When I saw the ticket price and also the flight details, I was shock that the ticket is very cheap. But when i book the ticket and am gonna confirm it. Its a note there saying that, something like additional amount to pay because there's something is EXPIRE and what so ever. Thinking that why the company did not put the total whole amount including the additional amount before u confirm to buy that ticket. So i was disappointed on that side because am wondering that the price posted in the site is correct and true there's no additional fee. I think, please the total amount of that ticket including that additional fee so that as a customer we can say that this is the total amount of this ticket, no additional fee. And everything is good.

Flying at this time only because our daughter is marrying in another province. I was able to find two non-stop flights easily which would mean less exposure in these Covid times. Very happy.
I got a ticket for $319, but took $700 away from me even I didnt buy. I asked you the reason but you just said I have to contact bank. Than's it. Never use this airlines and the site again.
Personally i will not recommend this site to book your ticket due to corona virus my ticket god cancelled and their are not giving me the refund and not even next flight i am really regreting y i booked my flight with this $#*!... they are just telling me to contact directly to airlines and airline(lufthansa) is also worst who is telling me that only flighthub can solve this problem its being 7hrs m suffering and unable to get any solution. It has wasted my whole day... never gonna come back to flighthub

Awful just awful this company is just plain awful sending us a totally different itinerary you have got to be kidding me then when I try and try and try and try to get ahold of you to correct you were actually ignorant enough to want to change me more to correct it and all I get is oh I'm so sorry well u can keep your sorry and stick it
Call Flighthub the day before the flight thinking they have to know the flight is cancelled and give me the refund. First rep was very, very rude to me (Sam). I was told the airline charges a penalty. I have confirmed with Lufthansa they do not. I pushed back and got a supervisor. Same story from him. Hie tells me the code they have from Lufthansa is not for a full refund. This is the problem I had when I called a month ago to get a refund. The airline confirm back then that the code was for a full refund and Flighthub is to lazy to call them to get the code. I was told I will get a full refund when flighthub receives the code in the next 24-72 hours and I need not do anything. We shall see.
Booked flights on Lufthansa, Lufthansa cancelled flight. Flighthub will not refund full price but when I call Lufthansa they say I am eligible for a full refund. Flighthub says they do not have authorization code from airline to do this and tells me to call the airline again. Complete crap. Lufthansa says Flighthub has access to the information. I am stuck in the middle and Flighthub put me on hold 45 mins ago. I do not think she is coming back. Just trying to get my $5,500.00 back. Will never book with Flighthub again.
It is easy to get through the booking process- only bad thing is I can't a hold of anyone to ask for a refund on a previous flight that the airline refunded me because they changed my flight.

They were trusted with refunding and according to the airline, they never initiated it to save themselves from paying customers! I am going to sue them. Let everyone know that they should never trust flighthub
Horribly, I was over charged $100 because the site updated the ticket prices.
This is the worst 3rd party booking service I have ever seen. I will NEVER use it again and will do everything I can to tell people I know to avoid it. This scummy company kept delaying an answer on my refund request. The airline (Alaska Airlines) change my itinerary by four hours and cancelled a flight in my four flight reservation. This instantly qualifies me for a full refund, which Alaska confirmed that Flighthub cannot deny. Then did not give me answer for 5 weeks after I called to let them know I wanted a refund. Rather than admitting that the reservation could be not be fulfilled, they charged me a modification fee as I had canceled the flight?! Are you kidding me?! The airline cancelled a flight in my booking therefore it is on you (stupid Flighthub) to refund my booking. Absolute airheads working on the phones with empty promises of a follow up. Please avoid Flighthub, you are better off with Kayak or another 3rd party agency like booking.com.
The only problem was that the price went up over $100 from the time I started the booking until finished
Very good price for my flight and everything was quick and easy. Got a confirmation email right away. Now time to leave in a month!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
