I liked that I could easily check back and compare flights times but as I went back into different pages on the site it didn't provide me a seating chart to select my seats on all flights I booked...
I will use the site again because I felt the fares were current and comparable to any airline websites but now I need to book my seats separately...
As someone who travels every couple of months, I am constantly on Flighthub. The prices are definitely competitive and the flight alerts are extremely helpful as well.
As I was looking for many flights across the internet I noticed that FlightHub consistently had the best prices on a platform that was easy to follow and looked clean. After I bought my ticket I noticed I put in the wrong travel date, so I called and it took 5 hours in a single phone call just to reschedule. At this point 24 hours did not pass so I should have received a free cancellation and also since I rebooked that day; instead they charged me $75 including some international service fees. I had to make several phone calls after this to the same customer service agents who couldn't keep up with what I was saying because of course, English was their second language. In those separate calls, i received multiple threats from supervisors saying that they would charge me separate fees and cancel my flight if what I was saying "wasn't true". ( the story is too long to write it in this review so I will take a snip from the conversation:
Me: I talked to one of the supervisors and they told me if I rebook with you guys
Supervisor: I will look over the tape if you are lying I will charge u a fine and if not I will give partial refund for cancellation fee
Conclusion:
At the end of the day, I purchased a ticket with a price I'm more than happy with, I LOVE the website and flight hub as the company, but I hope I never have to ever in my life speak to those customer service agents based in Asia somewhere ever again in my AND I HOPE THAT FLIGHTHUB GETS A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENCY BASED IN THE US OR CANADA,

I have been buying tickets with flighthub since year 2013 and their service is super great. Customer service is awesome and they help you with whatever they can.
Everything went very smooth, from booking tickets online, to check in at airport, to connecting flight
Don't use this company. I tried to change my flight ticke and they asked me to call back like 3 times with the same reason ( price change) everytime i called i had to wait at least one hour. The process is extremly slow. I am still waiting the call but they never call me back. Good luck

Got the flight at the best price. My "ticket" is just a re-print of flight info which I think

Agents do not talk good english. STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHTHUB! Very inefficient, dupe you for an extended insurance policy is only 24 hours. FRAUDULENT! All they want is your money. They don't even use your credit card.

Price. Watch out for extra cost like seat assignment fee. Does great job of finding multi-carrier itineraries to take advantage of lower prices.
I had checked a bunch of different travel sites, and none of them had the times I was looking for. Flighthub had more options than most at At a better price. After having a bad experience with a canceled flight, I options for the flight insurance this time. It was kind of a no-brainer with the money that I saved on the ticket.
Marketing is excessive and there doesn't appear to be any way to unsubscribe. Telephoning Flight Hub and then the sales department had no effect. This is not a pleasant experience for an infrequent flier.

Good website with as low prices as you can find on the internet. Easy booking and access to tickets.
Tried to change a return date, wait it was done over the phone. Never received a confirmation email, contacted them 3 days later and they said the change never occurred and said the date desired to change which was 2 weeks away was unavailable. Absolute worst.

The travel insurance for flight hub is bad. It is setup to deny people and give unnecessary hassles.

The worst experience I have ever had with trying to book a flight. I was on the phone all day, because of them misspelling names they charged me $75 to change it, then was not able to purchase flight insurance, so I had them to cancel all flights which cost me another $600. If you are thinking about using flighthub, I would think twice, they also charge $15 per person for seat selection. Don't say you haven't been advised. I have nothing positive to say about this experience. I was on the phone for hours and hours.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
