Early this year I purchased two round trip tickets Pgh to Atl. The event we were to attend was canceled due oi the virus. As hard as I tried, It was never clear whether Flighthub or Delta Airlines was issuing credit for the canceled flights. Since I originally purchased from Flighthub I re-purchased flights from Flighthub assuming that my credit would apply to the new bookings. It didn't and thus I canceled the new purchase the same day. I was then informed it would take 18 weeks for my refund to be credited to my credit card. This absolutely ridiculous. I will never us FlightHub again.

I had booked my ticked from Bangalore to Calgary by Lufthansa on July 2020. The airline cancelled the trip for its own reason and i did not get a refund and was given a voucher to use it in future on the same rout. How do i use the same rout because when i booked an one way ticket to Bangalore to Calgary and right now I am in Calgary by using some other flight option.
Flight hub too could not refund any money to me as i actually paid the money to flighthub. This is so frustrating. Not only that, i had taken Manulife insurance for trip cancellation and interruption insurance. When contacted, they could not do anything. Then why do they collect the money from customers, if the can not promise their words. Its a totally frustrating experience. I warn all future travelers not to go for any travel insurances as they do not keep up with their promise.

I haven't had any issues with purchase and the prices are great.
Requested to change tickets as a previous was booked with wrong dates due to web-site issue.
Support sent me to... WestJet... and WestJet support explained that the change should be done for FREEE by FlightHub travel agent.
FlightHub agreed after 3 calls to change and still waiting for confirmation.
Very unclear and incorrect answers from FlightHub.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY $75 FOR CANCELLETION AND per COVID-19 new rules you can get credit from most of the airlines.
The best way to book directly with primary airline company to be secured.

I was able to book a flight to Edmonton at last minute. The website is super easy to use and had my ticket booked within minutes and at a reasonable rate

After booking my flight, I was browsing the seat selection function provided by the Flighthub webpage. I accidently clicked on the plane image for only the outgoing flight and for only one passenger, and then the webpage just went on itself and finalized everything including payment. There was no confirmation, no chance to select seat for the return flight and the other passenger. The website didn't ask me to fill my credit card information, it didn't provide a page for the payment, and it just went on charging my credit card without any authorization!
As a result, Flighthub charged me $11.9 for itself and $39.62 on behalf of Air Canada. I called the customer service right away to reverse the transactions, but they said they can't do anything about it since it is not a refundable charge!
This incident either is caused by Flighthub's insecure webpage design, or by Flighthub's malicious intent for fraud. Either case, it is unacceptable for Flighthub to charge customers without their approval! It's Flighthub's responsibility to reverse both transactions.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
