I CALLED TO CANCEL A FLIGHT LAST DECEMBER THE NEXT DAY AFTER BOOKING IT, WHICH WAS 6 DAYS BEFORE THE FLIGHT. THEY NEVER SENT ANY CONFIRMATION TO ME SO I TRIED CALLING AGAIN, THEIR PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE WAS HAVING ISSUES, I COULD NEVER REACH ANYONE AFTER TO CHECK THE STATUS IF IT HAD BEEN CANCELLED. LATER I REALIZED THE FLIGHT WAS NOT CANCELLED THEY JUST LABEL IT AS A "NO SHOW FLIGHT" SAYING THE FLIGHT WAS NEVER CONFIRMED CANCELLED WITHIN THEIR TIME FRAME. JUST LOST 453.74 DOLLARS AFTER SITTING ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS TRYING TO GET AN AGENT ON THE PHONE. VERY UNHAPPY! NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES WITH OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE, THEY WOULD EITHER SEND ME A REFUND OR CREDITS FOR FUTURE USE, AT LEAST SEND AN EMAIL.
Nobody will be able to contact Flighthub, because the company doesn't answer any phone call or email for any reasons
Worse plateform to book your flight.

It was refund since 2020 and till now no answer.
Today when i called again i got a msg that my travel credit is expired.
And Ive been calling them since years and they keep telling me, wait sir.
We had a flight from LA - Auckland in NOv 2020 and due to COVID the flight was cancelled. They kept saying I will get my refund in 4/6 weeks and NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED YET. IT HAS BEEN 2 YEARS! Now they dont even answer the customer service number. Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NOT WORTH SAVING A FEW $100. You will lose everything!
I booked a flight through Flight hub two years back and in july 2021 they confirmed that money has been refunded and reversed to my visa card. Inspite of over a dozen reminders no response from Flight hub. Please never do any business with them
We booked a flight. Return flight was cancelled without explanation. After waiting 2 hrs on the line, they end up asking to contact and solve the problem with the airline where we were supposed to flight, instead of them finding a solution since we got the tickets from Flighthub. We contacted the Airline and of course they told us it was out of their hands since we did not purchase the ticket from them.
Their solution was to return the money and we have to spent triple the amount to get another ticket.
Flight hub posted and sold us tickets in December of 2021 for departure to Viet Nam on January 7,2022, from PDX via Vancouver, BC then through Hong Kong to HCMC on Cathay Pacific Airline. It was not when Cathay Pacific informed us the flight from HK to HCMC was canceled that we found out they had sold us those tickets when VN had NOT yet allowed any flights in from HK. When we tried to call their helpline, we had to keep giving up after being on-hold for an hour. When we went to cancel the flight using their website, we had to pay $70 JUST to have the two tickets canceled before departure. The way their website is designed, it made it seemed like when you chose that option, that the refund will be automatic so we kept waiting for a confirmation about it, which never came. After 5 weeks, one of our friends managed to stay on hold for over an hour to get through to someone and found out that nothing was done because we did not "actively" asked for a refund... then was made to pay $150 processing fees just get the refund processed. This is after Cathay Pacific had emailed us that b/c they canceled the flight, there would be no cancellation nor rebooking fees and that we were due for a full refund. However, b//c we'd purchased the tickets through Flighthub, we will only be getting the transpacific flight portions refunded, not the PDX to Vancouver, BC. That portion will remain as credits, usable only on flights bought through FlightHub. Ultimately, they did also refund the $150 processing fees but not the $70 cancellation fee they charged us. What's worse is that it may take up to 12 to 18 weeks for the refund to show up in our account! This was my first experience with Flighthub and as soon as we use the remaining credits, it will be our last time using them. Worst experience I've ever had in travel bookings in over 30-years of international travels.
I am very disappointed with flight hub, I have been unable to contact them via telephone and the portal is not user friendly.
All i want them to do is check my flight number, it is not the number that i requested when making my booking
I learned a expensive and unpleasant using flight hub. We initially booked a flight from DTW to LAX. This flight has been modified 3 times. The flight finalized with no refund flight will take 11 hours. Our return flight was even more of a nightmare. Leave HNL to Ontario CA to Salt lake, then to LAX back to Salt lake then to DTW. Therefore I contacted Flighthub regarding these changes. There were fee! S of $50 for each person plus additional $600. And to change return flight was $100 plus additional $700. The customer rep she was unable to provide a flight or time but fees were required. This called with Flight hub was 3 hrs and 29 minutes long. My suggestion after this costly expense contact the airlines directly you'll come out with a lesser cost..
Its better to book directly with airline. Waited for more than 2 hours to speak to the customer sevice charged me 400$ extra for their mistakes. They will not xonfirm your flight and delay that u til next week then will charge you for the updated price. Then whatever they charge you extra will never return. I have never seem so many bad reviews of any site. Wished i checked it before booking my flight with them.
