The last 10 shipments to me via FedEx have been delayed, sometimes twice including refrigerated medicine. I receive a text saying it is on the truck for delivery then a few hours later I get a text that it's been rescheduled. They've even delivered my medicine to the wrong address. My current delivery was today, now tomorrow if I'm lucky. Amazing they are still in business considering they used to be the Premier shipping company.
Lying, deceptive, unreliable, horrible. And those re likely the least negative things you could say about them. They hide behind a wall of crap customer service lines and have no real desire to even pretend to do a decent job. Shipping from the U.S. to the Philippines, you would have better luck throwing your package in the ocean and hoping it washed up on a Philippine beach.
My package, at this point I've given up ever seeing. After more than 2 weeks of myself and the shipper trying to get it delivered, I'm imagining it has been stolen or destroyed somehow. My local agents phone number listed in her email is not in service when you try to call. They claim they don't have a complete address, but it has been sent repeatedly, along with written directions, and just for good measure, a Google Earth satellite image of our neighborhood, our address, and local landmarks, with Push-pins added to remove any confusion.
They refuse to respond to emails, and ignore the local cell phone number sent to them.

I am giving 1 start because I can not give 0.3 time with FedEx. 3 time very bad experience. Courier lied he was at my house abd can not contact with me. I have a camera outside so I can proof it. When I call to FedEx they are lying again my package will be Tommorow but it never happened. FedEx now working as a TNT. Previous package came after 21 day from UK?!?!. Was totally damaged.
What a terrible service! Unbelievable! I will never use this company at all., went to customs ready to clear by item and surprisingly i was asked work permit for my 2 small bottles of supplements, very strange the service is POOR! I left my items at the airport customs and i hope you Fedex company can take it…. Am suprise!
These guys should when an award for the slowest shipping company out there! USPS is way faster now than FedEx!
Rude arrogant delivery drivers driving dirty white vans all of which are subcontracted to Fedex driving too fast rude to customers and when asked to slow down they drive even faster and spin their wheels absolutely appalling and will be reported do not use this company

FedEx ground, claims to deliver my package on three separate dates within a week. But has not follow through. It's three days before Christmas in 2021. Editional to that to call the call center it goes to the another country. I can't able to get USA management of FedEx to make my complaint. FedEx ground! You suck!
I've been waiting on a package stuck in austell ga. For 6 weeks. If a company can't do any better than this they should just close the doors. Ups and other delivery companies aren't having these issues so don't blame it on under staffed.

I ALWAYS have problems wirh fed x. They never deliver on time. In fact they say they made a delivery attempt when tgey didnt because I am home. Also i have note to just leave on porch. There is just one phone number to call. Most of time it is out of country customer service that reads from a script. When i order products i often dont have option on how i want it shipped. But now if fed x is my only choice then I wont buy the product. I never have a delivery peoblem with UPS or USPS
So after a previous review of my experience with FedEx my order arrived 12/24 the day before Christmas the package was sealed but appeared someone cut the package and resealed it and delivered and empty package long story short they stole my package. Sad part is this happens to often they lie and say they deliver packages and don't and my own experience the stole my item right out the box and handed a empty box to me which the moment I touched it you can clearly feel the box was empty. Employees l any be trusted they need cameras in warehouse and on trucks to monitor them. Even five years ago Fedex was a fairly good delivery service. Now they are worse than deplorable. They are abusive even when you are polite and patient with them. DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE!

Fed Ex are an absolute disgrace - they have a massive backlog and still taking customers parcels and money without informing them of the 10+ days wait. I had sent documents to enable our accountants in the USA to pay staff payroll for this week and instead of informing me that they had a 10 day+ delay and giving me the opportunity to use another carrier they took the docs and left them sitting at Stanstead AIRPORT for the last 5 days with a further 10 days delay - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - SERVICE IS APPALLING AND FED EX CANNOT IN MY VIEW BE TRUSTED WITH IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
Absolutely apooling, tracking says that package was delivered and signed for by me - untrue. Than delivery was apparently refused by me, despite me calling over and over to re-arrange. This costed me so much stress. So many days staying in, when I arranged to have the package delivered. Messing with people's lives. Disgusting. I will never use them again.
My package has been in my city for five days now. Every day it says out for delivery and then at 6pm it changes to PENDING NO ETA. I gave it some time and finally called tonight to ask what the issue was. Was told that my package has not moved since being in my city five days ago. I asked why and was told they didn't have the drivers. I asked if they could just pull it and I'll come get it. Even though they're the delivery company and I'm not I'm willing to do their job to get my package and was denied. Was told it already has a sticker and I have to wait. Gave them my number so they can call when it's on it's way. Was not told at all an estimate or even a guess of when that will be. I cannot believe that people still use this company for shipping. I would not have decided this but the company I ordered from ships through them. Hopefully I see my items soon
I have a shop and receive a lot of packages. I get packages from UPS, Fedex, DHL (international) and USPS. I have no problems with the deliveries, EXCEPT when the supplier sends by FEDEX. 4 out of 10 deliveries have issues. From not attempting to deliver and stating that delivery was attempted, to stating the business is closed (due to pandemic) when the business is and has been open, to deliveries that get "stuck" at the local station and has the same "delayed" status day after day. Have no problems with UPS, DHL, and USPS. Only problems with Fedex and tons of it. Suppliers, please DO NOT USE Fedex! You will piss off your customers.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
