Conversation with representative about seats purchase lasted probably 35-40 min. The person couldn't give me an answers to my questions was slow and probably didn't know how to use calculator. After conversation was over I checked my account and noticed that I was charged $56 for seats I didn't purchased. I called back and asked another representative why I was charged this amount he said that that was amount for 4 seats I purchased. This conversation lasted 15 min and finally he said that he would try to cancel those sits for me without penalty. I was surprised to hear that probably there would be fee for purchase I didn't make. By the end of conversation he said " congratulations you will have your money back in 10-15 business days." This experience was upsetting frustrating and tiring.
Friendly helpful and because I made an error they adjusted my concern immediately. I have always had a good experience with the agents I have spoken to.
I used Flight Hub to book a flight recently. The system very simply provided all the options with easy to use filter capabilities. Booking and paying was quite simple too.
I always find the best prices with flighthub. It's my fav web! I've booked with it for almost all my flights to Europe and Asia.
The experience was fairly smooth and easy to complete, especially when booking different times/combinations for a multi-leg journey
I was forced to purchase another ticket for more than double because I used the abbreviated first name on the ticket. Be sure you have the correct passport info when booking for someone else. They pretend to help me but just keep putting me on hold. This happened every time I called and I called alot.

Please keep in mind it is very important to always make sure you have the correct name as most airlines do not allow name corrections and if they do, depending on the terms and conditions of the ticket, there can be fees.

Easy, quick and reliable. Only issue was the seat assignments (for 2 passengers) as we ended up having 2 flights with separate seats, although I suspect that was mostly due to our last minute booking (approximately a month before the flight).
On their website they have one price but when you select that price i doubles in the end on every single ticket. I do not recommend their website.
It was very easy to purchase everything online and they gave reminder emails which helped so I won't forget to check in.
I wish the site updates it self in real time... I called in about a phone deal but they told me it wasn't available and that the site doesn't update in real time that's why I can still see the deal that wasn't available.
Not my first time with Flighthub because it is super easy to book, the prices are the best ones also! The info is clear, in a few clics your flight is booked! You just have to enjoy your vacation after.

This was my first time booking with Flighthub. I made a mistake in entering the date of birth for one of my passengers and I immediately called customer service when I got the confirmation. The representative said she would fix it and I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with the updated info. 2 days passed, a full 48 hours with no confirmation. I had to call once again, but this time the service was much faster and I received the new confirmation immediately. My overall experience would've been "very satisfied" IF I didn't have to call back for a second time regarding something that should've been easily resolved the first time.

We are "Winter Texans" so we fly regularly to South Texas. I've used a lot of sites for flights back and forth from Toronto, I find flight hub to be the best because the site is very easy to use, the prices are all in so there is no extra fees and the pricing is very good. Us "fixed income" retirees love that!

Easy to book and navigate but beware of hidden fees. I was given option to select seats for my flights but never (or properly) mentioned there was a price attached to this seat selection...
One stop shopping for flight but

Scammers thieves liars I despise them with passion. Loss money no refund although I had insurance. I'm sure I will never see the so called refund I paid $659 and was told I am only entitled to a $239 refund. Then they have the nerve to charge me another $150 fee. I'm furious.
Been using flighthub for many trips after checking others. I, ve never had a problem. Its all i could ask for.
I love that the airline comparison is done for me with all my time options. You can fly one airline one way and another back if that is the flight that works for you. This site is convenient and simple to use.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
