ATTENTION! Stay away from this Travel Agency and Travel Protection Insurance named, Flighthub, CSA Travel Protection, Generali Global Assistance, all the same company from hell.

This company is dishonest thieves, the worst travel agency in the world, this is a group of fraudulent, scam people. This group stole a lot money from me on plane tickets and travel protection insurance, I paid a lot for a trip from Brazil, Rio, RJ. To Toronto Canada, with 2 stops one in Panama Another in Cancun, Mexico, the flight from Panama to Cancun delayed with technical problems, causing passengers to miss the next connecting flight to Toronto, neither the airline nor the Flighthub travel agency didn't arrange another flight for us, thus forcing passengers to purchase another ticket to our destination. So we pay twice for the same disgusting service from this agency.
I paid dearly to this CSA Travel Protection Insurance, I made the claim trying to receive part of the money since I paid very expensive for the flight ticket with protection insurance.
But this company... (CSA Travel Protection, Generali Global Assistance) It's a thief, steals our money, I was treated like a dog and then they told me we don't owe you anything, your claim is closed!
Please stay away from this fraudster scamming system

Slick way to take my money
October 23, 2021

I had acute heart failure, atrial fribillation, caused by a thyroid cascade. I was in the hospital for 8 days.
I am at risk for heart attack and stroke.
I think that qualifies for a return after buying the insurance.
This is what I wrote them in an email;
Re; the timeline.
I completed the application for refund on Tuesday.
I received an email saying, after completion of the application for refund, you would get back with in 24 hours.
I added a document on Wednesday, as I had seen my doctor on Tuesday, and I had not heard back from you.
I checked the account on Thursday, because, again your email said it takes about 24 hours.
Friday I get an email that makes no sense at 3:17AM saying that if I cancelled I am not qualified.
Friday I look at my account and it says i have initiated a cancellation with no refund.
Does that make sense?
The "cancelation with no refund" has not been confirmed, as no email, or notification was received, and it says it is still in process(even though it also says it only takes a couple of hours to perform)
Please stop the "cancellation with refund", as it apparently has not gone through yet, according to your own website.
No response.

Just booked a ticket to Delhi and had to pay in Full immediately. They would not allow a trip cancellation insurance. My plans changed a month before departure, and I had an option to 1)Cancel without Refund! And 2) Cancel with over a 30% deductable from $1100 fare never used! Is this legal in Canada? Tried multiple times but failed to talk to a single human being! Are there any laws governing air travel in Canada or is it free for all?

I've got a quote after three days that was wrong. When I asked again, nobody responded to my emails. I've called more than 3-4 times, and each time it took about 40-50 minutes to answer but no result. Their support team always ignored you to make you frustrated.

Poor customer service

By far the worst company I booked a flight with. The worst customer service, managers are liars. I've been spending 2-3 hours a week on the phone trying to have them send me a new ticket, because my current one was cancelled by the airline. Flighthub said they'll send me a new one within 24-48 hours and it's been 3 weeks. Because of their delays, now even if I try to book a flight with a different company, the tickets has gone through the roof with the prices. This is trip is a must go trip for me to see my parents back home. I am just very disappointed, I do recommend them at all!

Don't buy tickets, you will regret. Rip off!

Have been buying tickets only on this website and never had any problems. This time it's so disappointing in the heat of the pandemic, ripping off customers. As My father is supposed to return home next week unfortunately began feeling unwell and when I called to change the return date they are asking me to pay over $300! For what? This ticket was expensive in the first place and now to move to another date due to the medical condition I have to pay even more. Note, I have called 3 times and every time the prices went higher and higher. On top of all I wanted to get a credit fit the return flight and I can't even get that for unclear reasons they said "sorry ma'am we can't give you credit!" I don't understand didn't most of the airlines due to pandemic had made it flexible to get your money back, Flighthub is keeping your money. You either pay extra $300 or more or you get nothing back. What it this? So frustrating. Now not only I have to worry about my fathers well being but also how do I get him home safely. It's already very hard at this uncertain times of the pandemic, why Flighthub is making money at this difficult time? People avoid this website, I regret it a lot. I would never buy from you guys! Such a scam!

Flight Hub has been horrible- I'm still waiting on my refund severs months after they canceled (due to COVID). It's impossible to speak to anyone. Never will use them again

They charged us CAN 500-600 for changing the flight Look at their terms and conditions it says max 200 They cut the phone calls too and never send us a voucher We paid for another flight and no itinerary still in our email. Read the articles and close them down.

Robbery!

