Words shipping to use, so hard to speak with customer service, normally dint deliver when they said, I do have a shop and I do have to wait late because they say they bring package late and I wait and just dint shop up till day after! There are dflat not delivering to my house. Said on friday the was no one home or business closed. Wow they aleways drop the package by the main gate and we were home all day. The said on saturday that no truck was available to deliver the packages. Fedex is the most pathetic, worthless, rude, and lying corporation. I would not ever send a package with this company.
I don't know what's happened to FedEx in 2021, but I now avoid using them wherever I can, and will cringe if I see that something has gone FedEx. Their packages are constantly late with no warning, and there has never been a time that they aren't "experiencing high delays" where I can't even talk to a representative to see if there is a chance of getting my package. In the latest incident, my package was scheduled for July 3rd EOD and was a large furniture item. Waited all day for it only for the tracking to update at 10 PM that night that it was now pending and had no delivery date. Told maybe by the 7th. I now will have no one to help me put this pretty large and cumbersome chair together, so it might work out that it looks like I'm never going to get it.
The driver had my package in he's truck for 4 days and kept saying that the weather was bad and of cause it was a lie so I tell them to send it back to seller so they can send it back to me by UPS or usps FedEx suck
They simply don't care. Maybe they have some deal with the local porch pirates. I wish I was joking. Avoid at all costs.
Two shipments, one 11 days ago and a re-ship 3 days ago;..."overnight"... these are prescription pills which are needed and now rep says maybe tomorrow (4 days) or Tuesday (5 days). This is overnight?
FedEx has continually lost, misplaced or failed to deliver at least 3 of packages. It has been an inconvenience to try and contact the shipper and recover my packages or get a refund because FedEx status either says it was delivered or awaiting additional delivery instructions. The customer service department also refused to transfer me to a manager to try and rectify the issue. Which says to me that management doesn't care. If I could give them a 0 instead of 1 star I would.
Customer service etiquette is friendly and professional; however, they seldom follow through rectifying driver errors, even after promising to fix oversights.
For instance, I recently purchased an exercise bike from Amazon. It's way too heavy for me to carry because I have a physical disability and cannot lift. I indicated my preferences on both Amazon and the FedEx app: "Please do not leave in apartment mailroom. Deliver to front door only. Chronic illness and cannot lift."
This direction was disregarded, so I called FedEx and they established a case and someone called me within a few days to assure me that the bike would get delivered where I instructed, my front door. Three weeks went by, and I see the FedEx truck dropping off packages in my community, but my package was never delivered.
I complained to Amazon, so they reordered the bike and explicitly asked the carrier to deliver it to my front door and not the mailroom. The bike arrived today. Guess where FedEx left it? Not at my door. Second bike I cannot retrieve due to driver negligence. If workers aren't willing to do their jobs correctly, they should be replaced with a more conscientious and competent worker.
I will not support any other shipping except straight from Amazon Prime; they're the only carrier that listens to the customer and every single package I order on Prime is delivered to my door. Thank you, Amazon. FedEx, take a hint. Follow their lead.
This will be the fourth time Fed-X has lost a package. It's almost a joke at the office now. So far our shipments have been split up with the wrong product going to the wrong people. Twice! Even after we tell them NOT TO SPLIT IT. They still do. I'm expecting a package. But the last update was two days ago. So, again they have no idea where my product is, and talking to Customer Service is like talking to a wall. "Well, it shows that it hasn't been updated in a few days so I don't know where the package is." Wow really, I read that before I called you. You would think that they would have access to some helpful information that I can't look up myself. So, here I wait... again.
Weeks ago I was ran off the side of the road by a fed ex driver. It is a curve normally no traffic but he was going fast. My daughter has 11 kids from 0 to 19. She also said she complained twice. Told me nothing would be done. She was right because 20 minutes ago he was flying down the road. I pushed my hand down and yelled slow down. I called Fed Ex they said they had no way of knowing who the driver was. We live in a country area he is probably the only driver in a 10 mile radius. Well customer service just put me on hold and never came back. I am writing this partly for future possible litigation. If one of my grandchildren are hit this documents at least one of the 4 complaints for the attorney. I am sure that will be useful. Also my daughter is going to post on FB him flying down the road. Again I am fair I told them this video would be posted if they didn't rectify the situation.

