Booked a return flight with one transfer each way, so in 4 flight segments in total. Booked it as one reservation, 1 payment.

3 segments are operated by Westjet, one by Sunwings. After reservation and payment, I was not getting confirmation email. Waited 24 hours, then called customer support. I was told one of the segments can't be confirmed, becasue Sunwing and Westjet dont have an agreement. Well, what do I care?

In the meantime, price of one Westjet flight went up, so I was asked to pay additional $400. I refused and asked to just cancel the whole thing and refund me. Well, because flighthub already paid for some of the segments, the cancellation can be done only with a fee! They are telling me the cancellation will cost me $175. I am absolutely speechless as I only have 2 options:

1. Pay additional $400 and fly
2. Pay cancellation fee $170 and get cancel

This is insane. Can you imaging you buy a car that is offered to you for $20,000, you pay for it but then the dealer comes back that wheels costs $5,000 more? You want to cancel purchase, but they ask you to to pay cancellation fee?

Flighthub support team was absolutely ignorant and helpless, last time I purchased my flight with this company.

Through the site, I booked a connecting flight with Japan Airlines through Narita Airport. It has an overnight layover. However, when I contacted Japan Airlines with some queries, I was told that overnight layovers are not allowed at this point in time because of Covid-19.

I tried changing my flights through the site, but I wasn't allowed to. Tried cancelling my booking through their site, but there was no option to do this except to pay an additional $70 handling fee to cancel my "Non-refundable" flight.

When I tried calling them, I waited on hold for 2 HOURS and yet, nobody picks up the call. I even tried calling at 2am and still got the bull$#*! "We are experiencing a high volume of calls due to Covid" pre-recorded message and then nobody picks up again.

Please avoid booking through this site at all cost because I have no doubt that this site is an absolute scam.

The worst flight agent I ever encountered

Stop purchasing flight tickets from Flight Hub. They are out of business. I have more than $1200 credit with them. The credit will expired on March 31,2022. However no matter how hard I tried to rebook the tickets using my existing credit either online or phone them, it all failed. Online booking doesn't work, phone line is out of service.

I purchased a trip to go to El Salvador last year in July but due to a passport issue I had canceled my trip and they gave me credit. So I tried to use it to fly to Atlanta in October they said I can't use it there it would have to be used for out of UNITED STATES travel I'm like ok. Now I'm in February called them crooks just to see if I can use it for Jamaica trip he told me no I only can use it for El Salvador. Sir I don't wanna go to El Salvador I wanna go to Jamaica. He said no I can't but sir yall told me last time when I called to book a flight that I can't use it to go to Atlanta I can't use it only out of United States. Now he tell me I can use it for a flight to Atlanta but sir yall said I couldn't he said they must misinformed me at that time but I can. At this point I'm confused sir can I please speak with a manager he said sorry ma'am at this time we don't have a manager you can speak with. You meaning to tell me I can't speak with anyone? No ma'am. Now y'all telling me I only can go to El Salvador yes that's it. I never heard of that. If you have credit I feel like you can use it towards anywhere. Now y'all playing with me and I feel like y'all just making up rules at this point… And also I said how long do I have until I can use this credit? He said July 2022 and I said well last time y'all told me May 2022 and he said oh yes May 2022 sorry. Like come on now get it together. Please please if you book a trip with them please go don't ever get credit with these crooks but I would not recommend these people at all. I want my money back or something and the hold time is ridiculous

I booked a flight on Saturday 5th Feb from YYZ to DEL, and the moment later they I wanted to change it so called their customer care. The customer care advised to contact Air India directly so I did call to reschedule. It took me 3 days to get in touch with Air India ticketing department after being on hold for over 3hrs and then they told me to contact flight hub. I called flight hub on Wednesday explaining the situation, but they didnt listen anything and were charging the full rescheduling fee of $270. They didnt help at all. I wish I have cancelled the flight with flight hub same day and booked with a different site. I will never use Flight Hub.

