I was able to locate exactly what I wanted in a timely fashion. I was very pleased that I found a flight at the airport I wanted to depart from and arrive. I found the best times to leave and arrive both ways. The round trip airfare was also very reasonable.

Would be better if one day full refund policy was provided. Lack of flexibility is a disadvantage. Otherwise a good experenince

It was easy to book although I would have preferred a direct flight for the air fare. I am spending too many hours getting home as changing flights at Kelowna with waiting period of 2 hours! Five and half hours to get home from Vancouver is not reasonable.
