I would give it zero stars if possible. Package was delivered to wrong address (even though location street numbers were clearly visible at both locations)... the real irony being that my address was only 3-4 miles from their distribution center. I both called and went online... both places said my tracking number was invalid even when I cut and pasted the number from the translated QR Code. The voice recognition on their voicemail was completely worthless and if any part of their software doesn't like your tracking number entry, it stops you there (either blocks site entry further or actually hangs up on you). I had to drive up and down my street until I found an honest neighbor, who helped me out with a lead and I finally got my package. AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO THE STUPID COMPANY TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON! This kind of service from a delivery company should be grounds to put them out of business. It is so ludicrous that it borders on the asinine. I will do everything in my power to make sure that everyone in this local area knows NOT to use this service EVER!

Three cars are behind both trucks blocking traffic not cool. They should be retrained on how to do their job safe and respectful to other drivers on the road and people that are living on that street.

FedEx is the worst possible delivery service. They've thrown my packages n the trash, along side of the rode n the snow and in front of the garage door where it got ran over. I have a designated package area and they still cant get it right. And i could go on n on.

Bought a brand new work/school pc that's over six days late! Absolute disaster mistake using FedEx. Horrible company that has not made a timely delivery once in the last year. The most frustrating part is it's been stuck in the same town as me for the last two days and I haven't been able to get it delivered or pick it up. Would've been better off paying a hitch hiker to deliver.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Over the past year, I have had about a dozen or more deliveries from them and they only delivered 2 of those packages without issues or delays. They cannot give me reasons as to why they keep giving me issues with my packages. I have attached the latest issue. I understand it says estimated delivery, but I still don't have the package and they can't give me any updates outside of it's still not at the correct delivery location yet. Don't give me a delivery date estimate if you can't delivery within a day or two of that date.

Horrible service

A sensitive package that was sent with priority overnight, frozen, delayed 3 days while it had to go in a freezer. Absolutely no help from customer service because they supposedly didn't have a phone number for the location it was held at. Product was destroyed.

Worst service EVER!

Trying to get this company to deliver a package on a requested day is almost impossible. When you try to contact them using the ph. # listed you are transferred all over the world. They lie on their recordings saying they delivered when they don't. When and if you can reach the plant to ask about the package I was given different answers. Like it would be delivered the next day. Which was a Friday. We waited all day and no one ever delivered the package. Once I finally able to talk with someone in Rochester New York the person told me the package was still at the plant and had never been scanned. That was the original day it was supposed to be delivered. We ended up having to drive over an hour to pick up the package. The main plant manager wouldn't let you fill out complaint forms stating you have to call the 800 number which again takes you out of the country. This company needs a true overhaul. I would strongly encourage everyone to use the U.SP. S. or U. P.S.

Just say "No!"

I've never yet recieved a package on it's due date. I constantly get "we tried to deliver but it's the wrong address"... and yet, 1-3 days late they finally deliver and exclaim "OMG! It was the right address!" All anyone needs to do is enter the address into a GPS, and you'll come right to my driveway! I'm on the corner of 2 major thoroughfares! Or look on Google Earth! If you are given shipping options, don't use fedex. Opt for UPS, DHL or USPS.

Worst mailing carrier company in the world

Packages are never on time, they don't provide accurate updates nor helpful information. They are EXTREMELY unreliable. Terrible customer service. I have have several issues like this before, only with Fedex. Never again.

I am writing based on my two separate experiences. FedEx has a poor delivery service. They start working at the same time that you go to work. So, the FedEx delivery personnel arrive at your door at a random time as suits the truck driver, and without any text messages about the ETA. They knock on the door, and guess what?... NOBODY OPENS THE DOOR!... WHY?... BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS GONE TO WORK AS WELL!... WHEN DOES THE RECIPIENT COME BACK FROM WORK?... THE ANSWER IS: WHEN THE FedEx STOPS DELIVERY AT 5:00 PM. The same insane random delivery cycle repeats a day after, and again,... YOU ARE AT WORK AND CAN NOT RECEIVE AND SIGN A RECEIPT! Guess what happens next? Your package will be sent back to a warehouse that has no customer service, and therefore, you can't pick it up from there; from the warehouse, your package will be sent back to the sending address. And, you will have to wait for the next random delivery cycle, praying that at the delivery date (BY CHANCE) you will be at home, and will be able to hear someone knocking on the door. On a previous occasion, the reason my package was returned to sender, was that the delivery personnel claims he knocked on the door and no one opened the door, while, I had been staying the whole day at home for that important package to arrive. In my experience, the FedEx package delivery sucks, specifically that they send back your package to a warehouse without customer service for personal pick up. In the image below, the package return notification doesn't indicate a needed delivery receipt signature, but still, it wasn't delivered, while my apartment has a large secured mailbox and a secured and locked dropbox.

DO BETTER FEDEX

My packages get left in my driveway, flower beds, pretty much wherever. Customer service could care less and will tell you if not registered online they can leave boxes wherever! I am registered! I've talked to New Haven Indiana supervisors and still no resolution after being told it wouldn't happen again. And really what are you going to do since you have to shop online anymore because all the stores are closing. Take pride FedEx and fix your company! Do Better! Not sure why my pics are sideways

Fed Ex has lost another customer due to their completely insensitive and ridiculous way you initially responded to D'Monterrio Gibson.
The ONLY reason you changed to "paid leave" was due to your fear of being caught canceled for your response and your fear of civil lawsuit.
If I were Mr Gibson I would still sue you for every possible cent.
How disappointing.