I spent 4080$ to buy a plane ticket and 230$ for insurance for each person they sold me a ticket but that ticket I couldn't get on the plane due to the covid. It was their responsibility but when i wanted to change the date but no one contacted me and then i canceled the ticket they made me pay 70$ more to cancel but i bought insurance for my flight and I lost 4700$. Do not book with this company. They cheat

I paid and extra $200+ for flight cancelation insurance. When I tried to cancel my flights, they wanted to charge me an additional $200 to cancel. $75 for processing fee. No taxes refunded. Also wanted to charge $70 to just apply for a refund. Then emailed me to tell me that my refund was not approved and they would not refund any of my money.

Wow this company is horrible! If you plan on booking a new flight they will answer almost instantly but if you need to change a flight or cancel good luck reaching someone. I have sat on hold for roughly 3 hours in attempt to move my flight using credits received by west jet due to Covid 19. They have a recording stating to contact them on their website however going through the process does nothing but give you more options through the browser… no email no people that want to help or service you. It may be a cheap place to find flights but I would pay the extra dollar because this company is absolutely garbage!

My name is Anwer FlightHub Booking Number: 202-753-821 Air France Confirmation Number: 3XVVR5 due 2 stops in Europe as a Canadian stopped me to board with my wife back home. Air France apologized and authorized full refund through flight hub. Flight hub said you will get full refund in 18week. After 7 weeks I called flight hub 'said no refunds for no show up. While we had our boarding passes at hand right at the Gate. Paid bags loaded. While I have recorded of full refund by flight hub agent. Now I am preparing to legal battle till I get refund and answers of flight hub dishonest and lack of customer service. Through out the Media. I will never rest. Date of my flight was 19 Dec 2021. Next day another airline brought us back to Canada. My phone *******625 any one willing to help especially the Media. I will cooperate with details and proofs. *******@gmail.com

The worst people to deal with when they get your money they leave you high and dry. Just awful. If you want a new ticket you can do it in 2 minutes if you have a problem to book an existing ticket good luck. Get ready for 5 days weight.

I booked a return flight from B. C. to Alberta that had to be cancelled due to government restrictions during Covid. This was neither my fault nor Flight Hub's fault. However, instead of refunding me my money, they promised a credit if I used it within one year. I was fine with that. However, when I went to redeem my flights 6 months later they "booked" a return flight for me but never sent a flight confirmation for the return flight home. After over 6 calls over three weeks (totalling over 12 hours waiting on the phone) -- with only three days left before I was scheduled to fly, I was forced to purchase flights from a different dealer for substantially more than if I had booked them a month before becuase they never booked the return flight for me. Now 3 months later, I tried one more time to redeem my tickets again and they won't answer their "customer service" line, they tell me to submit my request via a non-existent "customer service form" and there is no record that I ever booked a flight to I can't just use my "credit" to book a flight. Clearly once they have your money they couldn't care less about fulfilling their obligations to you. Buyer beware.

Booked flight with flight hub canceled because of a medical emergency they wont even respond to me it's been almost 5 months. West jet would refund me but flight hub wouldn't doesn't matter whet proof I've sent don't book with then

Awful customer service, I was on hold for two full hours last night and still not one person answered. Absolutely awful policy on changing flights even during covid. Do yourself a favour and book with anyone else but them.

These are the worst people you can deal with, they will steal your money and when you are stocked at the airport, no one is replying your call, it takes about 2 hours for them to pick a call, when they screw up, it takes them another 48 hours to fix your flight, that is if you are lucky, horrible customer service. I booked a flight to Dominica, they lied that the airline has cancelled it and i had to buy the exact same ticket through the airline website.

Total rip off

I recently had to cancel my trip to Thailand with flighthub, I didn't have the cancelation insurance however when I booked the flights I asked specifically if I had to cancel due to covid would there be a penalty they assured me no... now I was charged $75 per person and given my credit, I was told Air Canada was waiving rebooking fees, today Im trying to rebook however the flights I see, identical to what Im trying to rebook with my credits are $82 cheaper per person, so again they are ripping me off. How can they justifiably change me an extra $86 per person for the same flight that is cheaper on their website. Im so furious and frustrated dealing with them, the last agent was so rude and condescending I felt like crying after our ridiculous 3 hour phone call, 2 hours were just waiting on hold to get through to someone... honestly how can I register a complaint? I think I am going to contact CBC, ive added photos with the date from my computer to show the price difference between using my credit and not using my credit, they also said if the flight was cheaper I would lose the excess credit, it would be forfeited but I didn't think they would turn around and charge me a difference of $136 each? My original ticket was $956 now the new ones would be $94 and they want $86 on top of that

Give me my money back!

