I placed an order for a flight, purchased their insurance, then canceled it about 6-7 hrs. They claimed the insurance was not valid (even though it says canceling was a valid reason). They said that they would only charge me 75$, they charged me 150$

Go to kayak and purchase from another site this one is horrible

I had a pleasant experience with FlightHub. I booked the wrong dates for my vacation and they refunded me my money and rebooked me for the correct date without a problem.

When I book my flight, in the check out after Paid everything I understand your site charged me for insurance and late canceling that I never have chosen. This is my worst experience of your website.

Flighthub is doing great, we can get the best deal even cheaper from different booking sites or parent sites. The communication sometimes is tricky when we get our flight cancelled.

In a period of 48 hours a round trip flight from Toronto to San Juan went up from $750 to $796. Hurry & book early. We're still 108 days from departure... crazy. Flight hub has been gr8 tho

Tried other sites it found flight hub easy to use and priced right. They need to have the capability to book open jaw tickets for multi stops.

No problems finding a flight at a good price and easy to set it all up. Would use this site again and would recommend. The site is helpful and a breeze to book flights.

The website offers better deals than booking directly. The ease of booking and reserving the travel was excellent. However, if adding an extras (I. E. Insurance, seats, etc) then be sure to read the fine print. The exclusion list didn't support the purchase of additional services.

They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I have booked with them in the past and will continue to do so.

Charging random fees that I didn't choose. Called them to change name and the first guy didn't even help me he said he would change it and to call back in an hour to see that it has been changed. Call back and nothing... wow. Unnecessary charges. Robbery. And you can not understand any of the employees and they don't answer questions. Never again. Doesn't even deserve one star
