Terrible, I bought tickets for one flight and they sent me tickets for a different flight on different days and different times and they will not change my flights. They have not answered my phone calls, and they had hung up on me twice in the last 2 days. I am unable to log onto their app and when I try and create a new password it does not send me any emails to do so. Would not recommend using this site, nothing but a bad experience and I am unable to use the flights they gave me that I did not want.
Awful customer service I was on phone for more than 3 hours 4 times it was close to booking but agent hanged up on me suddenly
Flighthub is by far, the worst place ever book any flights. Sure, your ticket prices are cheaper by a little but honestly, the whole experience was a nightmare.
1) I booked a flight from Toronto to Singapore to visit my kids and grandchildren after not seeing them for 3 years. I paid about $1400CAD and got turned away without reason (along with 2 other passengers) at the boarding gate at Narita airport. I had all my documentations and covid test certs, but the ground staff just said no and put all 3 of us on a plane back to DALLAS! We just flew 17 hours from Dallas to Narita and now we were forced to fly another 17 hours back to DALLAS without a single explanation.
2) Back in Dallas, we could not even get a hold of flighthub, to see what was wrong and what could be done. Instead, they just left us in Dallas on Christmas eve. My Kids in Singapore had to book me a new flight to singapore and i finally managed to get to Singapore the next day. They booked a new flight costing them $2000 because it was Christmas.
3) Since then, (25th December2021) till today (16th Jan 2022), I STILL CANT GET A HOLD OF FLIGHT HUB to get any answers nor explanation from them.
DO NOT BOOK from flighthub unless you want to suffer stress and anxiety. Im 55 years old and because of Flight Hub, I am now severely traumatised.
Never booked for this travel agency, once you do and get they get your money they will not re booked your ticket and will leave you calling them for like two hours at a time and will not even answer.
Been calling for over 2 weeks, waiting for hours & I don't think they have anyone answers the phones!
I would love to use the web page to resolve my issue. But the Web page booking is my issue, it will not let me rebook with my travel credits.
I won't be booking with FlightHub in the future, I couldn't image if there was an flight error and you can not get a hold of anyone!

I've been waiting since October 17,2021 for a refund of $1400. 00. I paid all their cancellation fees and followed all their requirements in order to get the full refund back from my flight. It's been over 2 months and anytime I call for an update on my refund they are clueless about the refund. They go to investigate only to come back and tell me "sorry for your inconvenience, but it's out of our control". Can't talk to a supervisor, can't talk to anyone else. They just tell me they are "filling out a form" and hopefully someone will call me back.
Skip this middle man and just go straight to the airlines. You will have less hassle.
They are thieves.
I had a Flight to Thailand booked for May 2021, but because of Covid the trip was cancelled so I cancelled the flight through AA AND through the website which had said "your flight credit is safe". I later tried to re book in December which I had never received any code for my credit. I checked the status of my flight and it said that I had flown it. I called four different times and each time I waited 2+ hours on The phone to speak to the same guy each time that planned out my new flight and said that he had to send it into the higher up people and they would let me know through email within 24 to 48 hours. FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES I had to recall because I never got an email or anything with my new flight. So at this point I give up and I guess I just lost all that money.
Air Canada made a change to my international flight. The phone number provided for flighthub doesn't work in Austria. It is impossible make a change on the website which will rectify the situation. Do NOT use Flighthub for international travel during these covid times. Use a real travel agent
Customer service is horrific. You'll be on hold for upwards of two hours if you need to change anything.
I've never had such a negative customer experience in my entire life. I bought a round trip from Toronto to Washington DC. I had caught COVID while in another country and had bought insurance in case that would happen to get a refund. Turns out, I couldn't apply it because I had already used the one flight to get to Washington (which is completely useless if you ask me since you would be buying your insurance to cover you for your full trip, not just before you depart). THEN to top it off, I wanted to transfer my flight to another day since I wouldn't be able to board my flight back to Canada. I had to wait over 3 HOURS on the customer support line just to get in touch with someone, who informed me that I would need to pay and addition $75 HANDLING FEE just to cancel and/or exchange my flight DESPITE buying insurance. I could've done this for FREE directly with the airline. Such a waste of my money, time and energy. I will NEVER book with FlightHub again, I urge you NOT TO and when booking a flight, just do so with the airline directly because this is NOT the way to do business with anyone. I hope they go out of business and lose all their customers. They certainly lost my business for the rest of my life.
