I ordered a piece of furniture from Wayfair. It was being delivered by FedEx. It came on December 15th while I was out my package was delivered by FedEx. The box was completely busted up and the driver tried to push the broken box over the mess that was in the box. I have a ring doorbell, it showed the driver trying to push the box over the parts in the box. Then to add insult to injury he said something to someone else and they walked away laughing. I called FedEx and left a complaint with the customer service representative. She said someone would be reaching out to me. Of course I haven't heard anything from anyone. There were broken pieces, scuffed pieces. Messed up corners. Thanks alot FedEx. At least Wayfair made it right.
This incompetent company lost my package one week ago. In 7 days they haven't been able to do anything for me, despite I called them every day. They continue changing their version of what happened to cover the incompetence of somebody who lost the package or delivered it to the wrong address. I want my package back or a full refund to be provided without further wasting my time.
Also, they do not note down what we discussed during our calls, so every time I called I was receiving the same lie: "according to our system your package was delivered".
This is extremely frustrating. The company does not deliver a reliable service: better to avoid it.
I've had 3 separate orders over the past three weeks delayed several days through Pflugerville. Each time the delivery is "on a vehicle for delivery" for days. Two of the orders were fresh food delivered spoiled due to delay. For my business and friends, I don't recommend using FedEx for local deliveries in Round Rock.
I had ordered for some items of mine to be shipped from the UK to Finland. I regularly kept getting updates regarding it's whereabouts until it arrived for clearance in Helsinki. From the seventh of December, it has been awaiting customer clearance for nearly two weeks now despite the fact I filled in all the paperwork necessary for delivery. The estimate arrival date is non-existent and now according to FEDX ENGLAND both items are in Finland and yet FEDX FI say that one of them still remains in the UK. There apparently is an investigation in regards to it's location but I believe they are doing f**k all!
Absolutely the worst among all US carriers. Fedex continuously delays shipments, provides almost no information in their automated tracking, and the customer service does nothing to help.
I've tried to let businesses know I will pay more to use other carriers. Sadly, most of the customer service reps for those businesses don't care, either.
From now on, if FedEx is the only choice, I will no longer purchase from that business.
You would think that once your package got in the delivery truck they would be delivered. Not at Fedex in Rockford, IL. They get in the truck 11/01/2021 and are delivered 11/04/2021. The end of taped closed after Fedex tore it open. I have told all my suppliers I will not use them if they use Fedex.
Worst shipping service available. Avoid at all costs if you want your customers satisfied. I have never got a package on time when FedEx has delivered it. The last two times they were lost and had to get refunds from the retail store I purchased it. If I get an email notification telling me my merchandise is being delivered by FedEx i know automatically its going to either be delayed or lost, every time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEEEEESE!

I sent a package to my grandson from GA to EL-Paso and the address was missing 1 digit I called Fedex the ensured me that the package would be intercepted and the missing digit would be added, however when I called them back they told me it was delivered, however I was informed that the address was no a valid address and the package would be returned. They told me they will talk to the driver at the end of the day it's been almost 5 days now and up to now they cannot get the package, when I called customer service they were very rude and continued to tell me someone will call me up till now I am still awaiting a call from Fedex. This is terrible it's my first grand child and now he has no Christmas gift. This is so hurtful Fedex has given me no compensation up to now.
When I shipped my package out, one of the Fedex employee made the shipping label, address was incorrect, unfortunately I did not find out until the package was shipped out. The address on the ship label doesn't exist, but Fedex managed to deliver the package to some random address and random person for the signature required package after I corrected the address, after I saw online tracking showed that package was delivered. I called Fedex, Fedex opened a case to investigate the missing package, I made several follow up calls, I received different/conflict information regarding my package each time. We decide to post a note to nearby neighbors and luckily we found the package after three day the package was delivered. Even to this moment Fedex is still saying that investigation is still underway. I am very unsatisfied with this service, I am wondering if Fedex driver really look the address and names before delivery. In this case, the address on the shipping label doesn't exist, I totally understand if the package was returned to me due to the incorrect address. Please be cautious before you ship any valuable through Fedex.
Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a rug and instead of leaving it at my front door
(as claimed) they dropped it at the end of the driveway, about 150 feet away. The rug was not only very heavy it was awkwardly shaped and pretty much impossible for a 69 year old woman to move. I complained to them but have gotten absolutely no response other than an auto-email. I'd never use them and I will be very unlikely to order again from a store that uses them.
I would never ever again use FedEx for shipping my products again, they delayed my deliveries in average 17 days, not to mention the amount of damage product they created. The BURLINGTON, WA Location is the worst, everything sits there for up to two weeks. This is very frustrating. This is not acceptable for me and my company.
Staring today I will only ship UPS. Much better service and company. Good by FedEx you lost my business for life.
Walmart should cancel their contract with FedEx! How you going to guarantee your items to be here on the date and it gets delayed by FedEx? When we pay our money to get something before Christmas we want it before Christmas not after! These lazy a$$ people they are hiring don't want to work, FedEx should know what to expect around the Holidays and hire people that want to work. We shouldn't have to suffer not receiving our items on time for the poor decisions corporate wise not prepared for! Walmart cancel this contract ASAP!
1st time-lied & put pkg in USPS box(FEDERAL CRIME) that was supposed to be signed for & put on front porch.
2nd time-lied about signed for and not delivered. I Complained and driver lies & comes with pkg, days later. Says found at neighbors. BS--neighbors know me, liar.
Fedex is a piece of trash abroad, they never deliver a package on time, they do not care about they costumer, that is the reason because they have one star.
I have deliveries that day they will be delivered then changes to pending obviously it's somewhere but who knows where and my business will come to a stop because it is not 5 days past the original delivery date pay double or triple to not have a shipper use fed ex cause you will never see your package
It is so terrible. I lost my packages the second time. Tracking says delivered, but it has never been delivered. I called Fedex, they are investigating but I am pretty sure. They will not find them.

I had 2 packages. One I ordered last week and one I ordered 2 days ago. Both coming to Parker, CO. The one I ordered last week was sitting in Denver for 4 days. The excuse they gave meā¦bad weather. What bad weather? I just tracked it and it's now in Broomfield. Why? Not even close. The one I ordered 2 days ago was in Denver this morning and delivered this afternoon. Complete idiots. Now it will be probably another week before I get the first package.
Just called Fedex for a late package and the lady was rude and had an attitude with me. After that she gave me a very vague response and just shoved me off saying that your package would arrive next week with estimated specifics or time frame. The package was in god damn Alaska and was saying it would arrive today at 1pm so I already knew something was up then I get a email saying your package will come today even though thats literally impossible because I live in Texas?! It had shipped on the 11th and was supposed to come on the 14th then got delayed to the 17th and now I gotta wait longer because its friday and they dont deliver on weekends so thats another extra 2 days so the 20th. And thats not even guranteed since the lady on the phone gave me no specific time so it could be even farther. This was my first time ever ordering and will be my last. I hope y'all go out of business and become bankrupt. Go to hell
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
