One of the worst companies i have dealt with all my life. I have never experienced such a disgusting and careless attitude from the representatives. They also run a scam on the dates, i booked my flight on July 10 coming back August 31 and they automatically changed my date for them to gain more money. They wanted to charge me $250 change fee for something i did not do. I highly advice people to be careful with this company and find another company. They run a scam, nasty attitude and careless work about the customers. For everyone's safety out there, please, i repeat PLEASE do not deal with this company, they scam people.

Overall the selection of hotels & flights provided good options and most were competitive, however the flights were usually milk runs with limited (& otherwise competitive) choices!
This site is easy to use and offers some of the cheapest flights I've seen compared to other sites. Customer service is also incredibly helpful.

This is my first experience using flight hub, and I found it easy to use and my transaction went smoothly. I was able to find and book the perfect flight times at a good price!
I booked a flight for a friend, received a confirmation email, and was charged. I verified the flight the day before. No problems. On the day of the flight my friend arrived at airport to find that the booking was cancelled with no notice.
Called Flighthub customer service and spoke to representative Arnel. Arnel was unhelpful, interrupted constantly, and refused to get a supervisor because they were all "taking calls and would be unavailable for at least an hour". He repeatedly insisted that I call back later. I refused to hang up and was eventually transferred to supervisor Claudine (employee # 5963) While Claudine was unable to satisfactorily explain why the booking was cancelled with no notice, or provide any any resolution to the problem, she was at least polite and did not interrupt. The only useful piece of advice Claudine was able to offer was to suggest that we book directly with the airline instead of with a third party website.
I would suggest that you follow her advise and give Flighthub a pass.

Not the websites fault but flights in general are too damn expensive! Overall booking was quite simple. Always cheaper than direct booking with the airlines!
I was planning an anniversary trip with my wife to San Francisco, and booked a flight through FlightHub. The flight was on United, with a new fare called "Basic Economy." After booking, I get an email from United saying that with this fare, I cannot "sit with [my] group or family." Thanks United 10 hours of seat time, not sitting with my wife on our anniversary. I'm within the normal 24 cancellation period, so call United to cancel. United tells me that I have to call Voyage Ala-cart. Voyage Ala-cart tells me they are just a wholesaler, and I have to call FlightHub. FlightHub tells me that I have to pay $75/person ($150 total) to cancel, even if within 24 hours. After complaining, they "generously" reduced my penalty to $50/person. So to get my refund, they first will charge me an ADDITIONAL $100 now. Then in five to ten business days, I will get a refund of my full purchase price. Unbelievable.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
