I have booked the ticket on jan 2020 flight company from there side had refund to flight hub and flight hub till today not refund the money and now they send me a email that its time sensitive and contact them whenever i call them it automatically disconnected we might made a million calls so far
I booked flight with flight hub and it was from mumbai to saskatoon as i came on the toronto airport they said there is no flight from toronto to saskatoon which is mentioned on the ticket And when i ask them to rebook flight ticket for me flight hub did not do it and give me small refund of 200$
Worst flight booking site ever.
Dont ever book from flight hub.
I have to stay in expensive hotel in toronto and book flight with by my own.
If anything i want to take legal action on them and if anyone knows please give me information

On April 16,2022 I booked flights from Toronto to Sydney, Australia for me and my son for June 30,2022 and got confirmations for both flights. Today, we went to the Toronto Pearson Airport and unfortunately we were not able to fly since Westjet could not find my reservation. My son was fine but he could not fly by himself since all the hotel and other booking I made in Sydney, Australia were all under my name. Westjet was trying to help me for hours but they could not do anything since I booked the flights through Flighthub. I have called Flighthub at least 15 times but the Customer Service automated service was no avail since it's not giving options to talk to a live person that could help sort out things. It was very frustrating because if you choose Sales, there was a live person answering but fot Customer Service, your call kept hanging up. If my booking was cancelled, then they should have processed my refund. But I never get a refund at all. Also, since my son was not able to fly because I could not go with him due to missing booking, I demand refund for his ticket too and mine. But it becomes impossible to reach Flighthub Customer Service.
You might have to wait forever to speak to a human, all straight forwards request can be handles with robots, but we do have certain cases we need human to speak case by case, please do consider your customer service.
I wanted to modify my travel and agent never appeared, if i have waited for an hour to speak and i have done multiple calls to them, they should know that i am trying to convey them that is urgent.
This should be considered.
WHen it comes to your policies you are vey strict, how about the customer? We pay and suffer also, i was not asking anything out of law, should have been answered my call or atleast should have shown some courtesy to call back when i have sent the request via an email as well.
I booked a flight that was cancelled because of Covid. I got a credit in April.
I called and a woman by name of Kreiny to extend my credit for another year.
They said that my booking number does not exist and never sent me confirmation
Now I want to use my credit no one helps no connection to customer service except the stupid tap keeps coming up over and over.
Booked the flight and they took the money. Sent and initial notice they were waiting to confirm. A few hours later they sent two notices 2 minutes apart. One saying flight confirmed then one cancelling. 6 hrs later that evening another message arrived saying back you bags, good to go. So I call Flight hub, dial 1 for reservations, 2 to book new flights. Could not get thru to talk to anyone on reservation info line as the 9 digit code was not recognize. So I called the dial 2 line, they answered and I told the guy what had happened, gave him the code and he said their is no flight booked for you. He offered to rebook at 5 times the price. I hung up and bought a ticket elsewhere. The next day 1hr before flight time I got an email saying the ticket was cancelled. When I have dealt with Expedia or Hotwire have always had immediate contact with the airline involved and never had such problems. They still have the charge booked on my Visa, will deal with that. In my opinion they are a con job internet company, never to be used by me again. 1 is a generous rating, should be 0.
Don't even waste your time booking a flight ticket on this website, the worst website ever. I booked an airplane ticket from Toronto to Sydney, it got cancelled because of Covid and I supposed to have a refund in my credit card, my credit card got expired and I have sent them tons of emails with proofs from my bank that the money isn't there and they are just washing their hands saying that they cannot do anything, even do I have spoke to the airline and they told me I have to figure it with the travel agency, Flighthub is just passing the ball. Tons of emails as a proof and they don't do anything. Don't waste your time and your money.
Wow I don't even know where to start. Tried to rebook a flight with an existing travel credit from a previous cancelled flight. Paid the original airfare and then a cancellation fee of $200.
Tried to book a flight with the credit and the agent was completely useless. Barely speaks English. The flight I wanted to book was less than the credit I had with Flight Hub but the agent told me I had to pay an additional $800 on top of my credit. Yo put it into perspective the original flight was $3000 plus the $200 cancellation fee. New flight was $2500 plus $800 rebooking fee.
So in the end this whole experience cost me $4000 because I spent $1000 in fees for Flight Hub. Absolute joke.
Honestly made me decide to just book on the actual airline website.
Flight Hub is a scam. The agents are trained to just speak in circles until you are completely frustrated. Congratulations Flight Hub. You frustrated the crap out of me and charged me more lol.
I needed to go home due to a sickness in immediate family, had a hard time booking on line with airlines, found Flighthub on line and had my flight in a matter of minutes.
Purchased round trip flight for my in laws from Mexico to Utah for our 30th wedding anniversary ceremony, out they were not allowed to board. Upon arrival to the airport in Mexico the morning of 06/16, they presented their vaccine card and negative covid test and were told that the US would not allow anyone to travel with the vaccine called Sputnik V! Nobody told anyone that there were certain vaccines approved to travel and they had already came last year with the vaccine card. I then speak to FlightHub to find out if I can get a refund or some other option, other than lose my almost $1200 due to no fault on our end., The rep then checks with American Airlines and the rep comes back and tells me that she spoke to American Airlines and that my in-laws had been tagged in the system as a NO SHOW! This is not the case, they did show and they were not allowed to board. She then proceeds to tell me that she is sorry but we cannot get a refund, credit or any other option. I will never ever buy another ticket through them or American Airlines.!
