I ordered a product and did ship alright but when the driver dropped my package off he did so along with six more packages that were not mind and belonged to several other customers in my local area. When I called over six times in trying to get the driver back to pick up these other boxes I got a total run around. So now I wound up with several boxes sitting on my front porch. Making me a target for porch pirates and unsavory type characters to worry about. I can not bring them inside due to I do not know when or if this driver is coming back to pick them up. Fedex is really letting down these other people and putting an undue stress on me.
I order constantly offline, this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, i called 4 times today to get snotty representatives! I paid $140 for an expedited parcel to be shipped and delivered Friday January 7th and they give you a complete run around. "The driver left, have to switch to Canada post etc". Now they tell me I have service and duty fees and my parcel won't be shipped till Monday fedex and another 5 days delivery through Canada post, if I woulda known I woulda spent the cash and drove to the city! FedEx your company is garbage, you need to pick up your game and do your job the way you're suppose to! I will never be ordering anything shipped through this company again! Absolute trash! I'll stick to purolator
Cuztomer order product. Product has wrong address. Fedex call customed, to call. Customer calls. Computer will not transfer customer to representative. Customer gets frustrated after a long time to get representive. After fedex had customer junp through hoops, Fedex returned package to company. WTF
Please update your services you're a hundred year behind. SMH your rates are so ridiculous yet it's impossible to see where my packages are before delivery. Fix it so people can have better options so as not to have their packages stolen
FedEx is very good at miss managing delivery. It's happened so many times. It's a mess. They will screw you up every time. FedEx only in business because there is no body else. The worst company on the planet

I haad an exchange package, the first package was delivered to the correct address. The second address was delivered to the wrong address, there was no change of address in the system, so I don't understand why or how they made this mistake. I spoken with 4&5 different CSR they all act like its my fault
In the past month two deliveries by FEDEx were not placed at door or on patio, nor was the buzzer pushed for access to building. One weighed over 100 bs and was going to be left in common area until a resident indicated I could not lift it. BTW the 100 lb pkg was put on a cart which the condo provides and the UPS driver help him place it there, I mistakenly gave him a good review not knowing that he was planning just to dump it in the common area until the resident told me of the situation. This building is for active seniors, I am over 80. Today I received a photo of a package indicating it was delivered; not recognizing the location but looked (within 10 minutes of delivery) at my condo door and patio. (no buzzer again). Package is not here. Drivers are not responsive to the needs of residents, All other services, Amazon, Kroger, UPS seem to understand. Fedex cannot be bothered.,Why do they not care about good service? This their regular pattern.
I am beyond frustrated with fedex drivers, My 7 year old is smarter than most that come to my door. Is it seriously that difficult to ring a doorbell? If you knock like a girl do us a favor and RING THE DOORBELL! WE CANNOT SIGN FOR A PACKAGE IF WE CAN'T HEAR YOUR GIRLY KNOCK. I was informed that it would be re-delivered the following day... Guessing they don't know what "the next day" means either. I HATE BEING LIED TO. Get your $#*! together FEDEX!
Fedex consistently loses my packages. Representatives say they will open a case file but nothing is ever resolved. I don't have much trust in customer care since agents say they will phone back but they never do. I am now leaving feedback for vendors in the hope they will switch to a better shipping company.
If you are a business and need to ship something and only have fedex to use you are better of delivering it yourself i hate when i order something and see it's coming fedex essentially if its a pressing item with UPS you could at least count on your package being delivered on time if not 1-2 days early with fedex expect 1-2 days late never even on time also it's irritating when you see your package is in your town then the next minute they send it 4 hours north justvto send it back the next day or the day after. I can see why they have such a low rating
I am not sure why company's continue to use this service they are always behind on there deliveries and constantly having problems I have had 8 packages in the last few month come 4 days later than originally posted.Ups never had these issues and actually usually is early with there deliveries company's please stop using the company!
If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen that. Can pick up or deliver in a timely fashion. Doesn't have anyone to help. Only automated or non-english speaking help. If you don't have a tracking numver FORGET EVEN TRYING! I would pay double shipping if it neant NOT usung FedEx.
Fedex has to be the worst and most TV comercialized company in the world. Their shipping is almost never on time. Bad weather they say. Pretty sure UPS and USPS delivers in the same places. I will avoid companies using Fedex as a shipping carrier.
I just received a package from FedEx. It's been raining all day and is wet out. I have delivery instructions on the web site and a sign on the front door. My preferences were ignored and 2 packages were left on my soaked front steps. When I called to complain, the pilot couldn't understand what my issue was and it took 5 minutes to be connected with a representative. She couldn't seem to help either even after a "brief" 5 minute hold. When I tried the virtual assistant it also couldn't help, so I am now writing this review. The delivery person just didn't care and there doesn't seem to be any way to get my packages delivered correctly. So frustrating! I have included a picture of the sign on my front door. I think it's pretty clear where packages should go don't you?
Local fedex got my package 5 days before it was supposed to be delivered so they held my package until the due date. Then, of course, they don't even deliver the package on the date they are supposed to deliver it. They had the chance to deliver it on time for FIVE DAYS and are still late.
Fedex shouldn't give dates or tracking info. Because they will keep sending you messages saying delayed every day! If a package says it's being delivered by FEDEX on a certain day. Always add a extra 5 days if not more onto that date... And don't expect to be able to track a package with FEDEX either. Because there never up to date. Always a few days behind. If I see something on Amazon now that I want. I check 1st to see who will be delivering the product... if it's FEDEX I will not purchase that product now. Because of FEDEX and there horrible customer service... worst company ever!
"Justice Here" I received my package from FedEx and this lazy driver left it on the grass near the driveway. I live near a busy street where anyone could have picked it up, knowing that packages are being stolen. He was suppose to have left it inside the patio near the front door at the least... Amazon has made a few drops including today and they brought it into the patio and even snapped a picture of it! I wish Amazon would do all my deliveries!
Per the title, FedEx has awful customer service, a broken website, and loses my packages. Their call centers are outsourced and their website provides little, if any resources to resolve issue. For example, I tracked a package I sent 30 days ago. The package was marked as delayed and I never received a notice. I called their outsourced customer service to be told I had to file a claim online because the package was likely lost. I'm now in the 14 day review period for my claim of roughly $1000, and if it is completed I will be mailed a check... a check! In order to set up electronic payment transfers I have to create a FedEx shipping account. No, no thew account I already use to login and track packages. It's a completely different account I will use to ship packages. When trying to register the account, no matter when I do it or what I change in the information, I'm given an error and told to call their terrible, outsourced support line to add a new account. Whenever (read: if ever) I get my claim paid for I will not be using FedEx by choice ever again.
I ordered a package from a company in Massachusetts on December 3. The company said "receive it before Christmas, if you order now." The company shipped it on December 13. It is now January 5, AND I STILL DONT HAVE IT! FedEx have bumped the delivery back 5 times, and my package has been in multiple FedEx centers (per tracking, SEVEN different centers) over the past three weeks. Then today, they texted that there was Delivery attempt at 12:18 pm. I was home! There was no knock, nor any delivery attempt door tag. I called them and they said it was keyed into the system wrong, and that I should receive it tomorrow. I'm beginning to wonder if I will EVER receive this item. 1 month to get from the East Coast to the West! RIDICULOUS! I will no longer do business with any company that uses FedEx for their shipping. Waiting a MONTH for a package is completely unreasonable.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
