Everything went well, only hiccup came when I wanted to choose my seat and for whatever reason it just went to a blank white screen but other than that small glitch I was extremely happy with everything and how easy and intuitive everything was on the site... may have been my first time but it certainly will not be my last

If I could give them a sub zero I would. They don't deserve a 1... In this pandemic where flights have all been cancelled, these rogues are charging a processing fee for basically telling you, you cant travel... There is a growing movement to #BoycottFlightHub. We will sign a petition against them to the Canadian government.
I would like to let you know about my horrible experience with FlightHub. I had booked a round trip to Fort Lauderdale, Florida for my family through Flighthub on AIr Canada leaving on the 19th and back on the 27th. I booked this ticket on the 12 th of January.
Due to the Coronavirus restrictions we couldnt go on our trip, and flighthub agreed to give us travel credit four days before our trip commenced. All this has happened through their website, we have never been able to talk to a customer service representative to this date and believe me i have been on hold for over two hours over several days. I had to pay an extra $150 to process the travel credit which was promptly charged to my credit card. They had a message on the website saying they are processing the credits with AirCanada and will email once they sort out the details. I am still waiting for that email. Now their website shows booking status as Flown, still cant get through to their customer care.
Overall i spent $1600 for the tickets plus $150 to process refund
Unfortunately I think that we pay less but a part of it is to pay an extra to choose our seats or get the worst ones (middle) with no extra. No airmiles as well if we don't buy directly from the airliners. Once we are decided to buy a ticket or a room... once our data are recorded in our profile... it becomes extremely quick and easy.
This is my first time to encounter such an unfairness regarding booking a flight. Covid 19 is an unprecedented case that affected everyone. I understand the situation all businesses are in, but it doesn't mean that everyone should stick to the solution of any problem to benefit only themselves. I am a healthcare worker and I was supposed to travel to Iceland on March 28 to celebrate my husband's birthday. Instead, I am working every day at the front line in order to provide care for my patients. I fulfilled my part of the deal when I paid in full to Flighthub for my flight tickets, but Flighthub did not as I am not in Iceland. Additionally, it took me a long time to get a hold of someone in order to find a solution to flight cancellation. At the end, the only option I was offered is to accept the credit for the future travel that should be within a year of my booking, which means Sep 24,2020 (not that far away). On top of that, I have to pay $25 per person a processing fee (what for?). You did not fulfill your part of the deal, and still want me to pay for it? On top of everything, there was no choice for me, but to accept you unfair offer.
I've tried to see what would the flight cost me till September 24, and much to my surprise, if I am looking at it without credit, it gives me $617 per person (which is already more than I paid before), but if I am signing in to use my arranged credit, the price skyrocketed to $950 per person.
Flighthub using my money and trying to benefit on the current situation that is so low and unfair.
I have bought 3 tickets from Iran to Canada for my family and due to the emergency situation (COVID 19) the flights are cancelled. I bought the tickets from flighthub and I want refund. But, they refuse to do that and they tell me they can give me a credit and thus is bacause of air canada rules. I paid around 6000$ and 19.99$ for eachticket for cancellation insurance and I am a student here, my family cannot come to Canada as the boarders are closed and Credit does not work for me.
Good prices and easy to use App however it all goes terrible if you need to:
- Speak to an representative - typically a 20yr commission -oriented girl based in the Philippines
- try and change/alter/cancel any paid for booking via web/App.
- once they have you money it's hard to get proper customer service
I would recommend finding a flight via their site and then called your local old fashioned travel agent who should be able to price your
Trip similarly but with far better customer service.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience with this website. They are not even reliable when an airline changes your flights. They would ask you to call them without any responsibilities that you would assume they would take and take care of the changed flights. NOT WORTH IT. REALLY REALLY BAD experience with this website and whoever works there. Horrible customer service and horrible services. They just want their commision and then you would have to deal with any unexpected changes. Very dishonest! Unreliable! Very bad services!
I was pleasantly surprised in my last flight with you, the fact that you carry about disinfected the plain in every stop shows that you care, the only reason why I don't give you the 5 stars is because the plain was too full and that made ir dangerous for us because of the virus.
Booking was easy and painless. When I tried booking directly with the airline, I couldn't get through at all. The website was stuck in limbo.
When i clicked on flighthub, I was able to book immediately!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
