When I buy stuff online they always mark packages as delivered but they never deliver. From now on I'll be leaving messages to online stores to no send packages via FedEx.
This package was suppose to be delivered on Wed. The 3rd. They kept changing the delivery day. Out of the boxes, one was marked "delayed".
FedEx also claims they picked my package up from Chewy.com in Portland, there is no Chewy in Portland. There tracking (box 3) time traveled, it went from FL at 1pm to OR at 2pm then to TX at 11am all in the same day.
100% of the time a product ships through FedEx it is at least a week late. I watched a packed travel 700 miles in a 2 week period, were they walking? I have stopped ordering through companies that ship with FedEx.
Had a package sit at a facility less than 2 miles away from my home for over a week and was told I can't come pick it up. Every day, I was promised the package would be delivered by 9am the next morning. I was hung up on by rep and Lied to numerous times about the status of my package. I look up on day 6 of the package sitting only to find out they mailed it from the facility two miles away in Philadelphia to Maryland! Meanwhile I ordered and received packages from Taiwan, California, and Canada through USPS all while my package sat in my city in a FedEx facility.
Welp, an International manufacturer choose this freight carrier that is sending samples for examination. I tried to sign into my account on my mobile phone and was taken to page that stated FedEx is having issues and to retry. So, I did. That was fruitless. Next, I downloaded the mobile app. Same error message. Then I thought maybe I was goofy, so I asked to verify my account ID. I received email back verifying what I already knew as correct. Then I thought, I must need to reset my password as I have not signed in for many months to tell FedEx where to leave delivery should I not be around to sign for it. Again, put a request into reset. That email link, took me to a blank page. WTF? Next logical is to call FedEx, right? OMG, wrong! I finally got to Edward in tech support after FedEx's useless voice recognition. USELESS! HE COULD NOT HELP OR TELL ME WHY. WTF? No wonder why I shun far away from FedEx when it comes to shipping. EDWARD IN TECH SUPPORT, cemented that belief again. Even when I asked to speak with his manager, EDWARD, stated there is no upper level support. Just don't FedEx. Rely on DHL or TNT for International, and UPS for local stuff. Run away from FedEx, and save yourself from a Friday headache.

I have had several items lost by FedEx and their customer service is horrible. They can never give you details of where your package is at and if it remains in the distribution department for weeks even months. I have canceled several packages because they can never locate them. It is very disappointing. Not using FedEx services ever again.
I take my packages to FedEx, they weigh and measure, gather all the information and give me a receipt with 1 price on it. Then they bill me more on my credit card later. Which happens more than half the time. I called FedEx and spoke to someone who would not transfer me to a manager. Called again, the next person said they were going to transfer me to a manager, instead I got that stupid automated menu. I called a 3rd time, they transferred me to a manager, I told her my issue, nothing but silence for a minute, then the survey started playing asking how my experience was.
Package was delivered to a distribution site approximately 30 miles from my home only to be sent back to shipper because "unable to deliver". Address was verified and I have been home everyday since the package left the shipper. It was very difficult to speak to anyone in customer service. Once I did make contact with a person, there was no effort or sense of repsonsibilty on their part to track my package and deliver to my address. Their was no recognition that they were responsible for delivery at all. Their recommendation was that I conctact my shipper. The customer service representative would not escalate the situation to a superior even after I requested. Needless to say, I contacted my shipper, resolved the issue and will not allow Fed Ex on my property again. I write this after having simliar experience in the past. The company is not customer-focused. There is no indication that they are attempting to provide a a quailty service. Thier website is vague and they have created a cumbersome process to speak to anyone to get issues resolved. Poorly managed reagrding non-corporate customers.
Fedex lost and/or destroyed 3 of 4 items in my package, and then repackaged the remaining item and delivered it. No explanation as to why 3 items were missing, apparently this is their typical mode of operation
Have had a numerous amount of packages within the last 6 months delivered to my house and every package has had a delay from 2 days to 7 days late. Have had packages arrive in town and shipped to another state for some absurd reason. Then back here again. Don't recommend them at all. Would rather hire a bum to deliver my package on bicycle than have them deliver again.
The world worst service I ever had. They don't have proper management between the team and team leader. Sending fake emails that we'll deliver it tomorrow and never comes on time whole week it was going. They are contradicting their statements. Team leader said on Monday ur package will be delivered in the morning but till 6 we waited but they did not deliver. FedEx doesn't know their driver's contact details wow. No system. Team member abc (don't won't to name her)when I was asking the question she disconnected the phone on my face what customer service. We have mentioned TL tell driver give us a call Or how to access the building but today their team member is telling me we don't have access to ur apartment which is mentioned in our system. They wants to leave our package outside the building where renovation is going so labours and companies near by. But FedEx is not worried about it coz it's ur package not their.

