Having checked multiple flights over multiple days to multiple destinations, I was getting frustrated with all of the different sites and options. I finally used only Flighthub and found the flight that was best for me and my family. It's easy to use and gives a good summary of what is what!

I paid for the platinum support package but it looks like I got a flight without any services or flexibility and have to do everything through the airline, and I got no insurance. I wrote to ask what I paid for and for a refund. Radio silence. What did I pay for?
These guys are criminals. We bought cancellation protection cause we wanted to secure a good flight price and when we went to change our flights they told us we only bought their 24 hour cancellation... Which at 8pm when we booked only lasted 4 hours... Why in hell would anyone pay 100 dollars for 5 people to have cancellation protection for 4 hours!? After more than an hour trying to speak to someone we just got "sorry for the inconvenience" over and over. We didn't even want to cancel, we just wanted to change our booking, They didn't care. They were happy to get they booking and an extra 100 dollars in charity. These guys are crooks, STAY AWAY!

The experience was great. The site is very user friendly and allows to modify easily the date of the trip and to see other alternatives for dates that could be cheaper. It is also interesting that the site includes information to book plane and hotel.

Less than pleasant, because the site was glitching and when I thought the glitching was over I booked my flight and the date switched. Instead of just changing the day, flighthub proceeded to cancel my trip and had me book all over again via phone which was extremely frustrating.
Seriously the worst customer service ever! I paid for a service that was clearly offered and charged to me while I checked out: 24 hour cancellation, exactly what I needed in order to make my decision to purchase online rather then to phone the company directly... And I cancelled clearly within 24 hours, despite waiting on hold for an hour with FlightHub I managed to call Luftstansa in order to make sure the flight was cancelled. A week later I phoned FlightHub (30 min wait) to know if there was anything further I needed to do and how long the refund would take as I needed to re-book. She apologized that it wasn't cancelled from their end in the system but that everything was alright because she could see it was cancelled on the airlines end. I waited for confirmation of return from FlightHub and when I did not receive that I phoned... Again I waited on hold this time for 50 mins to be told oh well it's un-cancellable, Oh sorry just wait... through a series of people and 2 hours on the phone they confirmed that I would in deed be getting a refund and that they were waiting on the Airline to confirm the amount, promising they would ensure a refund amount within 2 weeks and also a follow up!... almost 2 months later and still nothing!
It's good but could be better. Website automatically signs you up food manulife which is super annoying.
I was searching for more than two weeks to buy a ticket for my destination and visited many similar websites. The good thing for the Flighthub is that you get the best rate and have a well-organized support team. The price alert is very good one and I will consider to purchase mu future tickets.

Car rental info is incorrect, advised as "unlimited miles" but the 24hrs car advised that there is a cap of 200 miles per day.
It's the most cheapest and reliable travel agent. I've been traveling once a year. Flight hub is my favorite.
This was the quickest and most economical way to purchase a flight and feel after I really got the best price going Loved that they gave the best optional date to what I picked because I was able to bad just my date without having to back up in my search.
