Booking my flight with FlightHub was so easy! It listed all of the flights available for my travel days and even suggested days where it would be cheaper to travel - neat!
My experience with flighthub was very good! I got cheap tickets very easily. Would use this again especially if they have the cheapest prices
Finding a flight was easy and fast. We made our decision and then got our tickets. On other sites it seems like you look at the ticket price and then when you go to book you get that that offer is no longer available or they try to changes dates or destinations. This did not happen on Flighthub.
Just found out of a schedule change made by Air France on my return flight from Cape Town for the leg from Paris to Montreal on January 29. The flight was changed from 4:00 pm to 6:10 pm making the layover in Paris to almost 7 hrs as I am arriving from Cape Town at 11:00. I called FlightHub 2 times to change for the earlier flight leaving Paris at 1:45 pm. The first time i was told this was a minor change and after insisting was told to call back in 10 days, which I did. This time Ann from customer service was able to help me and made the change for the earlier flight understanding my concern. She was quick and efficient. Thank you again.
Personally if I could give no stars I would. I am highly upset at the lack of customer service from Flighthub. I booked 2 tickets to Miami, the total cost was 612.80 which was a large sum of money I was planning on bringing with me. Flighthub sent me a email saying the authorization did not go through but yet it tried to pull from my account leaving the $612.80 in pending. I spoke to Flighthub on Monday where I was told that they could retry the payment, at this point we had already booked tickets because the reservation was there but the tickets were not. Instead of retrying I just had them cancel the flight and refund me my money, the guy said it would be deposited by Tuesday or Wednesday, it is now Thursday the last day of my vacation and the money has yet to be refunded. I spoke with about 5 or 6 different representatives and they all told me 2 business days it would be refunded and that my bank would have to release the funds to me which was not true at all as I spoke with my bank as well. One representative asked me to screenshot my bank Statement and email it to them for "further investigation". I called to check up on this "investigation" and nothing was even checked on. At this point I was completely fed up with Flighthub. Today, I called again the same thing was told about my bank so I put Flighthub and my bank in a conference call to settle the dispute. After the call the representative Monica told me she is sorry I was told 2 business days but it can take anywhere from 2-10 business days. If the first couple of representatives would have told me 2-10 business days instead of the minimum I could have saved alot of time. The customer service is beyond bad and they do not tell all of the information. I do thank Monica though for being the only representative to be helpful after talking to another 5 of them before her. Overall, I will never use Flighthub again and I will warn people not to use them also. Hopefully my refund will come in the next few days.
I booked a very important, international trip with flight hub. 4 hours later I get an email saying its been cancelled. I called them and they claimed my card didn't work (it showed on my account, the charge AND the refund) "all of a sudden" the price jumped $600! And they wanted me to give them a new card number.
SCAM ARTISTS! RUN AWAY
I accidentally booked a flight only to realize that flight hub had change my final destination. I called less than 10 minutes to alert this company that I need to change the final destination as it was a mistake. Your company policy doesn't allow any changes even for this short period of time without incurring ridiculous charges and penalty. Same goes for cancellation. Too bad. I have booked with this company on more than two occasions but I don't think I will continue to use this nor recommend it to anyone else.

It would be nice if there was a little more info on the how's and when's the fares change. Plus what happened to last minute deals?
I book ticket through Flighthub for my trip to India over the internet, but next day I got email that your ticket is cancelled due to payment issue. However, I did it again on phone and then again next day they send me email that ticket price went high so they cannot issue me a ticket. When I called them and ask about my ticket issue, they started making stories. Keep away from Flighthub.

I originally asked not to receive promotional emails from flighthub. Have "unsubscribed" twice now and an still receiving spam. Not impressed.
Flighthub offered many flight choices for my destination on the date I wanted. I found the site better and easier to use than other sites! I will definitely use Flighthub again!
It was fairly easy to find and book a cheap flight, but sometimes I would start to book a flight and then it would become unavailable. But it was def easy to find a flight for the dates I wanted that fit my budget!
Enjoyed the notification of cheap flights. It was easy and processed quickly. Appreciated the swiftness of processing.
Easy way to find and buy the cheapess plane ticket. Every Time the airfare for my trip go down I receive a email.
I found a great deal then went to pay and after entering all my info I was told I took too long and the price went up so after clicking the next price I did the exact same thing and it took all my information. Kind of misleading.
Good price for flights. However, wasn't provided with the airline's booking reference via email in order to check in online. As a result, I had to call customer service. The customer service agent didn't understand what I was asking for which was a bit mind boggling, and kept sending me automated emails that didn't contain the booking reference.
Every time I would ask another question, I was automatically put on hold for five minutes, which seemed excessive for what I was asking.
Overall the booking worked out fine, but it would have been a whole lot simpler if I had just been provided with the booking reference upfront, like every other flight I have ever booked.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