I was trying to get a return service envelope from Fedex service center at Tanasbourne Village, Hillsboro, OR, today. I was told I need an account for this. Fortunately, I had an account but forgot the account number. I requested the professional (?) who was working there, if he can access the account number with my name or phone number, but he could not help. He asked me to log in the account and get the account number form account manager. After i logged in my account from a computer, the account number was not showing and asked me to call customer service. I called the customer service and got the account number. When I came back to the professional working there with the account number, he logged in and then said, that account number is a cash only as my credit card in that account has expired. I requested if he can update the credit card information in there, he said he cannot update any credit card info but can use that as a cash only option. I went back and got cash to get the envelope, and then the service person said we cannot use the cash for return mail service (he contradicted his previous words). He told us that we need to update the credit card information in the account, otherwise they cannot help us. I called the customer service again and they said credit card information is a different department and they are closed at 2 pm and that will be open on Monday. The service is beyond horrible!

Worst shipping service ever order the part from Indiana had it shipped to Sparks it's an 18 Hour Dr. 8th day still waiting tracking number says package is pending somewhere if you're gonna have something shipped and you need it don't go through FedEx they are the $#*!ing worst
If I could rate zero it would be below that. Third time I tried to lodge a complaint against the delivery person. Call taker spoke English but had an accent. I wanted to speak with a supervisor or manager. The name given was foreign but I was not able to clearly understand it. I was transferred only to get disconnected from their end. Called back and had to explain my request again. Asked to be transferred to a supervisor or manager. Call taker said she needed to ask permission. I asked her were this call was originating from. Guatemala really? I requested a US customer service number to call. FedEx does not have one. I researched online and obtained corporate number out of Memphis TN. Called there and placed on hold for 1 hour 1 minute and disconnected 10 minutes before the corporate office closed on Friday 10/29/2021. I will be calling back on Monday. All I want to know is how do you correct poor business practices starting from the customer service representatives to the delivery drivers. FedEx developed a tool for delivery instructions why are drivers not accountable for following those instructions. The customer goes the extra mile and signs up for the delivery manager special instructions only for it to fail each delivery time. Why is it so difficult for customers to report a complaint. Obviously there has been an intentional failure to communicate obstacle set by FedEx. No wonder a billion dollar company dropped FedEx contract.
I ordered clothes online, and given an estimate of October 25 for delivery. It was out for delivery on Oct. 23 or 24. Very good service. Then things went bad. An employee at Fedex (I assume it's a delivery driver) missorted the package. So the package went to WA for 2 days, OR or a day and is currently in CA. I'm in NM so it will take another 2 or 3 days at least to get it.
I spoke with 3 customer service representatives, asking them why the package was out for delivery, then shipped to WA. None could say. I then spoke with Angelo. I think he's the only competent employee Fedex has. I asked him why the package went to WA. With a few keystrokes he told me it was missorted. He offered a credit for the delay. So 3 out of 4 Fedex employees are not able to give any helpful information. Angelo bumps the review from 1 star to 2 stars.
When the package does arrive, it will be too late. So I'll send it back to the place I ordered it from, and let them know Fedex cost them a sale.
Sent a new iphone13 pro max to my son at his dorm, signature required. Security can't sign and says the driver walked out with package. Repeated calls to fedex yielded no results. Phone gone.
What is signature required even for? I will never use fedex again.
I ordered an expensive tablet for my child for Christmas. Unfortunately I had the pleasure of dealing with FedEx once again. The driver decided to throw the box out of the window and leave it in the road where it's soaking wet from rain sitting in the sun. I've had this driver come to my house five times in the last two months doing the same thing to every package I've had delivered.
FedEx will steal everything they could. People who work at FedEx Intl are trained to be skillful at stealing, extortion, bribery and lie. Once your package is in their hand, they have the collateral to do any criminal activities upon you. They are one of the biggest Mafia criminal organizations in Mexico, bear an international shipping company's name. They also thought they partially control the local government, so they can do whatever they want. If you encounter any difficulties with FedEx, please report your local fiscalia office if they try to charge you extra money or they stole your package.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