My flight was cancelled due to COVID in 2020. I was given 2 years to use my credit (my friends who booked with the airline just got their money back). When I tried to book a new flight in 2021, I was told that I had to have the same place of origin, and the particular flight was a return flight. International travel was still sketchy so I tried to communicate several times that I was in Canada and therefore could not depart from London, UK. Eventually I caved and booked a summer 2022 trip to England, and now (6 months after booking, one month before the trip) my flight status is still "Processing" on the website.
They have ridiculous policies that they like to blame on the airlines. If you reach out for customer service, you will get a different person every time you email, and have to explain your case every time. If you call, you will talk to a robot that does not allow you to do anything more than what you'd do online and there is no option to talk to a human. I have had the worst experience and will never use or recommend this company again. JUST BOOK WITH THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY.
I had back to back flights booked and when one of the airlines changed their flight times, I needed to change the connection flight via Flighthub. I tried to make the changes on-line and via telephone and its impossible; one-line the their website just hangs and via telephone they just keep you holding on then hang up on you.
Received a call about a trip that was cancelled due to covid saying if I paid them $80 per ticket they would refund me my money. I asked him point blank on the phone if there was any chance that I don't get my money back and he reassured me that I would receive my money. Obviously should not have trusted a company like this, because they took my $160 for both tickets and told me that it's too late for a refund on the original tickets.
I bought two tickets through Flighthub last month as they were slightly less expensive (~$15) less than on the actual airline website. Should have realized there's something suspicious about it, but I guess I got greedy and ended up paying for it through the nose. They sold us a "light" fare without checked luggage allowance, but never said that anywhere on the confirmation page - they just linked to a generic luggage regulations page from the airline that was not specific to the booking class they used for our tickets and implied we get one piece of checked luggage for free. We only found out when checking in at the airport that we need to pay a 65 EURO fee per luggage per direction for each person. So we ended up nearly doubling the ticket price. Had they indicated there is no checked luggage included I would have never bought the ticket. Even just knowing ahead of time would have saved us 80 EURO as there is a 20 EURO discount per luggage per direction if paying the luggage charge two days ahead of time. Now I've been trying to reach them through customer service and they have a menu system that simply does not offer the option for "other" problems and is a dead end for our issue. Even calling, and trying many different selections until it finally agreed to transfer us to an agent all I'm getting is being on hold for over an hour. Another ominous sign was when after the initial booking I couldn't even find the reservation on the airline website. Fortunately, it did turn out we had a booking when trying to checkin. STAY AWAY and don't be like me. Just book directly through the airline for full transparency and an infinitely better experience for a few dollars more.
I had booked flight from toronto to kathmandu. Everything was ok, flight price was not cheap but it worked for me. It was for 2 adult and 1 child and it cost me $5600. They charged it through my credit card but on top of it they charged extra $396 which was not mention in my invoice. When i called them regarding $396 they could not figure it out and told me to call back after 48hrs. Its been 10 days i have been trying to reach them for clarification and for refund but no one is reachable and no one called me back. This would be my last booking from flighthub. Worst customer service!
I booked an international flight and paid what they asked. Then, I get a message that reads as the action required because cc did not work but the funds were out. Then, the next message was a canceled reservation. No customer service at all and they actually hang up with short voice mail messages. I believe they know my number now. I will write my review every day until I get my full refund. In the meantime, watch out and stay away from this vendor and I will report them to the authorities as well.
Booked 2 times and after two hours I get an email that they are sorry that the booking has been cancelled. No one to talk to just a PC respond on the phone
I bought a flight through Flighthub. The flight was canceled so I called Flighthub to get my money back. They tell me to call the airline. The airline has no access to my ticket, nor the money, because I paid Flighthub directly. Every time Flighthub answers they tell me to call the airline.
Please refund the money you are stealing from me.
This company is a scam. I have been waiting for 6 months for a refund. Every time I call they just say it's going to be another 20 business days and give an excuse. I've never dealt with worse customer service in my entire life. Would give zero stars if I could.
I booked a flight on FlightHub 4 days ago and was given me E-Ticket # **************. 2 days later I realized that I could not make the flight. I tried to locate a way to communicate with them and it was very hard to even locate how to do this by email or phone.
Finally, I was able to find *******755 as the way to contact them. I was on the phone over 30 minutes ON HOLD. You probably know how frustrating this can be. It was worse. They disconnected me and I had to call back and start over.
Bottom line after over 2 hours... Good news... FlightHub would finally allow me to cancel. However, BAD news. No cash refund for me. Instead here is what I was offered... I could only use the $ amount as a credit. BUT, the credit: (1) could ONLY be used by me, AND (2) I could ONLY book the exact same itinerary, and (3) I only had 12 months to use the credit. I told them that there would be no reason for me to return to Traverse City, MI and that this was a complete disaster because my trip was going to be to attend a music festival that they only present once per year. This cost me $ 858.59.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
