Used FlightHub to schedule an emergency trip from Eugene, Oregon, to San Diego, California, to see my terminally-ill mother. The flight there was great; however, I wanted to extend my return flight... CHANGE, not CANCEL. I was very aware that I would PAY A PENALTY FOR THE CHANGE... however, I was NOT able to change... so, I forfeited the ticket and had to re-purchase a ticket. I did that NOT through FlightHub, but through Delta themselves! I'll NEVER go through FlightHub again! They were very UNWILLING to help... :(

Our booking with Flighthub was easy to perform and we found a great price. We especially like the flight tracker feature that alerts us when prices change.
I will likely never again attempt to book a flight through Flighthub. I understand I made a mistake while booking on line. I clicked on the wrong departure time. I called right away (within 30 mins) when I received the confirmation EMail. All I wanted was to get an early AM departure and not late evening. To be charged $ 150.00 to cancel the original booking is grossly unfair. Instead of trying to just change the departure time. Other agencies allow 12 - 24 hours to change or cancel for free.

I got one price 820.36. Ok good flight so added payment information. The payment processed and this appeared "your flight is confirmed" for $1122. 67. So I called them INSTANTLY. I said Cancel. They said that will cost you $300. I said you have a 24 hr cancellation without penalty on your site. They said YOU SHOULD HAVE READ Terms and Conditions. It is an Air Canada fee. I got them to lower it to $50. I phoned Air Canada. THAT IS A LIE. My bank says I have to let the charge go through and then I can dispute it. WATCH OUT

Our family has been using Flight Hub for the last few years and have always been impressed with the options it has provided!
As soon as you know about an yocoming trip, check flighthub. The earlier I look, the best deals I get. Most of the time the prices are significantly lower than other sites. It does take awhile to scroll through to find the perfect price and travel time, but it's worth it.
Purchased tickets for less than the Airline website. Saved $40 per ticket for a family of 6. The payment process was quick and tickets were issued instantly.
The website is really user friendly! I had to call customer service and the woman I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Was the best price I could find and this was my first time booking with Flight hub but I will be telling everyone and this definitely won't be my last!
