They straight up stole our money. We had a flight to Canada that was canceled because of Canada's restrictions. When you make the cancelation request, they delete your booking number. It's impossible to speak to anyone without a booking number. The customer service number is a joke because it hangs up on you for entering a booking number THEY DELETED. All other reps "transfer" you to the number that automatically hangs up on you.

Its straight up fraud. There's no way people give this 5 stars I honestly don't believe it.

Fine if everything goes according to plan.

I can't speak to what things are like if you need to cancel or if your flight is cancelled, since everything went OK with my flight.

It was cheap, $99 round-trip within the country.

I had to contact customer service to ask a question, but their phone number does not lead to a actual person, it's all robot. I did have luck though reaching them on Facebook, sent a direct message to the company and someone called within the hour.

The online checkin for WestJet wasn't working, so I did have to checkin in person. Don't know if this is a FlightHub problem or a WestJet one.

I didn't realize until after I bought the tickets that they did not include checked baggage (only a carry-on included), so I did have to pay a little extra at the gate. I was also unable to modify any seats. I did have someone in my group bail on the trip and I couldn't cancel their ticket, but given it was under $100, it's fine.

No hidden fees, other than the baggage issue. The $99/person included taxes and everything.

So 3 Stars. It's cheap, but there are some service issues. Next time I will probably buy direct from the airline to avoid the headache of dealing with a third party, but I couldn't pass up the deal this time because they were much cheaper in my case.

They are interested only in sales! When you paid, you cannot get any support from them.
I paid for preferred seats and on a check-in they were at the back of the plane.

I purchased a flight to Brisbane in 2020 that got rescheduled to a date that could never actually operate. I was promised my refund would be returned in 6 weeks, then 16 weeks, then a year and a half. Then, I was instructed to contact Air Fiji, because they owed me the refund. I spoke to them multiple times and they assured me it was Flight Hub's responsibility to issue the refund. I provided Flight Hub with this information and their response was to tell me that my refund would arrive in a few more weeks.
March 2022 came around, I was told it would be processed by the end of the month, nothing arrived. In May I was "guaranteed" it would be refunded by May 31st. It is June 2nd, 2022 and I have yet to receive a refund from this company.
Do yourself a favour and stay clear from this company. They are difficult to contact and have zero integrity. I am so disappointed in their service.

Please be aware when booking a flight with flight hub they will charge you in us $ and you don't realize it until it's too late tried to get the charges refunded but they refused. Not happy with them won't book a flight with them ever again

My family booked a ticket in flight hub going back to Canada 3 months prior. Japan Airline did not allow my family to board because Fight hub itinerary was not existing, what an unfortunate experienced and my family was traumatized. We tried our best to to contact flight hub but horrible customer service put me on hold and hang up. I talked to several customer representative all of them forwarded my call to the extension that is computer generated answering machine. I explained the situation to the customer rep that my family is at the airport, itinerary was denied by the airline the customer rep responded that "They can't do anything about it" Customer support page on the website was empty. Such a greedy and useless agency, no service and help, no direct contact in case of emergency. My family stayed in the hotel for few days and purchased new ticket in different airline. This is a horrible experienced in flight hub. In addition I tried to refund my ticket but again the customer representative said that they don't refund they can only sell tickets! What a business! GUYS STOP BOOKING IN THIS SITE THIS IS A FRAUD!

Maximum IQ test of 7 for the employees

I tried to extend my trip for 2 extra weeks because of family issues. About 3 weeks after I put in the request I get a call saying that this request is impossible so I found a cheap plane ticket on Expedia instead and just left the ticket alone. About a month later I got a call saying they are charging me an extra 200 dollars for the flight change, I told them to leave the ticket as it was (as they were trying to charge me 50 dollars to cancel the ticket with no refund or flight credit). The man was very confused on the other end but said that they were not going to charge me extra. Within two hours of the phone call, I got an email saying They had charged an extra $400 American for a change of flight which would take 20 hours (originally a 4-hour plane ride) and that wouldn't even take me home.On top of this, it wasn't even my name on the ticket. I called again and told them to cancel that flight and leave my original plane ticket. They are now telling me I canceled the flight 3 weeks ago (which never happened) and are charging me the $50. These are the dumbest people in the world, I mean the stupidity is astounding and the customers end up having to pay unnecessary fees because of it.
If you are looking for competency or any flexibility, go somewhere else.

Cancellation Policy is still a scam
June 30, 2022

They were recently required to pay millions in restitution for their cancellation policy plans. Even after the fines, their cancellation policy is sold to customers such as me for their own financial gain and not to protect us if we cancel a flight. I had to cancel a flight and to date, my refund request has been rejected. Also, the customer service reps hang up on you, they lie, and you can not get through to management EVER.
I would highly recommend you use another travel service.

I booked a ticket through flight hub for water airlines, I looked for a number at their page and it directed me for Qatar number. I cancelled my tired and now it's above 45 days I have no clue about getting a refund. Every time I call them they ask me to call some other company to ask for my refund. Worst customer service.

False Rates on Travel - Scam

This site upload cheap air rates in order to make you reserve then they will send you an email saying rates are not any longer available and offer a double/triple rate for customer to purchase, much more than any other flight website… Continue with this practice ever… DO NOT FALL FOR SKYHUB

FlightHub is the worst online travel agent. Never buy a ticket from them. They are completely incompetent and they have terrible customer service.
I made the mistake of trying to buy a ticket from them a second time. After buying the tickets, I was charged more for seats that I did not request. When I told them that I did not, they accused me of lying and then said they cannot do the refund as the money has been sent to the airline, and I should call there. The airline said they cannot as the ticket is under FlightHub's control and FlightHub should be able to request a refund. So now, I am being bounced back and forth like a ping pong.
The first time I tried to book with FlightHub, they booked tickets that got cancelled, then rebooked them at a higher cost and I had to finally cancel the whole ticket.
If you try to call them, they never pick up their lines. The only way to get in touch with them is to leave a message on Facebook and then wait for them to call you. WHY HAVE A TOLL-FREE LINE?
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Book at your own risk. This is a deceiving website. Be careful because they will let you trap by its cheaper flights but there is always something with their policy that you cannot argue with them when you ask for a refund.

