My husband ordered a terrarium for me bearded dragon in the very biggining of December 2021. The company shipped our package right away. I have been waiting 3 weeks while my package sits on a truck in Norcross! I called to tell them ill come get my package from them myself. The lady I spoke with ignored my request to pick it up and told me she was starting an investigation as to why it was still on a truck. That was a week ago. I've received NO calls about the investigation. I got a text this morning telling me my package was out for delivery only to get another message this evening to tell me there's yet ANOTHER delay and I will not get my package yet again. This is by far THE WORST sipoing company out there! I don't know why any companies use their services. Terrible customer service, terrible delivery service. The only reason i gave them 1 star is because i couldn't leave the review other wise! HORRIBLE!
It happened with me and my aunt. We paid for international priority shipment for a power of attorney. It gets stuck in customs for weeks. Probably because they lump it with other parcels which need clearance. On top of that there is no update on date of delivery. My documents were time sensitive because they needed to be produced in court. They were not delivered on time.
My item is out for delivery since December the 24th, late that day, they change it to the 26th. Today is the 28th item still on a truck out for delivery now with no date. Worst company ever.
On 11-14-21 I received 2 packages from chewy.com. I was in the garage and heard a huge noise thought it was a car accident. I went out and the FedEx truck was leaving. Called for him to stop but he ignored or didn't see me. The driver broke my porch chair in at least 8 pieces. Couldn't count the smaller ones too smashed up. I called both chewy and fed ex to complain. Nothing was done. I called again in January fed ex would do absolutely nothing because I couldn't find my complaint number. Chewy wouldn't do anything they resent a complaint to FedEx but nothing happened. I tried online to complain but they needed the tracking number from the box which I used for gifts. Here's my question. If they are a worldwide delivery company. How come I have to furnish numbers to them. Don't they know where they were. I bought a new chair but FedEx should have paid for it. For 25 dollars they made an enemy. When they're worth millions. I don't deal with FedEx or chewy either anymore.

FedEx said they delivered my package on December 17 and there's a package to sign for I never sign for a package somebody signed the packages my name in the way they put it is not the way I put my signature FedEx has been giving me the runaround every since about my package no one has called me no one has contacted me and now they're saying my case is close Can someone plz help

I have shipped a courier from FedEx and it was a very expensive proposition. My couruer is noit yet delivered since last 9 days and Whenever I call customer care I get standard reply. FedEx is horrible

The customer service agent was no help, stopped talking and held the line open for 20 minutes. I had asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told I could not. I asked for a survey and was denied. Incompetent at best. I will not be doing business with FedEx again.
After sending complete payment they keep sending letters and threaten with law firms. Very bad bad customer care.
Had a package that was picked up in Cali to be delivered to me in LV, about 4 hours away. Was supposed to be delivered on 12/22.On the 23rd it was in NM. By the 24th it was in Oklahoma. Then Indy. Then NJ.New delivery is 12/29. Instead of admitting they $#*!ed up, they claim it was the best geography. Even Fed Ex can't be trusted. How is it the best route to travel from west coast-to east coast-to west coast again.No apologies, just excuses.The supply chain can't improve if these companies continue to hire morons who can't deliver a package a 4 hour distance. By the time I get my perishable item, it will have perished.
Unfortunately for me, Puma uses FedEx and they give no options. FedEx always rescheduled their delivery just before its supposed to be delivered. It's not unusual for them to change dated 3 or 4 times. I feel sorry for anyone who ordered from a company who use them for Christmas delivery.
The FedEx drivers are supposed to leave my packages at my door at the side of my house but instead they seem to want leave them in the middle of the walk way around the front of the house or in front of the garage, that is also located at the front of the house. Not to happy with this. This is being lazy and not caring about the customer. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I would never recommend this company to anyone and I will tell everyone I know not to use this company. The service delivery is the worst I have ever experienced and the customer service is non existent. I cant say a single positive thing about this company. They are terrible!
Very Very poor service. First the package is not delivered on time and when inquired about it, they have no answer. The only answer I was getting is give us some more time. Asked if I can talk to the supervisor or manager, They said everyone has gone for the day by 1 pm. They even can tell if it will be delivered on the day or not. So I have a just sit at home for the whole day till 8 pm and hope they deliver it or wait again the next full day to be delivered. This is really very poor service.
Even the online tracking system is same, first it show that it will be delivered by 2.20 pm and once it is not delivered by 2.20pm it changes and shows will be delivered till end of the day and again if not delivered till 8 pm, it shows will be delivered the next day by 2.20pm.
If they cannot provide service and updates they should close. At least there wont be a hope and I can go ahead with other options.
I have had them push back delivery on my latest package several times now. This has happened many times before. The only worse organization I've dealt with is the USPS.
80 % off the time they do not deliver on time! Worse company to ship! I own a shop and all the time they just send the package to different address, lose the package, left in truck or office but all the time something happens! 26 years experience with my shop and allá the time this guys has pretty bad service! When I ship something I use UPS exceptionally service all the time, the problem is when I order something and they sends trough this bad fedex service! If you can use a different company I do recommend, no buddy can trust with this guys, and you can't talk or comunícate with them, only trough virtual computers so they can't really answer or help you!
Bought my daughter a gift for Christmas at an auction in the US. Emphasized need for delivery before Christmas and paid for priority. The gift has been stuck at Stansted airport for over a week. No communication telling me what to do to clear it and then I find the wrong value attributed to it (double the auction hammer price). I had phone countless people until I got through to a broker 2 days before Christmas. Even then the gift was not cleared despite repeated requests for an import charges bill to be sent to me. Awful service. Th result is that weeks after I booked the shipment it has still not arrived and my daughter, who I have no seen for many months due to COVID, is without her Christmas gift. These people are heartless.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. They royally screwed me over because they failed to contact me on all 3 attempts to deliver to me despite me subscribing to the text notifications. Due to this incompetence, I lost my chance for a ps5 I was so fortunate to be able to buy after being selected by a lottery. Now I am being told that I will have to apply to the lottery again and cross my fingers. If you are notorious for not being able to coordinate with your customers, you better make sure that your tracking notifications work.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
