Bought a $300 plane ticket to Seattle way back in early June, flight was cancelled on August 3rd and STILL haven't got my refund yet!
Now I was forced to file a claim. With the Michigan AG!
You may get away with that BS in Montreal, BUT not in the states!

Flighthub DID NOT refund my money on tickets that I had to cancel despite purchasing their CANCELLATION Insurance. The insurance cost me $200 for 2 tickets.
They will take you money so fast but once you come into an issue they are no help at all would never suggest them to anyone. Just know if you use them to get a ticket the airline directly cant help since you are working with a third party.
I don't know why the government or banks allows them to scam people on broad day. Don't give them credit card information. They are cons.
They always have additional charges other than the advertised. When u call to ask, they put u in hold for hours.
Search for your exact dates, you book and other dates are confirmed. Try to call them wait in queue over 2.5 hours no response. Voicemails l says to contact them by email snd cancel transaction. But wait they charge you $75 non refundable when consumer protection gives you 24 hours. Sent email explaining their faulty reservation search, no refund of $75. Do not book with this non-service provider and conning website.
I have always used FlightHub and never had issues. This time was different and i'm not impressed by the level of service and the lies. I had booked a flight with a friend and she wanted to back out so unfortunately we had to cancel for travel credits. We lost $153 each for fees which whatever I ate that. However when told I could rebook solo I did and was told the price difference was $143 and the air Canada fee $200 whatever I ate that too. Check my credit card and it says $398 air Canada and $150 flight hub… how did it go from $343 to be charged to $548? Then when told they don't have an email to file a complaint she also said managers are not taking calls right now … that's when I decided this review and will NEVER use them again. (Except my travel credit) which really I'll be paying a penalty so must find a flight that's at least $300 less than my credit to I guess use it. FlightHub will be losing my business unless they can call me and change my mind.
They have my money for 2 years, no tickets booked, for ever waiting for refund. Don't deal with them
A nightmare. I waited off and on, on hold for three hours. Now that I am trying to verify my flight they have no record of my reservation.
Never book with this website! They will make you call them for atleast 10 times make you wait on the line for 2 hours and end up not changing your flight date and in case you want to cancel your flight to book with another company they dont cancel it. So you end up losing your money and paying a penalty fee for not showing up to your flight. There are way better websites out there, never book it with flighthub!
They will take every opportunity take your money unethically. Who speels their kids name incorrectly. They set their computer system to do that so you need to pay them 75$ to fix the issue. They call handling fee, while airlines are not charging for change or correction.
On June 27 I paid $450 to Flighthub as my ticket was canceled by the airline for some reason and the fee was to get another flight instead. A few days ago I got an email saying there were changes to my new flight. The flight was actually canceled again by the airline! I would like to share screen shots of the 7+ hours of wait time on the phone today just to know what the status of my flight is as I thought Flighthub was supposed to be helping me get another flight instead of the one that was canceled, I contacted them 3 days ago (stayed on the phone 3 hours, 51 minutes), haven't heard back. Yesterday at 6 am someone called me as I had a call scheduled, she had no idea why I was calling and she didn't help with anything! She said I'll be contacted soon and two days passed and I didn't hear back. They don't help with anything, no information so far! Today I stayed waiting for 4 hours and then disconnected, called again and I've been waiting for 3 hours 50 minutes! They send emails asking for input and to call them and this is what has been happening. I basically got scammed, paid an extra 450 dollars to get flight that was canceled soon after and no refund was issued and no one is willing to help or contact me. Worst experience ever. I truly regret booking my flight through them.
Hi All, After dealing with Flight Hub, since July 2 and now is July 15, hours and hours on the phone, I think we need to submit a group claim and to to take legal action against this company. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Long story short- we were trying to reschedule a ticket canceled due to Covid situation, and I was told we have the ticked July 9, I decided to check if we really have the ticket, since we do not receive the electronic ticked via email, and SURPRISE there is no ticked. Now the new ticket cost me more- instead of $791 it cost $937, because someone didn't do his job I should pay more. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I had my lesson, I hope other people do not do my mistake and use FilghtHub
They don't refund the money when airline says that flight hub should refund your money. Also, you can not talk to an agent because they delete that option. Never ever buy a flight ticket from Flight hub.
- Fiancé purchased our round trip flight through FlightHub on June 28th, 2021
- Paid $20/each for a last minute cancellation option, which was not what we were promised when we read that feature during check-out.
- We received our itinerary from Swoop, but not WestJet, the flight doesn't even exist in their system.
- Our flight home was then cancelled by the airline
Swoop, so we contacted Swoop them directly for a refund. However, FlightHub still shows the flight as active and not in fact cancelled.
- Now that we have no way to get home from our trip we wanted to also cancel the WestJet flight there. WestJet has a full refund policy in place for all
Flights booked before June 30th, 2021. We could not deal with WestJet direct as they said to contact FlightHub. FlightbHub says there is no option for a refund at all. Which is a lie. Offered a credit, but reviews state the credit is subject to a bunch of other fee's and doesn't cover taxes so you end up losing most if not all of it.
- On hold for hours trying to get in touch with FlightHub, passed from agent to agent, no one could assist, or refused to help.
So now we are stuck with a flight that doesn't exist, and no way to get home. Call center is useless, holds are a 2 hour wait. Company has been sued for falsifying pricing, fee's and cancellation policies. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Wish we did our homework, we never use third party for bookings but the price was competitive. Now we know why...
Impossible to get through I am a senior and am not text savvy. I want to leave from Moncton instead of Charlottetown, PEI. I called but to no avail to try and. Hange the itinerary
Once this company has your money you are screwed. VERY easy to buy but good luck if there is any changes, like COVID. (3) 2+ hour phone calls! Still not corrected. BUT, if you press make new booking, just a 5min wait. BRUTAL service that likely hopes people just give up and let them keep there money
Made reservations to go home during the pandemic, the airline made changes to my ticket so I tried getting in touch with customer service at flighthub after staying on hold for 45 minutes I got a hold of an agent I explained the whole thing and was abruptly put on hold for 4 HOURS and the call just got cut and no callback. Requested a call back 2 days later only to have the system cut me off even after I answered the call. I just called the airline after that and sorted it out. For the return tickets, I requested for cancellation and was entitled to a refund. I called and spoke to an agent at flighthub to cancel my tickets, 3 weeks later (2 days before my flight) I still didn't receive a cancel confirmation called again only to find out that there was no cancellation requested made and that I have to call the airline directly after a stressful few hours BA was very helpful and cancelled my ticket. It's been 15 weeks now and I haven't seen the refund yet and I can't get a hold of any customer service. This company is a scam and extremely not trustworthy, I am never gonna use flighthub to book any tickets ever, I would highly recommend you take your business somewhere else.
Just terrible service. Worst place ever. Do not trust them with anything or you will be waiting for hours on the phone with any question.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