The worst customer service period. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Our flight was canceled and FlightHub refused to rebook us on another flight. Instead, they kept pushing us to just get a refund. We had booked this flight 9 months before our trip and they canceled a certain leg of the flight a month before departure. We had already paid for our hotel stays and activities. Most importantly, it has been 10+ years since my partner went back to her home country. We had called them, along with other airlines, numerous times to resolve this problem. Rather than rebooking us, they continuously tell us to cancel our flight and buy a more expensive ticket. This along with very long wait times, language barriers, and how they just don't care about their customer's feelings, is the reason why you should NEVER GO WITH FLIGHTHUB. Very disappointed.

If you want to book a flight then it is cheap for sure, but it is a different story if you want to change a flight. I called them to cancel my flight and the representative didn't give me full information and cancelled my flight before asking for confirmation. When I asked him not to cancel the flight, he told me he already did and now I don't have any option other than paying more for a cancelled ticket! Worst scam ever!

The worse flight ticket purchase of my life!

I purchased my flight with FlightHub.com with a return flight ticket for 22 May 2022. I have been contacting them to change my return flight since May 12 but no reply, I even filled the online flight change. And since then no reply, no action from their side.

Finally I contacted the airline and they said they couldn't change my flights because it is booked with different agent. And they are available to change it if I contact the airline 48 hours before my flight. I contacted the airline 48 hours before my flight after not hearing from Flighthub.com. And guess what, there is no availability to change my flight. All the flights are fully booked and the only option is left is to fly back to Canada through USA with additional cost of 1500 USD and even that option won't work for me because I don't have USA visa.
Now I am at the Lima airport and stuck here and cannot fly back to Canada in an emergency situation which I am stuck.
And all of this is because of Flighthub.com which didn't answer my request and still hasn't. Back then there was lots of options to fly back through Mexico city but not anymore.

And also to mention:
When I booked my flight with them, they mentioned they will have a different amount of charges on my credit card. Sure enough once I calculated all of the charges and there was 30 CAD additional charge over my bill.

I even contacted them back then and they never answered my phone call after 2 hours and 20 minutes wait.

I will never ever book with them and I don't recommend anyone to book with them.

I used them a few times before, however my last experience is so bad I'll never use that company again. They advertised a flight from LAX to LHR on Finnair as Economy, meaning the luggage is included and t you can book your seats. After i made a booking, the next day, something bothered me so i called Finnair. Finnair told me i paid for basic economy and the flight is operated by AA. Neither Finnair nor AA would do anything about it, I called Flighthub and after a lengthy conversation requested to talk to a supervisor, i was transferred to Mr Bryce Wilson Jr who gave me his personal number and said he needs to charge me $125 per person to change the flight but he will refund me that money since the flight was not advertised correctly…. And he said it will take up to 20 days to have it changed. I received a prompt confirmation from AA that the flight was booked and seats assigned…. However upon further inspection there was a comment that the flight wasn't paid and the booking will be cancelled unless paid. Numerous phone calls to Mr Bryce Wilson and he assured me all was okay until he stopped answering my calls and suddenly the charges for $250.00 and then $350.00 (twice) appeared on my credit card and of course nothing charged to Flighthub. I contacted Flighthub telling then that they have someone dishonest working for them but they were totally useless and only saying they have no knowledge of any wrong doing. Please beware of that company and how dishonest they can be!

I did not get refund for a cancelled flight. First, they gave me a voucher. However, I was unable to buy another ticket with that voucher. I called to FlightHub if they can help me to buy a ticket with the voucher. But they even could not buy a ticket with that. I asked them for a refund. They promised me to give me a refund of ca. $1500. 00 from $4500. 00. I was waiting to get the refund. In the meantime, they harassed me by asking many different weird documents, which they should have. Like. Proof of cancellation of flight. Why I did not show up. Just tell me, if you cancelled a flight and informed me about that. Why should I go to airport? I was able to send documents about cancellation of the flight. Anyway, after waiting for more than 5 months of confirmation of refund, they said that they cannot do anything as airlines (Turkish) does not want to give the refund. I felt that they just did fraudulent with me.
I don't recommend FlightHub and Turkish to anyone.

Bad idea

We booked our flights for $400+ apiece and then a family member passed away unexpectedly so we asked to change our flight schedule and we were able to for an extra $250 a ticket…never got a confirmation email so we called about our rebooking and they informed us that "prices had changed" even tho we had submitted everything and it accepted our rebooking. The new price was over $1,000 PER TICKET. We called back 20 mins later and mysteriously the price was $400+ upcharge for tickets, still more than we could afford.

WHAT A DISASTER!

What a disaster!

The whole process is ridiculous. The only time he can talk to anybody is a few going to make a new booking and once your payment is taken and anything happens good LUCK. I just lost $3200 just to change the date of travel. You cannot do anything except PAYING more to change THE BOOKING if you are really LUCKY For the same day for different timing at a higher price.

I think I will have been better off not showing up in the airport because I have been charged $150 just to cancel the booking without any refunds. I'm pretty sure I may not have to have to pay this $150 if I just did not show up in the airport.

You just cannot get anyone on the phone. It is absolutely impossible. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my 30 years of flying experience.

In fact not even sure if I will be getting back the travel insurance I have paid for; Leave alone the flight tickets.

I would never ever for what ever reason book through this site.