Apparently, some Fedex Drivers believe they're entitled to behave like disrespectful teenagers when they're actually supposed to be carefully screened, hyper responsible adults. One driver just blocked my driveway and was about to leave his truck there, while he ran in to deliver his package. I asked him to move and instead of apologizing, he decided to play the race card and called me KAREN. He was in the wrong and decided to double down and be especially in the wrong. I snapped a picture of his license and immedialtely lodged a complaint with Fedex. Stay tuned..

Horrible company policy

I paid for two day air and paid extra for delivery before noon. The package was more than a day late and missed the recipient. I had to pay to have it shipped again, fedex did not give any refund not even partial or credit even though I could have paid a third the amount for the delivery time. Customer service told me that I would have to call back once my package was delivered to discuss refund, I asked if they would do anything and the rep kept saying they couldn't say. Needless to say after waiting again forever to get through on their call center, no they do not provide a guarantee or any sort of compensation when they literally don't deliver what you paid for. I do not recommend fedex for domestic or international services, I have had several issues with them and will go out of my way to not use them from now on. Awful company policies, service and customer care.

Delivery did not arrive on scheduled date. They did not phone to advise me of a delay. They cannot give me a new estimated date of arrival. They place absolutely zero value on their customers time and make it virtually impossible to speak to a customer service rep. I strongly advise people to take their business elsewhere.

FedEx is THE WORST company I've ever dealt with. And to make it worst, they don't care. My specialty pharmacy sent my cancer medication via FedEx. Almost 2 days later, it's still on their delivery truck. They tell you that your package will be delivered before 8p.m. They delivered it at 3:22 p.m. The driver never texted or called, to state he had tried to deliver the package. The package required a signature. I called to let FedEx know that I didn't receive my package. They assured me that they would deliver it by 8 pm. 8 p.m. Well, 8 p.m. passed & no delivery. I called again. They assured me that it would be delivered before 10 p.m. Guess what, no delivery still. I called & complained again, & they said I could pick my medication up at the FedEx office on Adamo drive. I drove to finally pick up my medication, & they told me it was in one of their trucks, to be delivered before 8 p.m. What! Are you kidding me! I asked to speak to the manager at the Adamo Drive office. But of course, they were too busy to speak with me. I'm calling my specialty pharmacy to let them know, PLEASE, DO NOT ALLOW FEDEX TO DELIVER MY MEDICATION OR ANYTHING ELSE! SAYING THEIR SERVICE IS POOR, WOULD BE A GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT!

Fedex used to be known for timely deliveries. For whatever reason, they are no longer timely. In addition, they don't let the customer know about the anticipated late arrival or the reasons for the late arrival. Bottom line, Fedex no longer resides in the "gotta do business with this company" category to the "do business with this company at your peril" category. Again, congratulations.

Oxygen thiefs

I have a firm belief that an organizations employees and their performances are a direct reflection of their leadership. The leadership for this dog and pony show don't deserve any title other that time watchers and oxygen thief. I'm not even going to go into the hoops these clowns expected me to jump through to solve an elementary issue. CHANGE AN ADDRESS. With some extreme and lengthy training, Fed Ex managers could possibly, some day become semi-competent. Those I dealt with today, well, no hope. I will go the extra 4 miles to the UPS STORE in the future. Indeed it's sad that the few performers are associated with such a substandard organization. The young FedEx man that delivers here is outstanding. I'm coaching him to move to UPS! He shouldn't be labeled among your 1.4 stars of 5 stars in performance ratings. Good riddance to this circus act.

The only company that can't find my house

I have been trying to get a signature required delivery to my house for the 2nd time in a month--same package. The first time for three days in a row they messaged that they "missed me" and would supposedly try again. There was never a missed delivery note left and they did not follow any instructions I left on the door to knock or text/call as there is no doorbell. On day three I managed to reach a local manager--after being on the phone for nearly an hour. He had to Google Earth my address and because we have a row of bushes by the sidewalk in front of our house he couldn't "find it" either. Nor could he tell where his driver had supposedly tried to deliver it.

I should also state at this time I live on a major road on the Isthmus in Madison WI. It is a rather easy place to find as we have the address on the stairs from the sidewalk and very prominently on a white front door as well. So, it's not like I am at some farm road off another farm road in the middle of nowhere. I get deliveries every day from nearly every company out there and have almost never had a problem. This is only an issue with FedEx.

Today, I sit here with all of my lights on and doors open--no music or TV just so that I'll hopefully hear someone if they do come by. Getting discouraged as the last update on the tracking was that it hit Ft Wayne at 2pm but still shows as will be delivered today in Madison. I don't see how it can make it that far that fast but, I have not been advised otherwise despite spending the greater part of two days earlier this week setting up my delivery manager app. (a whole other nightmare)

This also doesn't cover the wholly incompetent and ridiculous customer service hoops I had to jump through. Other than a lovely lady named Melissa (I believe) it has been hours and hours of pure **** trying to get the assistance I need.

The short of the long is my question of: how is it that a company that their only business is shipping and delivery cannot even get close to making that happen?

I didn't get to choose who shipped it and am truly sad that Samsung did.
