Hi, I am verr confused when I book a flight. I am asked if I would like to make a seat request or reservation and no where does it say there is a charge for this. Then, all of a sudden, my $277 flight becomes $292! I think there should be a separate line that says that there is a seat selection fee and what it is. And then you should have the choice of whether you accept it. Thanks, Koko Saar
I booked a return flight Toronto-Rome, Italy on March 24th 2017, was quoted online 833.24 CAD. I then called Flighthub directly to confirm with an agent that flight was available and price and booked my flight. Upon receiving my Visa statement I noticed that they had billed me 833.24 US dollars, I contacted them on April 5th and they investigated and confirmed that they had made an error and would credit me 310.24 and it would take 2 weeks to receive a cheque by mail, I suggested that they credit my Visa they responded that they do not process any credits by credit card, which is ludicrous since that was the original payment method. A month has passed and no cheque received, contacted flighthub for an update by phone and also by email have not ever received any communication back. On May 10th called again to customer service, could not speak to anyone, they direct you to send an email for dispute. Finally I called their booking department to speak to anybody, their supervisor Ren told me that their accounting department would take care of this within 24 hrs., I was never allowed to speak or receive a contact number for the accounting department, to this day I have not received any monies or response from Flighthub. Flight hub is a scam, they advertise bargain prices and then give you the run around. People then get frustrated with absent customer service and give up their on their complaint. Believe me when I say " they will never call or contact you back" that is their policy. I can only imagine how terrible it would be to be stranded, and seek assistance from them.
Spread the word these people should be put out of business.

Booked a hotel with flighthub when we went to California last month. The rooms were affordable, even those that are near Disneyland. It was kinda hard to choose which one I should get, so I decided to read some of the reviews, and they were very helpful since they tell people he pros and cons of booking with a certain hotel. The trip went by without any problems and we really had a good time.
