All in all, the experience in searching for a competitively priced air ticket was easy. I found the price at FlightHub to be the cheapest.
It had lots of tools and easy to operate. It is a well thought out website. The conformation emails arrive quickly and also give you more options if you missed anything while you were making your reservation
Never searched for flights because I thought it was difficult but this was eas yand it gave me the best pricing
It's prob. Just that I'm old and not all that comfortable with computers, but I wasn"t sure that i stayed on the site that i started on. That made me a little nervous, although i was able to book a ticket. I was allowed to choose seats on the outbound flight from AK., but not on the return flight. This is three weeks later so I don't know if that's why,
On hold today for one hour and two minutes was told my refund will be here and 6 to 8 weeks when I insisted on speaking to a supervisor I was put on hold again and then hung up on apparently they were asking for my banking information Which has nothing to do with my refund, it was on my credit card, I have contacted the better business again. They need to shut down companies like these. It is now 16 weeks since this started. It's irresponsible and disquisting that a company is allowed to get away with this.
Cancelled trip Mar 14/17 and told 6 to 8 weeks for a refund which is ridiculous. Called June 5th, on the phone twice for almost an hour, then told they called accounting and it was done that day. Now 14 weeks and counting. They have the information they need for the refund but refuse to process it, you will get nothing but excuses every time you call
I always go on FlightHub for the cheapest prices. There's no catch and the whole booking process went very smoothly. All in all, it's an easy and reliable website! Thanks FlightHub!
I can't recommend this site even if the prices seem good on it - the people are rude, your payment is final and not guaranteed, and the displayed prices are NOT EVEN WHAT YOU PAY. I was shown a price of 927 for a flight to Prague and when called the agent (in very broken and hard-to-understand english) quoted me several different prices than the one displayed. I ended up having to pay 947 for a flight that indicated a price of 927 if booked on the telephone. I would avoid this site in the future as they are not professional nor is anything guaranteed.
It was great I have never flown with Sun Country airlines before. The staff was exceptionally courteous and very kind. The seats were comfortable and I enjoyed my flight.

Went online to purchase tickets from several sites. Yours was the easiest and least expensive. Only problem was the long lay-overs, but that's not your fault.
Flight hub is easy to use and has good prices. Easy to set alerts to your email which is a handy feature (although didn't work out in my case)
I was satisfied the second time I booked but not the first time. I thought we had booked our tickets but after checking further and calling twice we realized we didn't have tickets but we did have a reference number. I spoke almost an hour to a wonderful woman who helped me out and now our trip is complete with our tickets bought and everything is ready to go!
Flighthub.com is the best search engine I've ever used, but the price changes once you click on it which is the only downside to it.

Getting flight information together was a bit scattered but, overall the booking was completed with minimum problems.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
