Such a nightmare to deal with. I tried using a credit from a cancelled covid flight and took over 20 hours waiting on the phone and they still didn't get it done. Almost all of their agents kept repeating the same script saying there is nothing they could do. 4 hung up on me after hours of waiting in the cue. I just wanted to change my destination and use the money that was owed to me. Also going through their supervisors I got generic emails telling me to call back their regular agents again. Worst customer service experience ever! Such a waste of time and I am still waiting to hear back from them.
I wish i could give you 0 star because you do not deserve it. I booked my tickets in January and due to covid 19 i had to cancel it. They told my that i have to pay 100$ and i will get future travel credit of $735. But i was charged twice after wasting my 2 days with them i was finally able to get my refund and two days ago i called them to re-book my flight i wanted to use my travel credit and i did pay $100 as cancellation fee. Yesterday i was told that i do not qualify for future travel credit. Why did you charge me $100 cancellation fee and you are not even giving me future credit? These guys have no honor. I will never ever use your service again. I will never recommend anyone to use your service.
Flight hub got me the best deal on my flight than any other site or a local agent was very easy to book just a few easy simple steps and gave all the information I needed to know before I had to book the flight.
My worst customer service experience in the travel industry in 40 years! Without any notice from FlightHub, my international flight from Zurich back to Montreal was cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions. I have been trying to rebook my flight for 10 weeks now, had 7 phone conversations with both French and English speaking reps, have sent 4 emails asking to issue a new ticket, but I didn't get a single reply let alone a ticket. When on the phone, they would keep me in the loop and hang up on me after 15-20 min. Once this lesson learned, I made sure they had my phone number and email and urged them to call back if the line goes dead - which it did, but no call back from the reps ever. Once I had opted for a call back request on their French phone menu, they wouldn't even take my calls anymore, just playing an automated message saying that "travel specialists" are working on my request and hang up on me. On my last call (yesterday), I got through on the English menu and could finally talk to a supervisor, who didn't have a helpful attitude at all. She checked for available flights for a couple of dates, but told me she couldn't issue a ticket because Air Canada didn't show a fare yet for that date. She promised to send me an update by email the same day, which I never received. I went on the Air Canada website, of course there were fares for all these flights, and ended up booking a new ticket with Air Canada directly - for a flight that I had already paid to FlightHub more than 9 months ago! A class lawsuit against FlightHub, I am in - there is no justification for their disappointing customer service, this is severe fraud and such a company should NOT be allowed to operate in Canada!

Very happy so far with the business dealings through Flighthub. I am always happy to get the best prices possible when flying, I always feel that I get a very fair and honest deal. I am also happy that when I need to fly quickly they always have a flight for me!
Overall good experience, i like that the price are accurate, no big surprise when you arrive at the end of the booking.

The only confusion was when flight said Vancouver BC instead of Abbotsford BC on my interary but the code in brackets beside Vancouver was the Abbotsford airport. I had to ph Westjet to confirm flight was out of Abbotsford BC not Vancouver BC

I was helped very unexpectedly fast and professional. Amazing. I fly a lot and this is the best service I ever had.
I got 5 tickets from them and the air line was airtransat and I paid $1200. I had bought the tickets on May 31, and the Airtransat canceled the flight on June 01. But Flighthub didn't email me and inform me about the cancelation. Our flight was on June 05 and I wanted to check in and I couldn't Find the flight number because it was already canceled. I couldn't find any tickets for that day and I bought another 5 tickets for $2500. When I came back to Toronto I had tried to reach them but They didn't answer properly. They didn't even refund $1200. I have lost $2500 because of these guys and I had spent 1 week to calling them and trying to get a right answer. Please don't buy any tickets through these guys. They are not responsible and reliable. If you buy directly from an airline, at least you can get your refund or get another flight or even credit. But when you buy from a third party no body is responsible. I hope you got bankrupted. The whole system is set up to leech money from customers.
Very user-friendly and affordable. Good ratio between the pricing, flight time and quality. I was able to obtain the most optimal option at quickest time.
I had to re-schedule a flight in May due to Covid-19. It was hell, even ended up going to the BBB. Finally got to re-book in August, I was charged a cancellation fee. Received an email yesterday to see if I want to cancel the August trip so I applied only to find out they charged my credit card $70. Call customer service, I use the term loosely, because I received an email saying my credit was for $212.50 for a $639.86 flight for two. She said the credit should say $473.66... but it doesn't. She also said I was issued a credit on my credit card back in May, nope I checked... not even sure what that would have been for. Phone people struggle with the language and you just hang up wanting to stick a fork in your eye.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