As long as nothing goes wrong... you're OK. I needed to talk to a real person. 2 hrs on hold each time. When they do answer... they are robots. No concern for the customer what so ever. Really, really bad! BEWARE
Trying to change a name on a flight for 2 weeks-their website says maximum a few hrs-You cannot get a real human. They just refer you to the same webpage link that says they are working on it and it can be a few hrs max. Do not ever ever ever buy a flight from these people-the worst customer service for any airline.
Avoid these thieves at all cost. Last year my now wife and I booked tickets through flighthub and when realizing that her name change form would not come in time before our travel we requested to get her name changed on the tickets. This was two months before travel and we were told that there would be no issues with this request. Then nothing happened. I called them on several occasions to see what was going on to be reassured that everything was going fine. This continued until a week before travel when we were finally told that flighthub had neglected to even start the process of changing the names. After a lot of calling both airlines and flighthub we ended up setting up a conference call between the airline and flighthub where an airline representative explained how they should handle the situation. Despite this the agent was incapable of following the instructions and instead of changing the name on our tickets flighthub cancelled our tickets without our consent. The cancelation happened the day before our scheduled honeymoon! Since flighthub has refused to repay the money they stole from us as they are stating that they are not obliged to repay cancellations despite it being THEM who cancelled our tickets. Not us. Again, do not use these thieves for your travel!
I booked a trip with this company. My trip was 20 hrs 26 mins, then it has been extended to become 25 hrs 47 mins, because of one the flight's delay. Thus, I have kept trying to contact an agent from customer support and sending emails to change the date of the trip or help me in any way with no response! I have two elderlies traveling with me and they can't handle a long waiting time in the airport. But this company never replies! Never book with this company, run by robots I guess.
I have been on hold for two days in a row, each day for OVER 2 hours, still no humans to talk to. I have memorized the guitar riff they play over and over. I am on at the moment asI am typing this as well, so if it is posted then you know I had plenty of time to type this. If I select "make a new booking" BAM, I get an agent in under 10 minutes, great! And I used that number to ask agent about my rebook confirmation and they say they can not help me and put me back on the waiting-loop-train guitar-riff of insanity. All we want from them is the confirmation email. They said it would come within MAX 72 hours - It has been almost 5 days now. I emailed customer service and it bounces back as "NOT MONITORED INBOX". Their online questionnaires are laughable, a straight loop to same old thing. No help.
We have been flighthub customers for well over 12 years because we found their search engine for flights pretty good - but I have now spent more time on hold than all of the flight time we will be booking, not to mention the frustration and hate towards tin sounding jazz guitar.
You should change your name to Fraudhub. More appropriate. We cancelled a March 2020 flight in February of 2020 (medical reasons), asked for a refund from March 2020 until November 2020. No response. Started calling to follow up in February 2021 and were told "too late. Ticket expired, not eligible for refund". We told them that we asked on time but flighthub waited and never followed up on our request. In February of 2021 they said ok to refund and they "do an investigation to see what happened to our request". After weeks of sending us to the airline to ask them for refund, the airline sending us back to flighthub and back and forth, they said they will refund the money, sent us a form. It took time, money and effort to get all the docs together for their form. We sent it in August of 2021. NO RESPONSE. I started calling again in February of 2022, and it was the same conversation with different people over and over including " have to do an investigation to see what happened" weeks have gone by again and yesterday they sent an email with the same response I got last year in February, that the ticket is expired and not eligible for refund. I have been telling them that we asked on time but Flighthub waited until it was expired and I got the same generic response, over and over, that the ticket is not eligible for refund because it is expired, even-though Flighthub is the reason for it expiring. This is wrong. They shouldn't be allowed to do this to people.
I book a flight hub and instead of getting my itenary I did not. Called customer service waited for 2hrs only for a rude customer service agent to tell me the airline canceled my flight and am like y.he said he doesn't know and just hanged up. This was after I had called requesting to use my e credit book the fight and they said I can only use it In the original city was going which I find not to be right. I decided to book a new flight entirely and this wat happened. Now all my money is locked
So, I booked a flight from Seattle to Ktm, for wife and daughter(3 yrs old). While booking flight I paid for the seat as well which was supposed to be with an extra space for leg room just to make sure my daughter is accompanied with her mother. So, when it was time to check in at the airline counter, found out that the seat has been changed and mom and daughter had seats apart. The thing is if you have a minor travelling with you and you are not preferring a sitting except have them seat together, why even I had to pay for the seats. And they did not get one either. I do not want to give them a single star but left me with no choice. Its a money making business with disregard to traveler's comfort. Lessons learned!
They are horrible! I bought a ticket at the time of Covid, in 2020 and I couldn't travel. They promised me a refund and didn't give it to me. Every time I call I wait on the line for more than 1:30h. They didn't refund my money after two months. And when I called them they booked my ticket again, the attendant said I didn't need to pay anything and then they sent me an email requesting payment. I can't do my plans with they.
I booked my ticket and I couldn't flight when I as them for the refund they gave me the credit and a few more months when I called them again and they said I can not exchange or refund so I will lose my money 2300$. They cheated the customer pls don't ever book your ticket on this website scammmmm be careful.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
