This is the worse experience i have ever had. If i had to give 0 stars i would. I purchase 5 tickets from San Jose Ca to Guadalajara for Dec. 20th to Jan. 07
When I book it the information was fine when I received email with reservation the the city were backwards I called right away flighthub to try to correct the problem the agent Pam who didn't want to give me her real name was rude did not offer to fix the problem. She didn't give me any solution to fix the problem all she wanted to offer was to cancel the tickets i purchase that i had just 1 hour earlier. All she said she could do to "help" with this problem was cancel and CHARGE me $250 to cancel. I asked many time to talk to a supervisor and she refused to let me talk to someone else to fix the problem. I finally had to just have her cancel and PAY the cancel fee $250. Even though i had paid for the extra insurance in case i needed to cancel.

As an online travel agency, we do offer 24 hour cancellation as per the airline's fare rules. However, even though a ticket is purchased within 24 hours, all changes or cancellations will have fees. I have used Flighthub on a number of occasions, however, this is the last time. I cancelled a flight that I originally paid for, and was advised that I would have a "credit" that I could use towards another flight within one year... Well after cancellation penalties, rebooking charges and some fraudulent and unscrupulous charges against my credit card... my flight has now cost four(4) times the original amount. There was no actual credit ever shown or explained. I was advised by their telecom operator that the other person who booked my flight made an error, and I would have to send a "screenshot" and start a claim. I cannot recommend this business.

So a few months ago I booked flights to the Bahamas. Good deal... reputable airlines. Was worried with all the bad reviews. Check in was great all as stated. Hurricane Irma forced evacuation of most of the islands. I had no choice to get on a boat to come across to Florida to get home as I could not contact FlightHub... the calls were not going through.
I called FlightHub today explained we were evacuated due to the hurricane I need to rebook to fly out of a different place. After 45 minutes on hold I get a hello miss then get thrown directly to the survey. Then I call back... very nice lady... oh we can't cancel or we have to charge you high fees... uhmmm ok. Then she looks into it and tells me to leave the ticket as is... Uhm ok howdoes that help? Can I just change the departure place... no we can't change international to domestic... WTF I'm stuck in Atlanta due to a NATURAL DISASTER and you won't help me. I have to call back in 2 days to see if they will refund the unused part of my ticket. So much for your self serving advert about helping people with there reservations during this time of crisis... never again!

Yesterday he sold me tickets in the non-existent flight. I bought a tickets in the morning from Ottawa to Minsk (Belarus).
But after three hours I received an official message from Belavia, an aircompany, who opereted last flight. She says that she hasn't a flight 5701 Warsaw-Minsk december, 24.
But flighthub affirmed all it's ok and he does't want to change anything. I cancel my flights with a penalty of 220 CAD.
Brief, I lost my money and my time.
P.S. This tickets are for sale again (Ottawa - Minsk 12/23/2017).

I booked my ticket and later i called to change my dates so they are saying that the cancellation fee is $600 and on their website it says its $250. Fraudsters! Then they quoted me the price $7000 for flights and the same flight on their website is $1700. Never recommend to book anything from Flight hub. BOYCOTT This Group. SCAMMERS

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. As per the website, it states there could be a minimum fee of $250 to make any changes to a flight reservation. When it comes to exchanges, there are fare rules that we as a travel agency need to follow. We do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. Since you are changing to a new flight, if the fare for the new flight is higher than the original, you must pay the fare difference. At times, the quote to exchange a ticket comes out more than a new ticket because fares you are seeing online are for new bookings only. Since you are exchange a ticket, there are classes of service and fare rules that need to be followed.

Here were no results for Never buy tickets through Flighthub. They are unprofessional and will just put you on hold for ever. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them due to a cancel flight and they are going to keep my reservation as is. Insurance doesn't help. The airport is shut down due to a hurricane but flight hub needed to check the travel advisory numerous time just to tell me they can't do anything. Great price tickets and to book online was straightforward. I felt very well informed of the flights that we were available. They were presented in a format that was easy to read.
Booked a trip down to Fort Myers. Had to leave due to Hurricane Irma. Flight Hub refunding NOTHING!

First and last time using them!
Be careful not to fall into the schemes and antics of this organization. Lack of customer empathy, only looking for how to exploit you to their advantage. I booked an International flight with them and they made an error in my name. All efforts to get them correct it (for three days) failed. They waited till last minute, lied to me they had changed it and reissued the ticket. Ticket never came till my flight left only for them to tell me I shouldn't have expected them to be able to change it. Worse is the fact that they sent me a ticket dated April 11 2016 to use as a reissued ticket with United Airline. So they were set out to defraud me. Eventually they cancelled my ticket and surcharged me almost $1000 for their agent's error. Lufthansa claimed they asked Flighthub to reissue the ticket which they never did. I missed my flight, lost $1000, and had to buy a new ticket with KLM for almost $3000. NEVER EVER AGAIN FLIHGTHUB IS A SCAM! But I will get to the end of this

Flighthub was very user friendly and was cheaper than kayak. I have no complaints and will use them in the future.
I was trying to get a ticket for my son to come to NY bc Irma. His job told him to leave. He was in NY for labor day w/e. He went back next day. I warned him not to go. 5 people tried to get a ticket for him. Every time you almost there to catch the ticket, it will disappear. Eventually, I see, this is only phone ticket. So I called. 2 times the guys said the ticket is sold out is understandable. At last, he said 234 dollars one way from Orlando to NY. When the bill came 580. I told him don't hang up until I receive the email. As soon as I received the email even before, I opened he hanged up. These guys know how to steal when the house is on fire. Even if it cost me a 1000. 00, I was ready to get my kid out. Just be honest! When I asked him who you work for he said, American airlines. When I received the mail, it says Flighthub..

