FedEx well it's now been 26hours on a truck after a 14 day delay after a 7-Day shipping agreement. I'm at work I don't have a tablet and it will be shut off today because I don't get to send the return product. My bank account will be charged extra for this inconvenience. You've cost me an exorbitant amount of money but I don't expect you to fix it. All It had to travel was four states, this wasn't a slow boat from China and yet that can get here on time at the agreed delivery time! It's a shame since Samsung uses FedEx and I don't get the option to choose.

My package is kinkin it

I ordered a phone sim card for another service. Had it mailed 2day mail. Now it has been close to two weeks. Last I've found it chilling drinking a beer at the Bessemer Alabama facility for the last five days. I actually called them to check on it and they went straight to the package and said it has not been processed yet. Of coarse I said, YOUR STANDING RIGHT THERE BY IT. PROCESS IT. ( Sorry sir that's not protocol. Well FedEx, I got your protocol, and it's been a minute so why don't you come on down and SUCK IT

I was tracking my package. On Saturday it was out for delivery, but I get a message we were closed at 2:39 p.m., we were open till 8 p.m. that night. On Sunday they said they could not deliver because we were closed, ONLY PROBLEM IS FEDEX DON'T DELIVER OUT HERE ON THE WEEKENDS. Now on Monday my package is out for delivery and I watch the fed ex truck drive past the house, I call fed ex and get told that my package will now be delivered on Tuesday. STAY TUNE FOR THE UPDATES AND AVOID SHIPPING FEDEX AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGES! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT!

Fedx customer service said it was up to me to contact sender when they screwed up the delivery. I was at home and they did not knock, ring bell, or even better, leave small box in my waterproof box on my step. They left me a note to say I was not at home even though the package did not require a signature. They left a slip for me to sign saying they would try again (sure). After three days, I checked tracking to see the package was on it's way to Airport in Paris France. Customer service said it was up to me to find it. I escalated to supervisor who never answered. I wrote shipper who was not at fault for this stupidity. No service, no sense of responsibility, no box either. What an incompetent company! What happened to them?

I recently wanted to mail a cheque to Puerto Rico through their International First in a emergency situation, which costs over 200 dollars on 19th.
Here is thing, I prepared documents to their custom brokerage on the same day to clear customs. There were no response since then.
Today, 25th, I finally get response. They claim that custom clearance failed and my package will be either destroyed or returned. It will cost me 60 dollars to get my package back.
300 dollars are wasted. I will admit my mistake if there's anything I am doing wrong. However, when I asked them if there are any problems with my documents. There is no response or someone told me to wait. After 7 days, they tell me they can't do it. What's wrong with you? What did you do in a whole week? What did you do when I ask you if there's anything else I can do?
Attitude matters. Well done Fedex and keep going.

Absolutely horrendous

As per the title, very bad experience with FedEx... After more than two months since I shipped 5 boxes from Japan to Spain, I am still waiting for them to give me the invoices of the expenses with the information I requested and necessary for me to get a reimbursement from my company. I have contacted their customer service countless times to no avail... The worse company for a particular shipping I have ever dealt with. Not recommended at all! Stay away!

I have really bad experience with this shipping company, 2 out 5 shipping either delay or never show up. The latest shipment I had is took over 2 weeks and have no date confirmed on delivery. Imagine if you own a online store and shipping daily to your customers and using this company for shipping. How much damage will do to your business. Take a look at the image the destination to Tracy but it didn't deliver and continue going around the world...

For two years I have had packages misdeliveted by FedEx. Supposed to be delivered to my front door. Always dumped on the ground just inside or often outside my gate. Exposed to weather and theft. I am elderly, handicapped and housebound. Latest package was frozen food, dumped over my fence at the road near my mailbox!
I was unable to access it. Called FedEx, no help. Customer service is nonexistent. Drivers are lazy, will not do their job. Company is crap. No wonder they are losing contracts. AVOID FedEx if at all possible!

