'll be sure not to recommend this site to anyone
