I tried to print some simple 11x17s on the Fedex/Kinkos site and the process was very difficult. First, there is no quick option to simply print a few single pages. The options are complicated including banners, folded brochures, etc. Second, if you enter special instructions (I wanted to ask that they not scale the print to fit the page) it will not allow you to pay for it. In the process of entering all information I was able to request a pick up time for 11am the next day. Got to the end and the site would not let me check out for the reason above.
So, instead I decided to forgo that and call them after entering the order. Started over and then the only pick up time available was after 5pm the next day. How did I miss out on every available hour in just a few minutes?
I was able to back up and try again. Came back to that point and was able to get the time I wanted by changing the days and then selecting the day I wanted (first sign of poor coding / glitchy site). After I had everything right, I finally clicked to check out and the site said "delivery is unavailable for dd/mm/yyyy hh: mm"
Ugh, I was done. I give up.
I am giving 2 stars instead of one because printing is only one aspect of their site but it is seriously bad.
I vowed never to use FedEx again but recently I bought something that didn't specify shipping carrier, took a chance. Then I got the FedEx tracking number... Wonderful. 2 day shipping took a week and they just left the box on my driveway during a downpour, right out in the open. Of course it was electronics and the box was so damaged that it was ripped open. My porch, covered porch is right there, maybe 10 feet away. How lazy and inconsiderate can someone possibly be. It's recorded on my Ring, I'll share in YouTube, at least someone can get a laugh out of it. Scumbags
Package did not arrive as per email or by my agreed upon date. No human beings answer phone. Package was not delivered and seems to be lost. Managers promise call backs and never call back. They lie about how to get a representative on the phone. They lie lie lie! The worst company ever. It's too bad the CEO does nothing, hope she goes out of business. They even lied about the recipent signing for the package!
FED EX SUCKS TERRIBLY. MY PACKAGES NEVER MAKE IT TO ME ON THE SPECIFIED DATE & CUST. SERV is useless
Literally keeps saying out for delivery and then pending delivery. The warehouse has received 1 package 2 times on different days and times; how is that even possible? Try to call, you run in circles as you cannot talk to a human being no matter what you try! FedEx has gone down the tubes! I just want my dang package!
FedEx is a joke. I buy and sell all day online. If you order through Amazon or ship through USPS or UPS orders move along very quickly. I live in Auburn. My package arrived in Kent 5 days ago. Auburn is a 5 min drive away from Kent. They have yet to deliver my package and wont allow me to come and pick it up. Absolutely unacceptable. How can they even be in business? When you call their customer service it's a bunch of middle easterners who can't even speak english and who just give you the run around. DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS AGAIN. I WONT.
If I could give Fed Ex 0 stars I would. I am so upset right now. I ordered a big item from Home Depot. I am having it shipped to the store thinking that was the best plan. It comes in 2 packages. Package 1 of 2 is sitting in Tacoma and has been for 4 days while package 2 of 2 is sitting in Silverdale, WA waiting on package 1 of 2 so it can be delivered to the store.
I am tired of waiting on Fedex to get their stuff together! They told me I can't pick up my item because it is sitting at a sorting facility. So of course, I have to wait on Fedex even though I don't want to. I have no idea when if ever they will deliver the package. I guess they decide each day what they will load and forget about packages that have been sitting there for a long time. I don't know but this is beyond ridiculous. I wish companies would quit using them as their service provider!
Worst than UPS or DHL in postage, 2 weeks later from the date written in the description! If somebody need something fast don't use fedex!
This is the worst freaking company. They lie about delivery dates, you'll pay for over night and they never make do on delivery promises. They lie and say they made the delivery and no one was home. They won't give you your money back. And the supervisors are. I help. This is by far the worst. I never had a problem with Amazon, UPS, or DHL. They will never get my money again.
I paid for overnight shipping. My package was supposed to be delivered last night by 8 p.m. It was not. I called the 800 number and was told that they would contact the driver that it would be here today no later than 8 p.m. I insisted that I would meet the delivery driver to pick up my package because it is for a business that I am doing a repair on. However, the first representative I spoke to, lied and told me she would contact the driver and they would give me a call. After an hour and a half went by, I called the 800 number again to be told by the second representative, that the first lied to me, that they were not allowed to contact the delivery driver. So he reached out to my local service center. I was still told that it would be here by 8 p.m. I have been trying to get the local service centers phone number so I can call them. It is not posted online. There is no way for me to call the Distribution Center. This can cause me to lose a commercial account. This is not acceptable and I will never use FedEx again. The simple solution would have been to have this service center call me or allow me to call the service center so I could meet the delivery driver and pick up my package. So I could drive the two hours away to my commercial account incomplete my job. But FedEx is not accommodating my request
This Company became a nightmare for customers. It is time to step out of business and let the other do a good service for customers. I am asking sellers before transaction, if FedEx involved I back up

Seems as though every shipment I receive from them has some issue, Today they attempted a delivery by 'Brian' in Lincoln Ne and he claims I was not home. Well my security cameras clearly show he never got out of his van! - he did not come to the door AT ALL! My wife works from home and was here all day - AND we have a dog that goes ballistic when the door bell rings, IT NEVER RANG! - Terrible shipping company! - UPS is SOOOOO much better.
What is the point of paying for overnight shipping if my package does not arrive overnight. They give me the confirmation that my package will arrive and then nothing. This has happened more than I can count. Customer service is absolute $#*!. They all give you the same generic bull$#*!. How are they suppose to track packages if they can't even connect to the driver. They have no idea who the driver is. What kind of business is this? Where is the accountability? Fix your damn system. They don't even deserve 1 star.
FedEx used to be a good delivery company (used fir over a decade), but now they have digressed too much! I called to inquire about a package that is taking a week to deliver when it should be delivered in 2-3 days. No good explanation - no weather delays etc. Then, an hour after my inquiry, I get a notice that my package will be an additional 2 days later! Sounds like the customer service woman, Elizabeth in South America, took vengeance out on me for not getting an explanation! Talk about the tail wagging the dog! Looks like terrible management has trickled down! So very disappointing…
Sell your fedex stock - its going downhill!
By far the worst shipping company. Lucky they got one star if I was able to to do zero stars I would. The driver said no one was at the location to drop off my package, I was at my house the whole day waiting on it and they never showed up I check my cameras and nothing and they say that no one was there I was in front of my house waiting for it. Worst company to use.
Spent a good bit of time every time I get a delivery from FedEx. Where will they deliver the package to this time?
They have put it under the overhang of my back stairs.

They have put it on top of, under, in my mailbox.
Today the app said that my packages were delivered to the front door. NOPE.
They were at the top of the driveway (which I can not see from my house) by the mailboxes. UGH! If you leave them by the mailbox, state that on your delivery email.
Have two packages that has sat in the Southaven, MS sorting facility for over a week, no movement. Can't contact customer support, as the only thing that they have is a worthless virtual assistant that doesn't even respond - ZERO LIVE SUPPORT. I guess this is what you get when you pay for incompetent services and people in those services. The other impact, is that they are very pricey for their lousy services.
I ordered a brand new phone which ‘mysteriously' disappeared in the warehouse the day I was supposed to get it. The lady in charge even said that the circumstances in which it got ‘lost' were unusual. Huh, lost... FedEx has had a long reputation of employees stealing the packages, especially electronic devices.

Paid extra for express shipping and when my package arrives in my own city in the morning they push back the delivery date. Garbage company would never recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