Package supposed to be delivered on a Friday- then at 3 pm on Friday they change status to possible delay… it's still two states away?!?!? How do you not know before 3pm on the day it's supposed to be delivered that it will be delayed?!?

Our veterinary office is fortunate enough to have Serina as our FedEx pick up gal, we adore her! She comes in daily, always has a smile on her face (under her mask) is so friendly, and patient! Our entire staff recognizes her when she comes in and we all have a great apparition for her role she plays in getting our samples sent out in a timely manner. She is an excellent representation for FedEX and should be recognized as such! Thank you Serina for always doing such an outstanding job!

I swear they have monkeys driving around these packages with no care as for the people who ordered them. I ordered a desk that was supposed to be here Monday of this week (10/18/21) and it is currently Thursday (10/21/21) and every day, they have pushed my delivery date back. Not to mention, I ordered my girlfriend a gift for her birthday on September 25th, ITS OCTOBER 21, A MONTH LATER AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT. I don't know why FedEx is still a business, but no one is satisfied and we need to shut them down. You guys are the worst at delivering and caring for customers, I will pay money to never use FedEx again.

I had ordered a deep freezer. I was at home and I got a text saying my package was delivered so I go outside and it wasn't there. I call fedex to figure where it is the lady who answered had an attitude with me told me that my name and address is not the delivery address even though I was on their website looking up my tracking and my address was there. Then she hung up on me instead of disputing the situation. Called Amazon and they looked it up and said that my name and address was on the package to be delivered. I am out of $240 for some fedex driver to just take my stuff and keep for themselves. I will never allow fedex to deliver anything else to my home.

Just terrible! My package has sat in bossier. Louisiana for 2 day been on a truck to be delivered to me. All to go back to bossier and be shipped to Memphis. My package was 10miles from my house yesterday now its 200 miles away! Make it make sense

Can I receive a package?

I've had many deleveries disappear and had to have items reshipped over and over. I've submitted 13 complaints about the driver here and nothing has been done. Last week the driver rang my intercom door, I buzzed him in and he never came to my door or dropped the package off. The same exact thing happened Saturday and today. I called to complain on Saturday. I called again today when this other shipment didn't make it. Their customer service told me the driver said he couldn't get in so he left it outside of our security gate on the street in Downtown Chicago next to Wrigley Field. So if it didn't get stolen I would be shocked. They refuse to talk or reprimand the driver and told me it's the sellers fault and they won't do anything. The two packages that he lost or stole himself were on a deep discount and fanatics is out of stock. All these thefts have caused me time on the phone trying to reship and searching around my entire apartment complex. I work for $35hr. I want $455 comped. I've contacted the BBB. For 3 months packages have been arriving normally but previous to that I lodged 10 other complaints because of food delivery being thrown over our gate, lost packages, and damaged items. I hope you go out of business!

They suck. Every time not sometimes. Every time i have a package coming through them it gets lost, delayed, or it gets delivered to the wrong address. Its ridiculous. No other company has so many issues. Oh dont get me started on the customer service if u can even get them on the phone. Yea its that bad.

Technology is ruining the common sense of some delivery people…. They'll deliver by what GPS tells them rather than looking at street signs and a damn address! Friday made 7 times in the last 6 months—still waiting to find out where my Thursday delivery is! #$#*!FedEx

Package to wrong address

I purchased a new Apple Watch 7 from Best Buy. No delivery to store so came to house. Or it was supposed to. They showed it was delivered but not to me! Item costs $450 and no signature required. So stupid. Also called Best Buy. Both opened investigation tickets they will work on next week. Wow! Just get your incompetent drivers to slow down and take them to right place. Now go back and find it!

Using FedEx is an effort in futility. My packaged did not show up as their tracking system showed. I have called their customer service 5 times over the last several days and all I get is another lie. Package was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. Then they tell me a different reason why I haven't received it and another promise for delivery. My promise to them is that my company will never use Fedex again. They are terrible.