Prior to leaving on my trip, for which I had booked flight tickets for three persons, I had to cancel for one person. Fortunately I had purchased cancellation insurance, so I was not terribly concerned. Upon arriving at Toronto Pearson Airport, however, it turned out that the cancellation had been made for the wrong person. Fortunately, a lovely representative for Icelandair spoke to her supervisor and managed to put things in order for two out of the three flights booked through FlightHub. In order to clear the third leg of the journey, it was FlightHub who needed to be contacted. From my hotel room in the UK, I made a call to FlightHub, anticipating an apology and a quick resolution of the problem, my expectations having been informed by the professionalism of the Icelandair people in Toronto. Instead, I was engaged in a frustrating and demeaning hour-long conversation with a FlightHub representative who accused ME of creating the problem. He explained that the ticket was not transferrable--which, of course, I already knew. (Incidentally, the person whose ticket was cancelled was my mother. I did NOT mistake her name for someone else's.) I assured the person I was speaking to that the mistake was most certainly not mine, but I ended up being completely stone-walled. The only suggestion offered was that my travelling partner purchase another ticket. I asked to speak to the agent's manager and was stone-walled again. The mantra, "It was your mistake," kept being repeated over and over ad nauseum--without my being in a position to access FlightHub's records and demonstrate that the mistake could not have been mine. There was no hint in either tone or the substance of what was said to me to suggest that my issue was of any concern--or that, in fact, I was a paying client who expected some modicum of profession service. In the end, in order to fly from London to Rome with my travelling partner, I ended up visiting a travel agent and purchasing new tickets. I was cheated out of one ticket and ended up forfeiting the second in order to simplify flying arrangements. The experience left me shocked and upset. I will never use FlightHub again, and I advise anyone thinking about using their services to seriously reconsider.

I will NEVER use FlightHub again. The__human beings__ I spoke to were lovely human beings, but the phone itself was so horrible as to be completely unacceptable (bad microphones on their end, bad transmission, horrible wait times - bad all the way around.)
I had found flights I wanted on line, and didn't realize it was through this particular 3rd party till already well into the process. I needed a wheelchair, and there's nowhere to request one. (Should have been my first clue since other 3rd party Search engines have that). So I phoned. They required me to do the entire booking over the phone. That was 20 minutes of duplicate work already done, with a bad connection, bad microphone on their end, bad transmission, AND poor English pronunciations (I had to confirm 3x that it was SEPtember not DECember), and I could only understand about 8% of what was said, even when I asked them to speak very slowly. This whole process also included at least 15 minutes of Hold time in between various stages. OMG.
As for the comments from users who say, 'avoid 3rd parties' or 'additional layers of [bs]' - well, yes, but it's UP TO THE COMPANY TO BE USER FRIENDLY, NOT UP TO US TO TOLERATE THEIR HORRIBLENESS.
They also have fabulous reviews on line, if you google "flightHub reviews" They must hire trolls to post gazillions of bogus positive reviews. NO WAY all those glowing 5-star reviews are real. Wow. Never again. And I have to book another flight for November right now! FlightHub, you blew it. Forever.

We are always looking to improve our service, and we are happy to provide additional training when needed. As of now, our agency does not offer the option to request a wheelchair online as some airlines require must more information than just -wheelchair. They need to know if you can walk at all and just need assistance, or you can not walk at all. They need to know if you are bringing your own wheelchair or not. If you are, if this wheelchair battery powered? This is why it is best to create your booking either online or on the phone and then we send the request to the airline. We understand how this is an extra step and may be frustrating to some, but due to the great detail some airlines require, this procedure will remain until further notice.
The reviews posted online about us are not fake. We do not hire anyone to write them or write them ourselves. We encourage all of our customers to post a review whether it is good or bad.

I inadvertently selected travel insurance on a short flight and called them right away.
Insurance was cancelled and the person I talked was very personable and efficient
Super easy showed all prices got super cheap fair, way better than looking at other sites. Have used it for finding several flights and have always gotten the best deal
We have booked to San Antonio for 2016 and now again for 2017. Both times we are very happy with the trip you have described and within 2 or 3 weeks we get an email stating the itinerary has been changed to a less agreeable schedule. It is difficult getting routes out of Regina SK and really wish we could get a better experience.
I usually book through flighthub because most airlines are listed. The search is fast and easy and I feel safe using my credit card on the site.
I was trying to book my daughter who is 13 & was told I had to call the company directly (Fiji Airways) in order to purchase a ticket for her to fly cause of her age but when I first spoke with you guys I mention I don't have enough of the finances that I would have no problem adding her together with me & my son/her brother. Now that I was ready to pay for her ticket I was told a different story.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
