Fitnent Indusrtries

This company and the people who are employed under it, know what they are talking about. They are constantly posting informing videos and have a great customer service. They respond to questions in a timely manner on any media platform and by e-mail. Fitnent Indusrtries will always be the place I go to for wheels tires suspension.

Attempting to buy wheels was a painful experience, I have a custom car and and know what size and offset I need, but I keep getting questioned on my decision instead of getting help buying wheels. Please look elsewhere for custom needs, they are terrible

I decided to purchase wheels and tires through Fitment Industries in order to have a hassle free experience and skip all the trips back and forth to tire shops. My first order, which I was told was in stock, ended up being on backorder. I was not notified of this and only found out when I called for an update. At this point, I picked and different model of wheels. I patiently waiting for my wheels to arrive, much later than the quoted 8-12 business days. The wheels and tires finally arrived but were the wrong color. I rejected the shipment and had them sent back. After what seemed like 20 emails over 3 days, I decided for a refund because they refused to send the right wheels or refund me until the wrong wheels were in their possession. Worst customer service ever. It genuinely seems like they just send emails back and forth in order to waste time and push the problem on someone else. It was a difference associate who responded with each new email. I had to file a dispute with my credit card after the final man, Zach, claimed he was about to refund me but ultimately stopped emailing at the end of the work day.
