AVOID! Worst shopping experience EVER! Due to THEIR error on the web site (incorrect description), I returned an item. They refused to refund me for the purchase after several calls to customer service and I am out $$$. THIEVES and SCAMMERS!
It was my mistake to shop at Farfetch.
The only thing I liked was the quality of Church's shoe itself.
Ordered a USD 2k handbag (D&G, shipped from Germany to Australia) n received a shabby broken postage box. There is no extra care n minimum wrapping ( only a cloth covering the bag). The bag is scratched not sure during shipping or it is faulty originally. Hesitating to return it after reading all the terrible return experience. Never purchase from them again for sure. Really a shame for such a beautiful designer bag being handled so poorly.

I made my first purchase from Farfetch about two years ago when they did not have a phone number to reach them, nor did they have a customer service email. I browsed the reviews and the majority was negative. I still decided to go ahead and order from them because it was only at Farfetch where I could find an item I was looking for. I never regretted doing that and became a repeated customer ever since. Over the last two years they develop into a larger company with prompt customer service (now they have a phone number, online chat and email:-) and a wide selection of brand names hard to find anywhere else. What makes them unique is that they source their stock from various stores around the globe, so the selection is very diverse. Another good thing is that Farfetch sends DDP and you don't have to pay customs duties and fees upon delivery. They even have a promo for free shipping sometimes - that makes the purchase even sweeter!
I saw a dress in a "shop" in the UK. I bought it and requested that it be shipped asap. I offered to pay more for speed. The FF people said it usually takes 5 to 7 days to get an item through customs, etc. Well, they got the dress to me in two days. It was fabulous but unfortunately didn't fit. I followed the return instructions which were easy, DHL picked up the dress at my house and the return was processed in a couple of days. It was a fantastic experience. All the more so because at the same time I had been trying to get a return processed through the American company Arcadian. Gawd! What a contrast. It took two months and tons of emails. It was horrible. So Yay Farfetch! Booooooo Arcadian.
Please avoid this company they deliver faulty garments and then blame it on the costumer and never known such bad costumer service either. Extremely not happy. I will never use again! Who gives this company 5 stars must be an employee.
Got a pair of Tod's loafers, received it within 3 days after placed the order, shoes were comfy and in very good condition

I've ordered jeans at the beginning of December and so they were delivered to someone else in UK. I've contacted them so many times and they kept telling me that I should wait. HA HA HA. I've contacted DHL Russia (I'm in Russia at the moment) and they told me that they've never received jeans and that most likely that's a scam. I'm waiting for the end of their investigation and reading what people have to say about their experiences and OMG they are so many of us who were scammed.
I've ordered from this awful website only because my fav net-a-porter.com didn't have my size and so I kinda had to try farfetch.com WORST DECISION SO FAR. farfecth.com, you are a bunch of scammers and you should literally close your website. Just ew, that's not how it should work. Oh and guess what? They aren't saying anything to my e-mails now HA HA.

I ordered for Christmas from Sefton boutique and received the package within 24 hours, beautifully wrapped and extremely happy with the product! Fab service, great product and can't wait to shop again!
Excellent website. I really think this is fashions best kept secret. I purchased 6 or 7 items from them over the last few months and loved the service, products and whole experience. They have quite a bad rep online so I wanted to post to help them out as I don't think it's very fair or true of the experience I have had shopping here!
Farfetch thought I was a fraud. I've never experienced the same problem with any other site before. After processing my payment, Farfetch sent me an email asking for photos of my ID and Credit Card because they believed I was a fraud.
This is BEYOND ridiculous. I told them I will not email my iDs because it may undermine my security. I immediately told them to cancel and I will use another luxury site to purchase shoes for my boyfriend. Thanks for ruining his birthday surprise Farfetch.

I read a lots of bad reviews, thus I have to say that I was a lucky customer since my order went well. I ordered a pair of UGG boots. They were among the few how had this particular model and were willing to ship it to my country (others have shipment restrictions on this model). The UGGs arrived within a few days, are looking great, good size. I am quite satisfied with this purchase.

I successfully ordered in the past, but the past few days, their web site is not functioning properly. I click on a size of an in stock item, the site shows that I have chosen the size, and then when I "Add it to my bag" the item is not placed in my bag, which remains empty. I clicked on the "chat on line option" for help, but the answer back is that no representatives are on line right now, and I've got that answer regardless of time of day. Called the "new phone #" given on the site, no answer, then today after holding a long time a recording takes my name, #, etc for someone to call me back. Is Farfetched having financial trouble?

I ordered a Faliero Sarti scarf nearly a month ago from L' Eclaireur in Paris. It arrived very promptly but the colors were not what I expected so I returned it the very next day. It arrived back to the store on Nov 15th, nearly three weeks ago. No one will respond to tell my what is going on and when they plan to refund my money. It is so frustrating, I had to call my bank and file a claim. I find that the customer service reps are pleasant on the phone but they cannot get anything done and do not know what is going on with these transactions. They seem clueless. It was my first and most likely last shopping experience with farfetch. To date, still no one can tell me WHY they have not processed the return in Paris. If the returns take a month to process, don't you think they should let the customers know before you order. It's ridiculous.

This is the worst shopping experience i had ever had. I purchase for an item on Monday 2th DEcember, i was never infromed about my shipping details, and after i contact them they inform me that they had made a mistake in the price!
How often that happens? How often someone so rudely provide you with so important information. They dont even do what they promised - to wait two days in order to give my final answer. Truly remarkable customer service. Do make a purchase and maybe your charges would be wrong.
I've ordered from Farfetch twice (a Chloe wallet in the sale, and an Alexander Wang bag) and both times the shipping was really quick, even though my items were being delivered from across Europe. I was kept updated at every stage of the delivery process and my items came beautifully wrapped too!

Ordered a Comme des Garcons wallet from farfetch the other week. It arrived the next day from a Danish boutique (very cool) and exceeded all expectations. Will definitely shop again!
Just ordered a pair of super sunglasses from them and it was shipped out from the wok store boutique and the shipping is sooo fast! The sunglasses were carefully wrapped and there was no damage at all. I was skeptical to order from this website since there were some really bad reviews. I took the risk and ordered from this website since there were no other websites that had the sunglasses that I wanted. I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised with the service. I received constant updates on my order so I didn't have to worry about it. Definitely will order from this website again! :o) Btw. It is better to make a payment through paypal. I heard you don't have to provide a copy of your credit card and license if you purchase through paypal.
I ordered a Rick Owens jacket from Farfetch because I cound't find anywhere else online, it came pretty quickly (few days, delivery from a boutique in Italy) and I'm really happy with it!
Farfetch has the most amazing fashion selection. During the last free shipping period I bought a wonderful Kenzo Jumper from a boutique in Italy and I received it the day after. It came in a lovely package that made me believe that I was buying something from a real and special business.
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
