Been watching Fitment Industries on YouTube for some time now and I figured it was time to support them with a t shirt purchase. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout was simple. They offer plenty of payment methods as well as free shipping. Great company and will continue to shop there.
I was able to find the coilovers I wanted for my vehicle in a matter of minutes. Entered my car info and looked under suspension. I will definitely be coming back to Fitment Industries when it's time to buy wheels.

Where do I begin? Was told 6-10 days delivered to my door, that everything was instock. Placed my order and received a email that product now had to be ordered into the warehouse. Well there goes that 6-10 day window. 10 days in, my order status takes a step backwards in the process from "preparing order" back to "order received". So I email over to see what the delay was and like magic within 20 minutes my order jumps all the way to "pulled for mounting/balancing/shipping" WOW Then Im told the product would ship in 1-3 days. This was on a Tuesday so everything should have gone out by Friday. Nope, waited till end of the day Monday still nothing. Called Tuesday was told it was going out that day if not then definitely Wednesday. Nope, wrote a email explaining my frustration and that if I did not see a active tracking number though FedEx by Friday that I would file a dispute through PayPal. Now were getting somewhere because magic happened again and the package went out the next day and was overnight shipped to my local FexEx facility where I now have to go fetch my order. Expecting the worst I get there and found the rims/tires and bolt pattern to be correct but I HAVE NO GOD DAMN LUG NUTS! I mean your a wheel and tire business where customers NEED those accessories. It's why you offer them in the first place so how can they go overlooked ALL THE TIME. Read other reviews and look online elsewhere and you'll see this is a stupid common problem. Doesn't someone oversee the order before it goes out? My invoice/order sheet was with my wheels/tires and it shows I paid for lugs nuts. Of course I called and they said they were in stock and that they would be shipped overnight to my house but I wasn't taking any chances so I ran to Advanced Auto and picked up a set. This place is ran by a bunch of KIDS, check the YouTube videos and you'll see. Every email sent during this run around was replied to by someone different. Even phone calls made someone new answered the phone. Zero communication skills with this sad company. I should have ordered everything separately online and paid to have them mounted and balanced. Also could have saved myself $350 so these clowns are also overpriced. Just a overall $#*!ty experience and was beyond frustrating to deal with.
