Difference between basic and standard economy was not explained correctly. Did not know that my carry on is not included in basic economy.
I've been using Flighthub for several years now and I find it to be the best website for discount flights. I also use their prices as the barometer than check several other sites to compare. I usually end up back on Flighthub to book as, again, the price is right and the website is credible. Looking forward to travelling more with Flighthub!
Flight Hub made my shopping experience easy. They only thing that I was disappointed in was that the flight I purchased was the lowest tier and there are a lot of restrictions that I wasn't aware of.

I tried to book a ticket and your system did not work for more than half an hour. I tried to contact by phone to know more about the issue, and the person I speak with did not no anything about the system problem. I could not understand the person very much.

It was fast and easy. I was expecting it to be slender of a hassle but I was not. I will definitely be using again and recommend to family and friends.
My search for a flight was made easy through Flighthub. First I was looking for value for my money and convenience. Given my destination and dates Flighthub provided the details with a price-saving alternative. Through filtering I was able to narrow my choice to time and length of flight. Personally I would prefer the 24-hour clock instead of am and pm which are easier to mix up. The purchase is straight forward including insurance, hotel and car possibilities. Confirmation and e-mail ticketing gives a secure purchase experience.
I need to make some seating accomodation based on my autistic child, and the run I got on the phone was disgusting. Enough to advertise on social media.

I booked with flight hub for a flight from Osaka to Seoul a few days ago and had the worst experience I've ever had with both the airline I booked with and flight hub themselves. Firstly, I only booked the flight because I was leaving Hawaii for Tokyo and had to have a flight leaving Japan. I opted for the 24 hour cancellation service for 20 dollars and when I arrived in Tokyo to cancel the flight so I could book a different one, they wouldn't let me saying that 24 hours had already passed. Becuase of this I didn't get to do something I had booked in Japan. Secondly, the airline I booked through them was Hahn Airlines, and that airline doesn't even exist. They are partners with other major airlines such as t'way and when I arrived to the airport, no one at the information desk knew where I should go, and if I hadn't arrived as early as I did and spent two hours running around trying to find the flight, I wouldn't have made it. If you want an easier method to travel, use TripAdvisor or cheap flights, they are much better than flight hub.

You have a better price to Europe and looks like the price is guaranteed. When I booked through other web site, it does not guarantee the listed price. Besides, there is a bonus on using e-bates.
However, the date is somewhat confusing. It is easy to pick up the wrong date. Also, the insurance check box is hard to get rid of.