I booked a flight to Paris. When an advisory come out by the Canadian government not to travel there due to high probability of terrorism I decided to look else where to travel. I chose Puerto Vallarta. Even though Delta whom the tickets were bought from had no issue and tried to change my flights unfortunately it had to go through FlightHub as they were the third party the tickets where purchased. In five attempts at discussing the matter with their reps. The final out come was that even though I had a credit of $776 the cost of the flight. They wanted an additional $800 plus to change that flight to PV. There own site advertised flights to PV for as little as $550 Canadian. Yet they insisted that I pay above and beyond the $776 an additional $800 plus... The company is a total SCAM! They also could not offer any alternate flight anywhere any time for the credit they claim I had $776. Do not ever book your flight with these THEIF!

Not recommended. Cause once you get stuck. They wouldn't find a solution. They will say the airline company couldn't give them a solution. I recommend buying tickets directly from the airline

Do not book via Flight Hub!

I was sold a ticket on a day when that flight didnt exist. This resulted in me missing my connecting oversees flight. Flight LH 1411 does not operate on Tuesdays but Mondays, Wed and Thursdays. Still it was sold to me.
Flight Hub is 100% for me, my family and friends. Imposible to get on the phone to talk to a live person. When emailing them, you usually get some template responses.
If you are ever in trouble do not count on them. Confirmation number

DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THEM. They handled flight request extremely poor in COVID.

Their agents will keep you on hold and keep coming up with different stories to get more money out of you every time you call. Its so frustrating. Because of it, I lost faith in them.

I booked a flight for three passengers with them for Feb. 23 to India in December 2020 and had to postpone dates to later date. I informed them well in advance by about three weeks. I also paid them extra fee to postpone dates. Now, I wanted to book in august for October 23 and every time I call their agents, they tell me that they are waiting on the airline's response. It has been more than a month now. Then I went to ask for refund and one agent told me we will get little over $700 for each ticket back in 14-18 weeks and next agent tells me that it will be just over $300 because we did not show up for our flight in feb. 2021( remind you we gave them almost 3 weeks notice to postpone the dates to later undecided dates). When I call again in a couple of days, they tell me wait for 24 to 72 hours and nothing happens. Moreover, they are asking for $700 each passenger if we want to book a flight. I have another reservation made for 2 people for the same price in august for the same flight to the same destination with no extra cost. So they booked our 1 reservation of 2 people with same ticket cost to same destination with same flight but are not booking second reservation of 3 people with same circumstances. These requests were made at the same time.

The Worst Company Ever!

I had to cancel my flight to Victoria in May because I was very sick with Covid and now they won't give me my refund. It has been about 4 months waiting and they keep saying I got it which I NEVER did. I spent HOURS on the phone trying to talk to someone and all they do is hang up on you! Like wtf! Zero skills in customer service and bascially theives! Keep the 250. You will never ever get my business again! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

This is so beyond frustrating, my return flight was canceled on July 22nd, they said that they would reissue a flight within 24 hours. It is August 5th, and a flight has yet to be reissued, despite phoning them DAILY 2-3 times a day, waiting on hold to be connected with an agent for 2-5 hours, only to have our "call fail" with no resolution. Despite taking my number in case the call drops, they never call me back. I have also messaged them on Facebook, emailed them, and messaged them on Instagram with no resolution, stating simply that they will direct me to their resolution team and have flagged it as "urgent" as they cannot do anything as they are a social media coordinator (as far as I'm concerned, it is to also answer customers with any inquiries when messaged)

Never Use Flighthub!

Paid for a ticket for my daughter and I. Airlines cancelled the flight which can happen but there was no one to support me in reviewing this ticket, getting us onto another flight even though they still had the $3000. 00 dollars in hand. Absolutely no way to contact customer service except a call back in which they proceed to say sorry many times but do absolutely nothing to help. According to the airlines, when you pay for a ticket through a travel agent or service then they need to adjust these tickets and provide support to you in the case that the airline has cancelled a flight. They did nothing. A month after I was on the flight, thanks to Air Canada customer service, Flighthub sent me a message saying that there was a problem with the flight... thanks Flighthub... I will never be using your service again. And, frequently I will be posting about this traumatic incident for other people to decide not to use your fraudulent service. So, people this didn't happen just once to me but 3 times there and once on the way back. DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB... EVER!

A bunch of thieves

After receiving a message from flighthub that our credit card has not worked, we booked another plane ticket with another company. But these f... processed the booking and collected the money later in the night! When asked to refund, they charged 225$ of "handing fees". Don't touch this company even with a hockey stick.
