I had bad experience
Theis was the worst experience I have ever had. Horrible customer service, unprofessional response and irresponsible management. I asked to talk to a manager since the staff failed to answer my request and the agent refused to transfer me and told me it's not our problem you should have tried harder to resolve your issue by yourself! This was after waiting on the line for several days and not getting to talk to one of them. After days of calling I had to cancel my flight just to get rid of their nonsense.

Back in February 20/2021 our flight was canceled because of covid situation. Today is may8th 2022 and still got no refund been asking for it since then. Very unprofessional

I had worst experience booking with flight hub, please don't book ur tickets here it's waste of time and money. I was stranded in India because these people didn't help my return journey has it had a change of travel plans. It exhausting to get in touch nobody will answer ur phone no one trust me, I went thru a mental torture of my travel and still no help. I had to buy a new ticket altogether to come back United States. But this website FlightHub is fraud and useless all I wanted to change my travel date. I was only kept on long hold for hours me n my husband had worst experience. I want my money to refunded half back as I didn't travel on my return. Date. Hoping any one would respond to this
They take your money n leave you hanggin. We were all excited to go back home to visit. Spent almost 6K and all went to nothing. No flights, no reservations!
I have been trying to get a hold of them for the longest time but no response. I want to rebook my tickets and the only people I can get hold of is the sales people who cannot do anything and keep transferring to another person but bit it never goes through. I'm in stress, somebody please help or advise
I have been trying to rebook with flight credits since covid 19 outbreak 3x, a value of more than 500$ in the air and I keep having to buy new tickets because there phone service either charges more, has me waiting 40+ minutes or has me call again later because they can't take my call. Flights have to be rebooked with the same carrier as original and limits greatly rebooking options.
Greatly dissatisfied with their customer service, they have a great way to keep our money and not be transparent about it.
Got covid. Was told no refund just fly with it! While I don't subscribe to all the covid hype I believe this was wrong. I even paid for extra insurance to cover this. They also told me my choices were to eat the money or fly with covid. I did the right thing and ate the money myself. It was as heavily discounted seat, I knew in advance. Seat could have been filled at higher rate. The fact they wanted to expose 2 flights full of people to covid instead of refusing $85 is mind blowing. They could have sold seats for double or triple
I am still waiting for confirmation of my new flight. It has been a month and a half and still no confirmation. I have phoned at least 10 times, speaking with 5 different agents who assure me that I have flight. They are processing my request. They have over $1400 of my money. The only way to get through to this company is phone at 5am BC time which is when the company opens their telephone lines back east.
I have tried to rebook every time you call there price keep on increasing and you cannot cancel or do anything either you rebook with very high fair difference or let your money go to waste.
1) Do not purchase the cancellation protection. They will not honor it. My return flight was cancelled, the airline (not Flighthub) did refund that leg of the flight but, FlightHub acted as if the cancellation protection did not exist and would not refund my departing flight fee.
2) Their Customer Service reps have major difficulty understanding Americans. I don't even remember how many times I had to repeat myself.
3) Very negative experience, it was like talking to a wall.
4) Bottom line: do NOT use this company. Book your flights directly with the airlines.
This flighthub online booking is like they scam and continuesly scamming passwngers booking their flight specially connecting flight coming from other country to Narita japan airport to Hanida airport. They alow u to pay the ticket but they were not informing the passwnger that this comnecting flight needs japan visa to be use going to Haneda airport. By the time your going to board on your acheduled fligth they will not allow you to fly becauase you dont have a JAPAN VISA FOR YOUR CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM NARITA TO HANEDA... sad sad sad. VERY SAD YOU CANNOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! Hold up! Flight hub shoul refund our money. There more than a people were not able to fly on that day. And we know there more passenger were victimize regarding this on that day...
Never book tickets through flightHup they're Stealing your money. I booked a ticket and based on a the descriptions on their website, I had 24 hours to cancel my reservation, so I decided to cancel my ticket just in 10 minutes and for that they charge me $75. I talked with their customer's service but unfortunately they didn't give my money back and they said that I have been used their website so the charges are because of that. For an Uber driver in current condition it's one day work. So I usually trying to not give a bad review, but for this one they definitely deserves a bad review. Because I really don't want other customer to lose their money or let these peoples to rob them. I hope this review saves thousands of dollars from people like me.
