First time using or seeing flight hub as an option and it was the lowest price I saw after almost 45 min of searching. The purchase process was also very easy to operate on my phone.
Easy to use, good prices.! The lonely trouble I had, as been when I made a mistake and not even 2 minutes I called them to fix it, and they charged me 75$. I buy every two weeks hundreds dollards of tickets... They could have been a bit more comprehensive. That had been the lonely point. For the rest, site easy to use, and I never have any problem with my flights.

The cost of the flight r/t Fla to Denmark was lower than my r/t from Fla to France 20 yrs ago. It was also the best price in comparison to five other websites. The website was so easy to use, especially for someone who never purchased anything via the Internet.

This website is cheating if you cancel your flight, and told you will be collected 150CAD if you cancel, and pay 300CAD if you rebook and get the refund, but when you book again, they told you the flight gap is 6000CAD, and I can fly all over the world.
I reserved a spot on a flight at a very good price, provided my credit card information, and received an email saying my flight was booked. Then, over the course of the next 3 days, received 5 emails to call them because there had been a fare increase, even though in the next to the last phone call I was promised by the agent that my booking would be processed immediately with no more increase. Their terms do state that prices are subject to change until the actual e-ticket is issued, but I didn't imagine it would take 3 days to issue it! I was so mad by the end that I canceled and booked on another site. I got a confirmation email with my e-ticket in about 5 minutes from Hotwire.com, but by that time I ended up having to spend $150 more on the ticket.
Used your website to book because it was the cheapest, it was a user friendly website. I will definitely use again if the price is right
Booked on line. Wrong return fight! Called (long wait! Too long!) but the agent helped very professionally, cancelled the entire reservation and payment. Reservation service could handle a new appropriate reservation. A very satisfying experience except for customer service very difficult to talk too unless you have 20 to 30mn to spare on the phone before reaching an agent.
I always shop plane tickets with flighthub and never worry about details and precision. Searches are easy and the email alerts are very practical. Best prices, best service.

WHile most everything was perfect about the website, the convinence and comfort of the layout of the website, I love using it and have used for 2 flights I am going to continue using it and definitely it's killed travel agent jobs
I got a great deal on my ticket from Delhi to Vancouver and when I wanted to make a change the staff was very helpful
Be extremely careful when you read on the Flighthub website "best price guarantee" as this is not the case. I was notified of my flight dropping $100.00 so I called Flighthub to get a refund and they denied my request (I had purchased 2 tickets). I was told that it is best price until you book your flight. Once your flight is booked you do not get the guarantee of best price! Be very careful!
Have booked Flighthub quite a few times now. Found the best prices repeatedly for multiple travel destinations (Europe, Asia, North America etc.). Although there are also times when I booked with other sites (for India) or booked with the airline directly (Air Transat for additional luggage). Overall I would say the experience has been good.
Giving 4 starts just because of the problem where special meals you book is not guaranteed - I always have to double confirm with the airline directly.