This company deserves a lower rating which I cannot give. My advice to anyone traveling is NEVER EVER use Flight Hub. It's virtually impossible to get assistance from them. I used a travel credit I had from 2020. The outbound flight was changed but Flight Hub never informed me. The airline allowed me to change the times on the flight for free. Similar thing with the inbound flight. This time the airline said I had to go directly to Flight Hub. I did, only to discover that they had neglected to put the inbound flight on my revised booking reference. Now it shows that I have no more flights with them and no one is answering my emails to correct their error. I cannot even reach them on the phone. I tried twice for a total 3.5 hours all to no avail. People should avoid this company like the plague. They are unprofessional and their customer service is the worse ever. I will now have to pay for a one way ticket home because I can't get help from them. The airline advised that the type of ticket I was sold precludes them from doing anything or making any changes to it. I know I will never ever use Flight Hub again.
Bought flights through flight hub for xmas present. Airline cancelled fight and flight hub wants to charge $900 for something I didn't cancel. This is Not Right. Hung up on multiple times. I can't believe this company exists. They ruined xmas for my family for no reason. No one should ever use these people!
After charging me twice for flights by agency mistake, the flighthub refuse to address it. It has been nearly 5 months no answers(booked in Aug 18). I'm out about $6000 and no one was able to travel with the tickets. It's a terrible agency to use at this time specially considering the situations with covid 19.
One of the ticket booked was requested to be cancelled because of Covid 19 positive result, still waiting to hear from them. When you call, u wait for hrs till you give up. If you don't want to be out so much for supposedly cheap tickets, avoid flighthub. Dont throw away thousands of dollars to save couple of hundreds
Don't purchase anything from this website. They will take your money with no services at all. They don't have customer service whatsoever.
Please stay away from those professional scammers. They will continue to scam people if you don't pass the word. I wanted to change my middle name for the flight to Egypt, and NO ONE would answer my call. They'd leave me on hold forever. They only answer when I clicked the option to buy a ticket other than that, they would hang up on my face. Aweful, disgusting customer service. If they would have changed my middle name, I would have went on my honeymoon plus NOT lost my $2500.
While I agree their prices are pretty good once your tickets are bought, good luck!
Because was left in your own and heading to a terrible experience, customer service non existing only a promesse by email of someone to contact me ASAP to address my concerns but never fulfilled, long hours of waiting online never able to talk to an agent on the phone neither able to manage the ticket from their website. Soooo much stress, therefore NO RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
If i could give this guy a massive tip I would. I use Flighthub often and never had problems until this week with a flight FijiAirways was sharing with A/C. The flight in January changed so often i needed to change the flightH Hitham literally was dealing with my situation for over 6 hours. He remained PATIENT, FRIENDLY, CALM, CONSISTENT and EFFECTIVE the entire time. He was excellent and I recommend him highly for anyone dealing with flight problems, or for other businesses who need a dedicated performing employee who goes above and beyond his duties.
Fiji Airways in the end was able to change my flight as the problem was with A/C.
They say that I can get a return flight for 99 dollars. So when I look at the flights it's over 500.00 what the hell. Don't put this $#*! out there if it's not the truth. 36.00 dollars one way. Never found one. This is all miss leading info. Don't trust anything from this company. If you can get a flight for that much they should post that you have to book 6 months down the road. This is all bull$#*! and absolutely miss leading.
Scam! Do not book flights through this company. I booked 2 separate tickets under my credit card 2 years ago before covid. Due to covid had to cancel the reservations and we were given flight credit but also had to pay a cancellation fee. This year I was sent an email stating I was eligible for a complete refund of the trip, I applied for this refund back in July 2021. It is now December 2021 and I have contacted flight hub many times as I have not received my refund. They claim it has been refunded back into my account (only 1 of my 2 tickets) and to call the bank. I called my bank and asked them to review my statements from prior months and they said the amount had never been refunded back into my account. For the other ticket I had my friend call in as the reservation was made under her name and email. They told her that her refund is still being processed and that she will receive it within a month, then proceeded to block her number. Each time I have called flight hub I have been on hold for over an hour and when they do answer they re-state the same story "your money has been refunded into your account call the bank." I asked to speak with a different representative and they told me they could not let me speak to anyone else. Horrible customer service, unprofessional, no follow up email or anything with proof of a refund or the process of my refund request at all. Do not book with this company you will lose your money!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