Do not use this flight company. They are the worst flight company I have ever dealt with. It is impossible to talk to a representative. We have lost hundreds of dollars with flight hub and we will never use them again and will warn everyone possible not to use this company.
Was my first time using FLIGHTHUB to book flights. Booked a flight at around 10 pm at night for a trip to two major international cities in two countries for my parents. In the morning I found out my parents would not be able to travel for such a long duration and they wanted to shorten the trip to one city, this was within 12 hours of booking these tickets. I called FLIGHTHUB to ask for the trip to be shortened cutting out the country with the farthest distance. The two tickets originally totalled $4700 and was told by the agent that shortening the trip it would cost me an ADDITIONAL $1600/per ticket (ECONOMY). I had checked for alternative flights on THEIR WEBSITE and knew there were cheaper flights back home that would have reduced the original ticketing cost. Agent told me they would NOT give me any ticket that would REDUCE THE ORIGINAL COST. Then I asked to cancel so I could rebook myself and she said cancellation policy was only till MIDNIGHT! NOT 24hrs which is standard practice across airlines. Therefore I ONLY HAD 2 HRS FROM THE TIME I BOOKED TO CANCEL MY TICKET! HOW IS FLIGHTHUB ALLOWED TO HAVE SUCH POLICIES! I had assumed I had 24 hrs because I have travelled this airline before and it says on the airline site. Furthermore, I tried to speak to a manager or supervisor but was told my situation did not QUALIFY for escalation. We are not sure what to do as we cannot afford to have the tickets changed. What is worse is how this experience has affected the overall trip for my parents. Travel is a luxury not so easily afforded by all. So it hurts when companies like FLIGHTHUB use such underhanded policies to take money from people without providing adequate services in return. The Better Business Bureau should take note and do what they can to have FLIGHTHUB amend these policies so that they can provide AT LEAST basic standards of practice to customers.
The absolute worst customer service. I've never left a review in my life but these guys are so bad I felt obligated.
I went to visit my family and during the course of that visit my father became terminally ill and passed away. As a result I needed to change my flight. When it became time to reschedule my flight to head back home I called flight hub to rebook a flight. The agent first tried to sell me a $900 one way ticket that normally costs about 400. That's on short notice typically with regular notice it would be closer to $200 range. Then when I told him that I knew they were cheaper flights he put me on a flight that was in the price range I wanted. I boarded my flight from Oakland on my way to Pullman airport in Washington my first stop was Seattle. I got off the plane to Seattle and started looking for my flight to catch my connection to Pullman. To my surprise the agent had given me a flight that had a 14-hour layover. This really upset me because I knew there were flights that had two hour flyovers for the same price and actually a little bit less. Fortunately for me the nice ticket lady at the airport for Alaska airlines which I highly recommend. Changed my flight so that I could catch the flight with the only two hour layover. Which also happened to be the only flight out of Seattle besides the one with the 14 hour layover for that day. In short I would never use flight hub again after that experience and I don't suggest that anyone else do
Flight Hub is a Canaduen based company. I am shocked with how bad their customer service actually is.
When I wanted to confirm my reservation, I could not get a hold of a live person for an average of thirty minutes. Purchasing a new ticket was no problem. But, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, one of the reps, Estrella, informed me they were all in a meeting, then hung up!

I am writing to report the fraudulent practices of these companies. They have my credit card info from a previously booked flight prior to Covid. I cancelled that flight due to our plans being cancelled and filed a dispute with my credit card company when they refused to refund me. My credit card company returned the funds well over a year ago. This company Flight Hub sent me an email today stating they have booked another flight (without our authorization!). They said my card will be charged with multiple transactions to meet the 551.52 Canadian dollar flight cost. I called Westjet who this company Voyages a la Carte had the flight filed with. Westjet says they have the info but no itinerary. They said it was very unusual. The agent at Westjet assured me they were not responsible for this. I alerted my credit card company. I am presently in the process of notifying the proper authorities on this fraudulent transaction. The company Voyages a la Carte have offices in Georgia USA and in Quebec where Flight Hub is also located. Think twice before you try to save money with these scammers. They have now shared my credit card info and are attempting to make this transaction. Not going to happen!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
