The web site was very easy to use. Also I did not have a surprise when I finished to final total. On another web site I filled every thing out and on the final step a notice pop up that the price had changed and additional $94 was added. That was so wrong. If you every have a change in price, please let the custom know before they fill out all the information to purchase a ticket.

No other sites provided such a saving with a simplified format. I could achieve the search and the purchase within few minutes among lot of activities.

Everything went smoothly, the info was easy to understand, and overall I had a pleasant buying experience.

I have bought several flights on here, and after comparing other places, I always find the best prices for the flights I need.

Site is fine, flights are pricey to St Louis. I would use the site again. Noticed long layovers on several flights.

Easy to book and straight forward.

The only issue i had was the screen switched to the next screen even before i had chosen my seats for all the flights. I had only chosen my seats for 2 flights and the screen switched to the next page which was frustrating and i didnt want to hit the back button in case the page freezes.

Excellent good work i need this trip to PR to see some issues. And you people give me a better rate and was so easy to buy this flight. And faster to give me the confiramtion of my trip.

I looked on expedia, on the airline websites and Google flights but flight hub had the lowest prices!

I tried to change my flights 3 days after booking to one week earlier and the penalties were more than the original flights cost. And there were seats available and it was a full month before i was traveling. Will never used this company again. And i will warn my friends and family too! Very unhappy

Only thing I didn't see is charges for baggage if any.
Reservation was faith easy to complete. This will be my first flight with American Airlines.

Great low rate and booking was smooth and straight forward. Only thing I didn't like was after we booked the flight, I wanted to add car rental... when we put in the search dates, no car was available; however when I used another search engine (expedia) I was able to select from hundreds of cars. It was just a hassle that we could not book car rental with Flight at Flight hub.