I chose FedEx Express Saver since it guaranteed that I RECEIVED the package on time but I did not even receive my package at all. The package was supposed to be delivered from Katy Texas to Minneapolis, MN in 5-7 business days but now it is more than two weeks and I have not received anything. I contacted back to their customer service and they said that they might lose my package in Georgia. It is quite messed up since the package contains important documents and my IDs and now I have to register all those papers again which cost a lot. The attitude of their representatives is bad too. Very unlikely that I will ever use any FedEx service again.
I was told my package would be here yesterday I sat in the house all day waiting never showed. I then spoke to customer service & they assured me I would have it the next morning. It is now 3pm & I still dont have my package. Called again now its between 430p-8p. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE FEDEX FOR SOMETHING I REALLY NEED!
My package has been sitting in a warehouse 30 min from my house for 4 days now. I call with no resolution. Its pathetic because it isn't even the holidays. When I hear a package is being shipped using FedEx, i feel complete dread. Please start using ups, because they don't have any of these problems & you get the package when your supposed to.
Day one found package on Highway called you and gave you the tracking number and other information containing the Box. Gave you my address to pick up the box by 5:30 no one showed up. Called at 5:30 gave them tracking number again they said they would pick it up. Got up in the morning and package still there. Tuesday call three times no one came and got the package. Wednesday morning package still there. I called 3 * first time hung up on second time transferred me to survey all three times they denied me to talk to a supervisor. I have become so frustrating trying to return this package no. I am out of a vehicle right now and my mother passed away on Wednesday. I've shipped with FedEx and had packages shipped to me through FedEx, the majority of the time they miss their target date by a few days. When I purchase items that have to be shipped I now ask the sellers to not use FedEx

I have been trying for 3 days to get the rest of my package from Fed Ex. I went up to Fed Ex company in Austell and was told they can't find my package it's there but they don't know where it is.
I ask to speak to a manager they don't have a manager on duty or busy. I will never order from anyone that has anything to do with this company.
Walmart uses Fedx and they are notorious for delivering to anywhere they find a package. Oops. Missed that house. I'll just leave it here so it's off my truck. You suck, Fedx. Was supposed to receive two different packages of computer equipment for a job I'm starting on Monday. Received one of two, then called customer service to ask about the other one. First I was told that it was still in Memphis and that someone would call me back to advise on delivery date. No one ever called me, so I called again this afternoon and was told that the package was at my local facility (more than 10 hours from Memphis) being sorted. Service rep said he would have someone text me to let me know what time on Saturday I could pick it up at that local facility. Never received a text, so checked online status tonight. Still shows a projected delivery with today's date, even though it's midnight (good luck with that). It also shows that the package didn't leave Memphis until 5:41pm this afternoon. So much for the misinformation about it being at my local facility this afternoon.
In addition to the frustrations above, all reps and one manager had heavy accents and were very difficult to understand. Why not have fully fluent reps to make the communications more efficient? Oh, I guess that's because you would have to pay them more.
I would never use FedEx myself; this is the second example of late deliveries and contradictory answers/tracking info I've had with them in two months. But I have no control, since the shipping party opted to use FedEx.
FedEx USED TO BE a respected carrier, but not any longer.
Update Saturday night: So, not only is my package 32 hours late, it has been sitting at a local facility FOR 14 HOURS. Just SO helpful. During that 14 hours, why not put it on a truck and get it to me in a timely manner, or at least get it to the final destination facility so that I could have picked it up. I have called NUMEROUS times today to try to get updates on my so-called "case," but have not received any helpful answers. FedEx, you are far and away the worst carrier out there. WHAT A JOKE.
If I only there were a way to give negative stars. I am appalled by my experience with FedEx. I will absolutely never willingly use this trash company. I am still awaiting a package that was shipped nearly 4 weeks ago, and it has been sitting in my city for nearly 3. Terrible customer service, lie after lie, extremely poor coordination, etc. I am exhausted. Save your money and use USPS. Never buy from a company that ships via FedEx either.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
