I checked some flight booking sites but Flighthub was clearly and easy to look and booking process was simple and fast.
Very angry With all the problem that is going on and the airline agree to give a full refund and you guys gave a credit so disappointed and angry the way you guys could improve Service is by giving back people their money that would be better and not only that who to say that this coronavirus gonna blow off before May 31 by May 31 we lose our money on fear $839 go down the drain no thank you
Please do not ever use this company! While United Airlines was giving refunds and credits with no penalties, Flight hub was not doing the same for United airlines airfares! They were charging astronomical per person fees and only allowing re-bookings for the same exact itinerary. And it had to be used before September! Essentially they want to have so many restrictions users can't redeem their credits!
Money cashed fast. Booking done fast on the flights that were not even available by airlines. How can I get my money back?
This company took unauthorized payments from my credit card. They refused to refund a cancellation. I requested my insurance be cancelled. Manulife cancelled it and confirmed with email and flight hub would not give me the money back. Do not book with this company. Impossible to get a hold of them unless you press the number to book a new flight. Flighthub also stated they tried to call me to confirm cancellation but there is no record of this and no voicemail or email. They did not attempt to contact me.
These company is cheater, liar. They are not refunding my money though west jet told me that they have waived

While airlines are not charging cancellation fees flighthub is... taking advantage during a pandemic is shameful.
Used this service numerous times in the past... this has definitely changed our opinion of their service. No more flighthub... profit before people is bad karma.

I loved the price of the tickets quick and easy. But FOR some reason they chargef me an extra 97.00 i hv to call about that.
Airline cancelled 3 flights, airlines is offering a complete refund, still they charged me 900$ ++ for a 3000$ booking, I paid 150$ extra which was charged immediately. Never book with these people, I am working on filing a complaint with the relevant authorities.
Hola, we had to book a fligth rapidly because we have to go back from Puerto Vallarta to Montreal, Canada, the government forces us to return. We made a mistake and put the wrong date when booking our fligth. Instead of putting the 23 of March, we put the 24. We had to cancel that fligth within an hour and we didn't think that we would have to pay a penalty for the cancellation. We corrected after and booked an other fligth for the 23rd. We enjoyed booking a fligth with FligthHub and would appreciate if you would consider reemboursing us for that cancellation fee.

I've been planning a trip to Japan for the longest time, but always found flight cost to be my major hurdle. I always used Expedia and cheapoair to book my flights. However, after using Skyscanner, I happened across FlightHub. It had the best price for my flight because everything else was $100+ extra. Now I am excited for my dream trip.
Less than 24 hrs from booking I attempted to cancel my flight. The operator said no one including their supervisor has the ability to make an adjustment to fees that have been billed. $375 in fees later... but strange that some folks qualify to have the fees waived. Who are these special flight hub people with magical fee waiving power? Not the customer service personnel or their management! Wish they would do the right thing for the now "never" client instead of racketeering the air fare industry.
The team was helpful and professional in cancelling my flight and find me a new one.
Although the waiting time was long due to the current situation but they were able to do the neccessary follow ups.
Don't ever use Flighthub! We never will again! We have a trip beginning March 25 traveling to Venice returning from Rome. Airlines insist you go through Flighthub. US State Department, US President, and Italian government tell us not to fly, yet the airline - Lufthansa - and Flighthub want to charge $750 to cancel our flights!
For 2 weeks now, I've made 5 phone calls to Flighthub, spoken with 7 different employees, with the average time waiting over 1.5 hours. Have changed their phone lines in last 3 days where it is impossible to get a human. Tell you to go to website. Website says they will call you! Twice, I've gotten up to the Manager level and they say they will get back to you, and no one calls back. Our flight is into Venice and returning from Rome.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