March of 2020 my flights were cancelled, June of 2021 I opted to credit my credit card the fee, now Jan of 2022 I'm still waiting for my 900$ that was to take 12-16 weeks is still not back. Absolutely ridiculous.

FlightHub is an absolute nightmare!

Let me start of by saying that I'm a very capable and self managing individual. So if you are as well, read no further than this review. FlightHub is a 3rd party seller and a decrepit one at that. I can understand that most people who are embarking on travel are initially looking for the best prices right from the hop. And you just might attain the best price possible after doing some lengthy research on a third party website. But god help you if you even so much as have a question about your trip. I'm talking about even the most basic of inquiries, because once you buy through a 3rd party, you are officially jamming yourself in between two organizations. That being the Airline and the 3rd party seller who you just purchased your flight from. FlightHub has failed time and time again to provide adequate service beyond the point of purchase for the people purchasing tickets through their website. If you have never been stuck between two companies who are actively trying everything in the book to lock up your money with no way out other than bouncing you back and forth between companies, than I implore you to remain as such. This is a nightmare you do not want to be awake for. Save yourself the headaches, spend the extra little cash and buy direct. Or go buy some extra strength Tylenol with the money you saved through FlightHub, because you will need it. Shop smart folks. All the best!

Distrusting service

I booked through flight hub to go visit my family over the holidays. Due to all the covid restrictions I had to cancel my trip. I paid $2500 for a ticket that would normally cost 500-800 on a regular day so you could imagine I really wanted to be home for holidays. Since mid December I have been trying to get access to my so called "future travel credit" they were amazingly helpful to take my money booking the trip but when I comes to rebooking my flight no one and I mean absolutely no one knows where my money is and keeps telling me to call everyone else. I have been trying to gain access to my $2500 for three weeks now. I have spent anywhere from 2-6 hours on hold a day. I will soon be recording my calls and posting it on social media so the world can see how unprofessional flighthub reps are. How they lie and basically are stealing peoples money. The world is going through a pandemic this should be no news to anyone and fact you think people have time to chase you for their hard earned money is an absolutely joke. They tell me that they do not have credit when they were the ones I spoke to in order to cancel my trip. Btw I canceled well before my flight was to leave and that process was amazingly easy. Because that's how they get your money. They tell me call WestJet, Caribbean airlines, Hahn Airlines (God alone knows why) and each one told me to vall back flight hub because I originally noooed with them. Makes perfect sense to any normal human being. But flight hub insist that I have to call everyone and Jesus but not them. All I want is my money or atleast to be able to book my flight to go visit my family. Their service is disgusting and they are a bunch of thieves taking advantage of people and stealing your money. Do not book with this airline if you every may run into a emergency or need to cancel your trip and kiss your money goodbye if you do. Please answer your phon, please stop wasting peoples time and I beg off you to please give my my money or atleast find it you lying pieces of $#*!. And if you insist on holding my $2500 dollars hostage atleast book my $#*!ing flight when I call you.

They seem to be not even exist! Once you pay, its done you cannot reach them at all. Waited 3 h and no chance.
1- website is only good to pay.
2- customer service answered me and closed the line after he heard i need to change flight.
3- waiting on the phone over 3 hours and no chance reaching someone.
4- select support on the website and the page is empty.
Stay away. Pay 100 extra and buy your peace of mind with the airline itself.

I have been waiting for 10 hours to talk to someone and the helpline disconnects after 4 hours of hold each time. There is no wait to book new flights but sales ppls have no access and never give any email to communicate with anyone.
I want to cancel due to Covid but no one is there to talk. There are no emails.
As there was no options, I have mailed to *******@flighthub.com & *******@flighthub.com and have asked them to forward to cancellation team. I doubt they will but these are only two mails visible on their site.
